This is our first storage unit and weve had a great experience so far. we had a small one for a bit and just after the first month realized we needed something bigger. Bryan was able to help us upgrade without any hassle. it seems hes usually the only one there but even so he provides great customer service and Id definitely recommend to anyone searching.

Cube smart, especially Bryan, has been terrific over the years as we changed storage sizes to accommodate different project needs.

The whole process was easy & convenient. A switched light & power outlets in the unit was a big advantage over other units from elsewhere.

I appreciated the way in which both Evan and Brandon were very accommodating in helping me with a storage unit for my vehicle while I waited for the transfer of a title from another state. Both were very friendly and courteous. I mostly dealt with Brandon. He is a very nice man. And comfortable to do business with. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

THe process was seamless and without a glitch from the original phone call to moving out. Both men who assisted me (Brian/Bryon) was one of them) were courteous and helpful - one even interrupted his lunch to let me in on Labor Day. THe facility is clean and felt safe. Even the in/out keypad device was simple and worked perfectly. I would use this facility in the future if needed.

We have a unit at the Moreland Site and Bryan is the manager there. He is the BEST!!!! Always smiling, always helpful and such a nice person!!!! It is a pleasure going there to see him working!!!!

Everything was easy from beginning to end. Front desk staff were excellent! Very helpful and always professional.

I had great customer service, it was easy to do the reservation online and I really appreciated the follow up phone calls about my reservation. The only thing I didnt like was the fact I had no ideal about the free promotion on the moving truck for new customers, which would have saved us over $100 from using uhaul. Our move was less then 4 hours and our mileage was right at 50 miles so it would have worked out. I did not see any advertisement on the website and the guy that did a follow up call about the reservation did not mention anything about the moving truck and its promotion deal. I would highly recommend advertising that a little more. But other then that, everything else was great. Thank you.

Brandon was great to work with. Nice clean place with lots of available carts and two levels of offloading docks. Free loaner truck for 4 hours was a really nice convenience.

I recommend this place highly. The staff is what really makes this place better! Brandon helped set me up with a better unit at a better price than I had walked in for. On my move in day Bryan drove his personal vehicle over to the satellite property my unit was at, just to help me safely back my moving truck in. I have found the staff to be MUCH better than other places in the area, they are friendly, honest and direct. Every storage place I have been before has had tricks of some kind, unit is much smaller than they listed, units leak, tricky cancellation policies, I had NONE of those problems here. The units are nicer than others they have lights and a plug in them, the door seals tightly, I chose a non climate controlled unit, but I am confident it will be dry and secure. I have had places leak in other facilities. I would use this facility again in the future without a doubt.

The location is perfect for us. Good parking and great loading dock options.The facility is super clean and amazingly well-maintained.We have used many storage facilities and this by far has the best presentation, helpful employees (Bryan and Eric were GREAT!) and is fairly priced. I am moving my items from another local storage company due to the attractive introductory rate. Now that I have seen this facility I believe that they will be my first choice for now and in the future!!Thank you!

My contact person is Eric (the manager) and Brian (the groundskeeper) and let me tell it’s always clean, they greet you with a smile always, they explain anything your not clear of and they even give you a courtesy call when your late for payment. A very nice storage facility. Clean, spacious and well ventilated place. My unit is very clean with a built in light. And an outlet nearby when needed. Signing up was breeze. The manager is very professional and answered questions I had. Plenty of rolling carts and ramps are easy accessible to access the units. I just wish they had 24 hours access.

Always clean and security is great. The location is convenient and I feel safe when going there after hours. The staff is great and the out of hours phone support is wonderful. I had a problem with my pass code once and called the phone support from the gate - I was in, in no time. Managers Bryan and Eric knowledgeable and always there to answer questions and give guidance. When my truck broke down at the loading dock they helped me get a local tow truck (Marc Bowens) and the driver actually got the truck working and followed me in to repair shop to make sure I got there. great local service all around!

Brian Hall provides OUTSTANDING service! Anyone can provide good service when everything goes well. However, not everything went to plan... minor computer glitch and things didnt go smoothly. Brian handled it and found a unit that worked. It took a LOT of extra work from Brian but he did it with a smile. I was in the middle of a big move and he made sure the glitch didnt cause any stress. Really... above and beyond!

The unit was well maintained and thoroughly swept upon my arrival. Eric and Amanda went above and beyond by assisting me with a transportation (Lyft) reservation that I could secure for a ride back to my vehicle. All in all, a customer oriented, intelligent staff that presents a great product to the marketplace !!
