QRS Towing is top notch. I had three other towing services flake out or not show up. QRS got the call from my insurance and was on time and extremely professional. They got my Ram pickup loaded even though it was a tight squeeze on the road but they got it done and promptly. I would 200% use them over many others.

We were on our way back from a family vacation, our first in over 8 years. Heading back down route 50, almost to the bay bridge and the car just dies in the middle lane. Richard showed up quickly and with a great attitude even though he was on Route 50, on a Friday, in the summer! My car broke down pretty late one night in Annapolis and I called quality roadside service to have my car towed to my dealership in Catonsville. Richard was extremely nice and told me he could tow my car that night. He updated me with photos when he picked the car up. Every other place that I called said they did not have anyone available that night. I was so happy with the service Richard provided and would absolutely recommend them!

I can’t express how awesome Richard was from the initial phone call to the final tow destination every part of the experience was above and beyond 5stars. My brother and I were towing my truck back from OC using a tow bar, we made it 100 miles with no problem and then we’re detoured off 50 because of a accident on Severn River bridge and had to make a very sharp u turn which resulted in bent tow bar and cracked wheel on other truck. After seeing such positive reviews I immediately called quality roadside service and Richard said he would be there in about 35 minutes he even text me to let me know that he was about 10 minutes away. Upon arrival we asked first if he could give us a hand releasing spare on truck as it was seized up and not releasing. Richard jumped right under the truck and helped my brother with an extremely difficult task of freeing up spare!! He then put air in the tire, gave us his jack and impact wrench to change tire as he went and loaded my truck to take it the last 50 miles! I have had many experiences with tow companies and no one stands close to the kindness, and understanding that comes along with the experience. If you ever break down anywhere in the Annapolis area do yourself a favor and call Richard!! After everything he did the tow bill was a very reasonable $277 That’s a 50 mile tow and no charge for everything else he helped out with. My brother had $65 cash on him so that is what we tipped which still doesn’t justify what Richard did to help us that night! You are a special human being and I am blessed to have the experience we had!! Keep up the wonderful work you do!!

I would highly recommend Quality Roadside Service. I needed my car towed to the shop from my home. I had a friendly, professional experience. My car was towed in a timely manner with no difficulties. He even left my keys in the drop box because the shop was closed. I would absolutely use this company again. And I will recommend to friends.

Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it! 90 degrees plus and Chris took the time to show my son how the truck works and how the vehicle gets hooked up. Meant the world to him! Did I mention he was super honest too?! Saved me a bunch of money by diagnosing the problem and breaking out the jumppack so I didn’t actually need the tow! So impressed! Richard was beyond professional when we really needed help, and went above and beyond once he arrived. He arrived in 15min and even offered to drop us off at a nearby town center as a courtesy. Our boat trailer has a blow out on 97 during heavy traffic on a Friday evening. We called our tow insurance and Quality Roadside was assigned to us. We couldnt get one of the lug nuts off so could not change the tire. And the traffic was so heavy and the flat of course on the side facing traffic, we just wanted to get off the road. Richard was great. He was able to tell us how long he was going to be. We went to get something to eat. He called when he was on his way and we met him back at the boat. He was very pleasant, and courteous. Actually he acted like he liked his job. A rare thing in customer service these days. He said this was easy. No worries. He would get it on the truck and see us back at our house. He towed our boat home with no issues. It was a really pleasant experience in spite of the circumstances. Arrived promptly! Professional and courteous ! Noticed tire treads were low n recommended dealership look at. I was in need to four new tires n saved me from a blow out or a flat in a challenging location. Also, carried a 40 lb dog kennel to my front door without me even asking. Will definitely use again!

My brakes failed in a busy suburban parking lot, so I called AAA. Darrel of Quality Roadside Service was helpful in pointing out the leaking brake fluid, which I would not have noticed. My husband swerved to miss a deer and we blew out 2 tires we have AAA under my name but I didn’t have my license on me. since I wasn’t driving he still went out of his way to help us was able to scan my husbands license I was having a panic attack we would be stranded because I didn’t have mine it worked out because of his kindness so he deserves all the good luck in the world especially since he’s a new dad. So my wife & I went shopping in Annapolis, with a car which has given us very little trouble in five years., As we opened the hatchback and put things away, the key ring dropped into a hole located mid car just inside the back bumper. We each tried to finger reach for them, but to no avail, in fact they were dropping farther into the interior of the bumper. Called AAA and they sent Richard of Quality Roadside & Towing, who thought he was there for a lockout (dont think AAA has a code for car open but keys trapped inside) but without batting an eye he experimented with a number of creative ways to get them, and was successful in a very few minutes. Amazingly creative, polite and got the keys so we were back on the road with a minimum of stress (once QRST came to our aid). THANK YOU Richard.
