Unhelpful doesnt hold up to what they tell you on the phone. Let me go into context my roommates uses my car we are both active duty military I have two vehicles so I help him out. The car breaks down and he has issues getting it started and APD helps out as much as possible but has to have it towed. Waiting for payday I get the money from my roommate as he is working and I am off I work night shift he works day so I have another military friend drive me out to Marc Bowens I approach the window letting the elderly lady know I am here to pick up my vehicle. (1840 is when I showed up before 1900 which they had told my roommate over the phone) she doesnt even acknowledge me standing there and the younger lady walks in the back and they say I am to late pick up my vehicle and I stated what they told my roommate only for the old lady to just stare at me with no care in the world. They say that I have to be here before 1800. I dont fight cause there is no need for it to be rude. I wish I could have had a decent experience with this company and that they hold up to what they tell people on the phone the same guy brought up twice today that before 1900 was okay and the lot closing at 1800 isnt advertised (Ill be happy to update the review with further encounters with the company.)

My truck broke down not far from their office. They did not have a driver available immediately but were open as to the reason for the delay to get to me. Still had extremely fast service and were very helpful. I have already used them multiple times and will continue to use them as long as I am in the area.

These guys did a great job for us. We were passing through in our RoadTrek van, when our brakes gave out, --brake line rusted through. They towed us to their shop and put in a new brake line by the end of the day. We were able to continue our trip back home to Connecticut the same day. The price for the repairs was very reasonable. As out-of-towners, we are very thankful for their help and services.

My girlfriend wrecked her little Nissan pick-up truck near our home in Kingsport in Annapolis. She walked a block to the house to call AAA and when shes returned Marc Bowen had already been there and towed her truck the mile down to his service station of Forest Drive. Two days later I went go his station to have the truck towed to a repair shop, he told me my bill was $650.00 for towing a truck that was worth less than $200.00 one mile up the road! When we wouldnt pay he rooted through the glove compartment found the title, called her ex-husband and tried getting HIM to pay. Then he towed her car to a junk yard. This clown is nothing but a thief! I wouldnt trust him to wipe a dogs bottom!

I wouldn’t recommend going here. The service isn’t good and they don’t treat you like a customer.

This guy cannot be trusted. He was trying to gouge me and when asked to justify his pricing, he walked away unable to provide an explination and had a disrespectful attitude. Very unethical.
