Unfortunately the towing company does not just make emergency calls. They also have time to wrongly tow peoples vehicles away. My vehicle was towed and I immediately contacted them as this was my first time. The parking space I was in was very misleading spot, especially when people park there daily (already in contact with the property). When I spoke to the dispatch around 7:16AM (uncommon working hours) I was rudely told where to go pick it up and only told the price after I asked. I asked if I could dispute it and they said I had to speak with a manager at 8AM which I couldnt because I had to work.Another dispatcher called around 2:56PM to inform me that they were closing at 3PM and asked when I was coming to get my car. Seeing as I dont get off until 4:30/5PM this was completely unnerving on top of already having my car towed in the first place. Instead of trying to figure out how I could get my car , the dispatcher rudely explained that my car was the only one in the lot and that he would not stay 24 hours. (Completely rude no matter how it is said, and I let him know that calmly). In the end, it ended in me getting hung up on twice; once for me matching the dispatchers energy of cutting off and yelling. This could have all been avoided with affective customer service and basic common decency. Towing is highway robbery in general and the average person knows that. It shouldnt have to come with horrible customer service as well.

They were terrific. Called them for a tow at 9pm and they were at our car by 9:40pm. Highly recommend them! We were so relieved.

In reference to truck 24 - picture will not post. I have never written a bad review towards any company, however I feel it is only necessary to share my recent experience in hopes it could help someone else on the road.On March 14th around 7pm, I was driving on Arundel Mills Blvd. when a tow truck cut me off and decided to give me the finger afterwards. The driver was probably angry that I blew my horn to alert him, so he wouldnt collide into the front of my vehicle. I made sure to stay out of his blind spot, he never used his turn signal and obviously failed to check his mirrors. Keep in mind that at this time, there was no vehicle on the flat bed either.The passenger in my car called the companys name listed on the truck, where a woman informed us of the location of the company and said her only driver would not be in Hanover. So we decided to turn right around and by luck, ended up at a red light next to the same truck driver who had just finished towing someone. When we explained the truck to her and the grey SUV he just towed, she said yes that sounds like one of our guys. Pictures are included below. Driver was texting when we pulled up next to him.Maybe by writing this review, it could save someone else who doesnt have a quick reaction time like I did today.

I had to call three towing companies before JP answered and came to my daughters aid as her car died on the exit ramp. They towed it to the dealer, powdered up to secure windows and car protecting it on the lot. Thank God for this team and fair price for service. Gods blessings to them all and their business.

Received the absolute best service from this company. Both in office (over the phone) and from the driver himself. I had an emergency on a Sunday and the people at JP Towing were quick to offer their help with my problem and they had an extremely fair price. JP will be my go to towing service for now on.

I have been towed twice by this company, twice within a weeks time, the window for their arrival was 45 minutes, both times they were there within 15 minutes. Both drivers were extremely professional, nice and got my car loaded up and to the shop safely and efficiently. Id use them anytime and I recommend them to anyone.

I have used JP Towing twice and have had a GREAT experience both times. The driver (I believe I had the same one both times) was sympathetic, courteous and helpful. We use them through Geico Roadside Assistance, but we would definitely recommend them to others.

Last week I had one of my moving trucks get stuck at a residence in Annapolis. Not familiar with area, I called JP Towing. They were there in less than an hour and got my truck back on the road to the next job. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to them.

Very reliable on short notice

Absolutely terrible. Road America hired these guys to come out and change my wheel one day on the side of Rt. 50. I have performance tires with aftermarket rims installed on my car that need a lug extension and I notified them of this before they came out. JP showed up 30 minutes late, I gave the technician the lug extension and he never used it. Completely destroyed the lug wells with the tire iron and did not notify me until the service was completed and papers signed. Then they deny all liability and I am now out $200 for a wheel repair that they arent going to cover because apparently they did everything according to policy..

Geico Roadside Assistance dispatched tow. After missing the window by fifteen minutes, Geico called and said JP needed another :30 mins. An hour and a half later I called JP and the dispatcher said he was almost here. Ten minutes later no truck, called and cancelled the tow. Needs to take less calls or give more realistic time windows. Two hours is not an acceptable time frame for Emergency Roadside Assistance.

If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would.I need to warn everyone about this place. Guy at front desk was hostile towards me and throughout.This took place in the morning to afternoon, 3 hours later after I left the yard to pick up some personal items.Tow truck sent by insurance came by to transfer vehicle to another location, the whole front console was torn apart & a lot of things were stolen .Truck driver saw that it was unusual for the interior to be like that so he took pictures at junk yard before he towed it out. Being that it took place in broad daylight, in a small yard, in front of the surveillance camera and within less than 3 hours, it makes me believe it couldnt be anyone from the outside.Fortunately, whoever was trying to steal my navigation headunit took longer because of my wiring configuration & there was not enough time maybe before truck driver came by possibly.Dont trust these people, I dont see theft being a problem with other people who rated on here. Whether the guy I dealt with was racist or thinks he could easily take advantage of me, is my thought. Be very careful if you have no other options.

I used JP Towing yesterday to tow my canam spyder from Annapolis to Silver Spring. Excellent service.I called the CanAm B.E.S.T insurance company and they sub-contract with Road America who in turn work with JP. Tim, who helped me with the tow, was excellent. Wait time since making the call was around 45 mins.

Saved the day. I have a commercial truck and called 8 other companies and nobody could help change a tire on a 3500 flatbed. It was a challenge but the driver figured it out and we’re back up and running. Thank you!
