Sunrise Solutions, Inc. was miraculous! When our voicemail system failed we learned our local vendor no longer serviced Nostar 6.1 equipment. They offered little hope for the old system. Many calls led to the same response - equipment is too old to service and time to upgrade to VOIP. Our small business had not anticipated a major change in our communication system. A Google search led me 3000 miles away to Sunrise Solutions, Inc. for a remote repair. Everyone I spoke to was both kind and encouraging. Julia made setting up and account easy. Russell guided me through the steps to isolate the problem and then helped me find a replacement part. Incredible support for Nortel phones. Expeditious response to my email. The technician (ALAN) was SUPERB! With his guidance, we accomplished in ~30 minutes what I had been trying to fix for 6 days! We are busier than ever working late and on weekends trying to catch up, so the time we wasted was invaluable. In addition, we were losing jobs because the VM wasnt programmed correctly. Going forward, l WILL always call sunrise immediately, if I have any issues. Nortel phones are too complicated to DIY. Sunrise solutions is absolutely better than anyone else, HIGHLY recommend!!!

They work hard to have a tech on site in a timely manner as well has having the best tech on site for the job. Their service department is easy to work with and their techs do a great job to call with updates and give their professional suggestion on what is best for the customer.
