Wow, outstanding and amazing customer service. I was working with Kanwal to get my Verizon business account set up with a new phone and new devices. She was super helpful and patient. I had made multiple stops to the kiosk because there were some technical issues with my tax ID but she figured out the problem and it wasnt an easy one to fix. Knowlegable and friendly!!

Excellent sales persons they know their products and are very good to get the right cell phone and great deal with tablet sale Thanks for the best deal every I tried to get a cell phone before from the other carrier nothing but a major headache trying to return it.

Let me start off by saying this is the WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL Verizon wireless retailer(TCC) I’ve ever been to in my life..STAY AWAY!!!!!! I was a sales representative for Verizon over 5 years and managed two stores for 3 years and know how the game works and how sales reps should act... I originally ordered a black series 4 Apple Watch but was debating on what to go with (black or gold) as me and the kiosk manager are looking he goes and orders the black one cuz it’s on back order. Wasn’t pleased with that action but could always cancel if I changed my mind. It was supposed to ship at the latest November 12th so on that day I call and was told my watch was sold. After waiting over 2 weeks and when asking for the reps name was told NO and then I asked to speak to the manager who called me a racist and hung up.. Called corporate and was able to get a watch that day at a corporate location. Long story short. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!

Rafi was the most helpful rep I have ever worked with. I felt like a VIP. He set up up with new plans and phones recently and we could not have been more pleased with his service!

I have had issue with my new phone went to this location and Rafi helped me despite I didn’t buy phone from them. Excellent customer service.
