Nick Nick Nick. It is usually painfully getting a new phone. The transfer of data, pictures, and banking usually has me pulling my hair out. Go to Eastport. Nick found me a white phone and had it delivered in 24 hours, put liquid crystal on my phone and cured it, but most of all…came in on his day off to make sure everything went through well. Good luck trying to find this kind of service. Thank you for making my experience the best!!!

Jo was very patient and friendly. The iPhone downloads and updates took forever, but he remained engaged and informative. When the initial data migration did not properly transfer all my programs and contacts, Jo stayed after the store closed to ensure that we recovered all our data. This was exceptional service.

Donald was working by himself as someone had apparently called in sick. Donald was very patient and waited on everyone in turn. He never lost his calm demeanor.I observed Donald working with a customer for almost 2 hours while waiting my turn. There was a problem with a customer’s down load - upgrade. Donald resolved the problem in a pleasant manner. Very impressive!We had to wait a while to get service but Donald persevered. He worked hard with each of us and was pleasant. He is also very knowledgeable about the cell phones and programming process. Donald is an asset to your team.Patience knowledge and very good customer service skills!

The team here made getting my new phone super easy. I’m terrible with technology and they took all the time I needed to understand everything I need to to use my phone before leaving. The manager also was really good at handling my needs while also multitasking training other staff members and helping other customers. I just moved to Annapolis and I now know whenever I have phone issues my new local Verizon store will make it easy for me every time.

Don was so pleasant and very patient. He couldve easily sold me a new phone and sent me out since he was by himself (I wouldve completely understood- it was quite busy). He not only upgraded and set up my new phone, but he also upgraded my plan and saved me money. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Went to this store twice with question on my FIOS service. Website say they offer this. First to get clarification on my account and the second to pickup a set top box when I was directed these by FIOS cust service. Nobody could help me. 3 employees with nothing to do. Not sure what they do.

Terrible customer service. Sold the phone that I ordered online and arranged for curbside pickup. Never called or emailed to tell me that they cancelled my order.When I went to the store to pickup my phone, that I didn’t know was sold, the manager was rude to me. I will never set foot in this store again.I wish I didn’t have to give them one star. They are not worthy.

I took my tablet into our Annapolis store and was lucky enough to be met by Donald. My tablet had been shutting down periodically for no apparent reason to me. To make a long story short—Donald knew exactly what the problem was and worked with my tablet until it was restored to its proper usage- and actually seemed better than before. Thanks to Donald and Verizon.

Andrew Johnson, manager of Bay Ridge Verizon is the best! I bought a new phone from this store and Andrew and his staff have been incredible. I have been numerous times to ask for assistance and each time, by each rep, have had my questions answered with patience. It is a busy store but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I was very sad when the excellent Verizon store on Main Street in Annapolis closed thinking it would be impossible to find top notch service again. I am pleased to say that I have found it at the Bay Ridge store.

Staff and management are great but the store needs more employees to help customers. Everytime I come in theres only two employees present and the store isnt exactly that slow in traffic. My advice is go to a larger store for quicker assistance or bring a book

The service was absolutely fantastic. I came in I was immediately greeted, and presented with the current promotions which just happened to be about the device I was looking for. The staff were extremely friendly. All of my needs were met and I was in and out of there in a timely fashion. One of the best experiences Ive had a Verizon so far and I will most definitely be coming back

Location is terrible. Told me I would get a free tablet with no obligation for 14 days. After going to 4 stores to return it, they finally did and told me they needed a card to refund me, and charged me 70 dollars! On top of charging a 40 dollar activation fee. So much for honesty. Thankfully corporate Verizon was able to help me. Will never return to this store again. You shouldnt either, unless you enjoy being ripped off and lied to.EDIT: You dont want to help. You made that very obvious when I left your store angry after being lied to. Dont come on google and pretend to care to make yourself look better.EDIT 2: A month later, I got my bill, and they never disconnected the tablet. Its no longer in my possession, I returned it within 7 days, and they show I never returned it. And to cancel is 175 dollars for an early termination fee since its past the 14 days. Again, thankfully, corporate Verizon took care of me. This store is incompetent at the very best. DO NO GO HERE! Lying, cheating, stealing thieves. Im tempted to stand outside the next day I have off work and tell every customer that walks in my experience. Absolutely horrific experience. Should not be affiliated with Verizon!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I worked with the manager, Andrew, and he assisted me with purchasing a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the products and reviewed reasons with me that upgrading to another iPhone would be beneficial. He also helped me to lower my bill because I had data I wasn’t using that was unnecessary to be paying for. I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Go here! And see Andrew.

My husband and I live in Rockville and at the Verizon store here, you have to take a number, wait for at least a half hour and then rushed through the process. I’d been putting off getting my upgrade for so long. We were driving to see my parents and decided to stop here. We weregreeted with a huge smile by the manager Andrew. Since my husband and I were both still on our parents’ family plans, he helped us determine the most cost effective way to transition out of it. He spent the time with us to go through each option and he truly cared about finding us the best deal. Thank you so much Andrew!

Monique was awesome and helped me pick out a new phone and told me about a promotion that was going on that I was eligible for with my upgrade. Friendly staff but horribly incompetent. These guys make Verizon look bad...as a new Verizon customer (just transferred from T-Mobile), Im in disbelief. I brought over an iPhone with one of my lines, which was apparently locked to my previous provider. Verizon failed to check whether my phone was locked before porting over the number. As a result, we haven’t been able to use this phone for several days now. Verizon customer service said the account had been set up incorrectly, and that the account reflected the wrong phone type and IMEI. They said I needed to go to a Corporate store to get it resolved. I went to the Corporate location on Route 2 who fixed the account issue…but the phone remained locked and the original issue still unresolved. Verizon blames it on T-mobile. T-mobile blames it on Apple. Apple has already performed the unlocking procedure (which didn’t work). I’m stuck in the Bermuda triangle of cell phone blame-games.I spoke with the manager at the Hillsmere Drive location, who offered to help if issues continued. Unfortunately the only solution he could offer was to help me call T-mobile. Not helpful. He also claimed there was no way for them to check whether a phone is locked before transferring the account, but this is inaccurate. In fact, according to the Verizon store 4 miles away, they said they regularly perform such checks to prevent this very issue.More issues…the representative I initially worked with didnt know Verizons pricing structure and quoted me the wrong price, despite claiming to have worked with Verizon for several years. They were also unfamiliar with current promotions, highlighted by the fact that I had to tell the original representative about a current $200 BYOD promo. The store manager also thought you can use any payment method for the $5 auto-pay promo (FYI – according to Verizon customer service you can only use a debit card or bank account). For my second line I wanted a 128GB Pixel 2 phone, but they claimed no stores in Maryland had the phone in-stock. After making the purchase, I checked with the Verizon store 4 miles down the road, which did have my desired device available. Lies and trickery…Some closing comments...go to a real Verizon store, or maybe dont use Verizon at all. There are other providers out there who actually appear to appreciate your business and provide a transparent pricing model and transfer process without treating you like an idiot. I switched to Verizon because I wanted consistent signal and fewer dropped calls. Instead I’m left with an angry girlfriend whose cell phone hasn’t worked for the entire New Year’s weekend. Thanks Verizon.

The store charges 20 dollars for a Set up and go free, per line which is the only store Ive heard of doing this unless its a walk in data transfer... Second the prices they have are incredibly higher then any other stores. Indirect or corporate. Needless to say dont go here!! Price check yourself.

Store location is nicely away from the busy areas of Annapolis which I think is good because it isnt mobbed. I dislike VZ. The sales person was so rude over the phone. Maybe a little better in person. 5 more minutes was 10 more a few times. Equipment wasnt activated...wasted too much time on the phone with cust support.

Phill Banks has this location in a great place now. He has worked in Mobil phone salls for over 20 years if you have a Verizon phone or not still come to this location. Great customer service excel knowledge of the market and current devices along with deep and detailed info on all Verizon plans.
