Their customer service phone line is absolutely horrific. You can tell that the Customer Service number is handled by a third party call center who knows nothing about the services and probably works with a million random companies. Be prepared to sit on hold for 45+ minutes while being transferred between 6 different people whose words have no content and dont help you find a solution. I had to call at least 20 different time before any action was ever taken. Airwave itself is great, but that customer service call center is extremely illiterate.

My cable constantly is going out, for absolutely no reason. It is perfectly sunny and clear and there is no signal. Its is choppy half of the time. And they delete everyones account every year without telling anyone. Cannot wait to move so I can get better cable.

Customer Support and Technical Support dont understand computers and networks. I give them all the information on a log. Yet they force me to redo it with them for no reason what so ever. Also there are constant problems on the connection (.01 mb upload! give me a break!). They better start hiring better support and possibly engineers.

I wrote a review a long time ago about how terrible and unprofessional the Airwave staff is and I wanted to update it:Airwave is an even BIGGER piece of garbage than I thought. Lower employees sound so miserable they’re practically about to cry on the phone when you call, management is 100% incompetent, and upper management is so unable to deal properly with complaints (which as you can see by reviews - there’s a lot) that they have the social skills of a 2 year old.I feel so bad for the people that work here and their lives, imagine being so desperate that you have to be an Airwave employee.... :/ YIKES.

By far the worst service I have ever had. When I tried to reset my password, they said they would send me an email and it never came. I tried calling costumer service and they asked for a valid zip code. I tried giving them my zip code, the zip code for their business, anything I could think of. If you do not enter any of the right zip codes, the call ends and you just have to hang up without talking to a person or getting any of the information you need. Pressing 0 to talk to a person isnt an option either. Its like they do everything they can just so they do not have to help you. Horrible, horrible service.

The WiFi is always terrible. It’s incredibly slow and only gets worse. I have to go to the library most times to get any serious work done. Can’t wait to move and never deal with this again.

I regret that I cant give 0 stars. The internet rarely works even when hardwired into a device. When you do get internet it is impossibly slow, choppy, and a weak signal even if you are sitting right next to the router. Customer service is a joke. The way they communicate outages (which almost never happens), is you have to log in to their website while your internet is out and see a notice on their homepage. Good luck logging in to their homepage though if you forget your password because youre basically screwed if that happens.

The internet speed delivered with 400 mbps line is around 0.2 mbps (when directly plugged in using ethernet cable) during evening and night. The reason I get when i call the customer service is that it is peak time and they cant do anything about it.

Absolutely terrible service. At the site I live at, they advertise 200mbps download and 100mbps upload speed and I rarely get half that number. On my PlayStation I have never seen double digit speed. Ive called countless times to try and figure out what the problem is and nothing has come of it.

Asked for a technician 2 weeks ago and still have not seen one yet. Wifi/internet is by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Im running up my data bill, cant do homework, cant watch Netflix, and I cannot play 2k. Just absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend.

My first time calling I was hung up on immediatey after giving my name, was called an idiot by a supervisor named Michael, on hold for almost an hour and a half, been trying to get my internet fixed for over 2 days now and still nothing. This customer service is horrific. Ive never had to leave a Google review until now. Thanks single digits!

Airwave is not very helpful at all I have made three appointments with them to come fix our internet and the technician has missed all three appointments and not called once to let us know. I have just made my 4th appointment today this is just very unprofessional for a business. They are running on some cp time but worse they do not show up smh. Besides that their interent service is not that great.
