This is the first time Im writing a review because I want to thank FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ for your EXCELLENT customer service!!! He was not only knowledgeable but extremely patient. Not once but twice he got me out the door with my device ready to go! It is not often you go into any store and have an employee go over and above his job! We left the Apple Store feeling discouraged and he picked up the peaces and did the job for both At&t and Apple. This is the only At&t store I will be going to for any Apple product and At&t service and of course asking for Francisco. Hard work pays off in life and you are going far!!!

Marianna thank you for such a great experience today. My partner and I have literally visited three different AT&T stores and this by far was the best customer service we have received. She went above and beyond we came in to view the iPhone 12 Pro Max and we ended up not only purchasing it but also transferred our service from Verizon to At&t because she was so knowledgeable of their services and devices. Please steer clear of sales associate Ali. He is dishonest and if you are not paying close attention, he will completely take advantage of you and your hard earned dollars. We went in for assistance with our iPhone 11 that would not turn on, and he informed us that it was inoperable. He then sold us the new 12 which he said was an upgrade. 3 phone bills later we found that it was not an upgrade and we were actually charged for a new line in addition Ali adding a new line on our family plan that no one knew about, and that was not even connected to any of the phones we utilize. Turns out the iPhone 11 came back on when we returned home of course, Ali lied about the upgrade and also helped himself to taking credit for opening another phone line that, and we’ve been paying for the above since December!! We would like to thank Brooks, the store manager for addressing this issue with us and Brittany in customer service who spent time explaining everything that was done inappropriately and assisted with rectifying the issues as much as she could.

At first when me and my husband first enter the store everything was great. We waiting for my phone to switch over. Then this young man try to talk us into getting my phone fixed. He keep repeating hisself saying $80 ain’t nothing. My husband was trying to stay cool but he keep saying out lines say after he told him we were cool. We didn’t wanna buy his side service. Then the young man walked in the back talking about us. My husband got upset and the other young lady told us to take our phones and leave.Saying they don’t have help us switch the phones. This store was very unprofessional. The young man was walking around with his underwear showing and talking on the phone using cuss words.

My family had just purchased an iPhone 11 Max Pro. It was shipped to our home and started having glitches shortly thereafter. I took our phone to the Annapolis location and we worked with Ali. He was extremely helpful. We encountered an issue with the exchange as I’d erroneously simply switched the old SIM card to the new phone (versus calling and activating). Ali asked probing questions as he was determined to figure it out. Through his questioning, he was able to determine the issue and activate the phone properly. In doing so, we were able to exchange the phone with the probable. His positive attitude and determination to solve the problem is a breath of fresh air in today’s world of customer service.

Ali at AT&T was absolutely fantastic! He was so patient & friendly with me and my daughters! He went out of his way to help us with our phone replacement & volunteered to help us transfer the data when the new phone came in!!! There are many AT&Ts closer to our home but I will make the trip to the mall for his professional customer service!!!!

From the time I walked in the store, Edward (Eddie) was very attentive and patient as he explained the different prices and new features of my new iPhone 11 Max. If I could select 0 stars I would. I ordered a phone for our business account, which I have 10 lines on and have been a customer for over 14 years. Unfortunately the associate (who later I found out was one of the managers) ordered the wrong phone but we did not find out until we went to the store to pick up the phone. Once we realized this, they ordered the correct phone but informed us that WE had to mail back the wrong phone. We asked why did WE have to do that, they could just send it back and order the correct phone. They said WE had to do it....So they prepared the box, put on the return label and gave it to us. We dropped it off at the post office that week. Two weeks later I get an email from AT&T saying that we had NOT returned that phone and we would be charged full price of the phone if not returned. I was NOT given a tracking number, so i called the store to get it....They then informed me they could not help me....so I have to call AT&T. After almost being on the phone for over 2 hours, speaking to four different people, they finally informed me that I was to call the store to get that information as they are a AUTHORIZED RETAILER not a corporate store and they held that information, it was not noted on my account. I then called BACK to the store and have now left over 5 messages over the course of 1 week and NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I am about to have my account charged full price! I have NO TRACKING NUMBER and no way to prove it was mailed or even find out where it is in the mail process!!! I have spoken to several associates in the store who have promised over and over to call me back, NO CALL BACK. I have asked to speak with a manager, NO MANAGER is ever in. In all of my years as an AT&T customer, never had such terrible service. Never again will I go to an authorized dealer! Get the word out.....always ask if they are a corporate store before you start your purchase. Hopefully this will be resolved before I have to fight with AT&T to get my account credited!!!

Walked in to the store to upgrade my galaxy watch. I was not greeted by the employee Jamel.I asked what opinions do i have and before i was shown any available options i was told that they cant sell watches with adding another line.I told them that i wanted to see the available watches. The employee displayed a bad attitude and zero interest in serving a 7 year old AT&T customer.

It was fantastic. Eli was great!

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I am never returning to another AT&T Portables location because they are third party and 611 cannot help you because of that.
