Randomly called precision as my usual mechanic was too busy. I purchased the part they did a second diagnostic to firm the issue and fixed it quickly conscientiously and at a fair price, while there I decided to have the oil changed. $70 is about the going rate. I really enjoyed the congeniality of the entire shop, I will go back...

Best experience I’ve ever had at a “franchise” type of auto repair establishment. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what was going on with my daughters car. As a woman, I am always worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to car stuff. This was not the case at all! Paul was fair and straight forward. I would definitely come back for service!

I was very pleased with my recent oil change. The price was more than reasonable. I called for an appointment and 2 hours later I was in. They also didn’t try to sell me anything but did find a small matter which they told me to get taken care. I would certainly use them again.

Oil change was accomplished quickly and at a very good price. They even threw in a new pair of wiper blades. The counter man was very affable.

I had called two weeks prior to going in for an alignment and made an appointment. when I arrived, my appointment was not entered, but I was still taken care of and not only was the staff super friendly, they were also very efficient and got me out in a timely manner. my car drives so much smoother now! great service at a great price!

Very professional. Took me right on time. Completed the alignment very quickly. Clearly explained what they found and what might be required in the future. All in all a great experience.

Appointment process was easy, service was performed quickly and they kept me in the loop about any possible issues during the whole service. They also diagnosed a different issue that had been bothering me that the dealership couldnt. Cost was very acceptable and I would definitely return.

GO TO THE SEVERNA PARK LOCATION. This Annapolis location completely took advantage of me. Never asked if they could do a repair, they just did it. Which I had the bad spark plugs looked at by another garage to confirm they were still good. FYI, any additional work that is $50 or more has to be approved by the customer. So this garage willingly broke Maryland state law. I wonder what other laws theyre breaking. Im not confident with this locations integrity and knowledge. Go to the Severna Park location. Way more knowledgeable and they guide you through everything they find as they find it.

Put a small 6 cylinder radiator in on my V8 Lexus that over heated on route 50 so I had to use this place in a pinch and they ordered the wrong part and managed to mess up my air suspension when they put it on the lift as well. CLEARLY the mechanics are incompetent of there job. Had to take my SUV to my mechanic after and have everything redone. Never ever use this place!!!

I would strongly recommend against taking your car here for any kind of service.For starters I called a day ahead to schedule a time to leave my car. Since no one answered and their was only a recording, I left a message to return my call per instructions on the recording. No one ever returned my call. It was important for my call to be returned at the following day was may day off to get this done.I called the next day and spoke to the manager about leaving my first think the next morning. However when I arrived, I found they made no record of my appointment early the following day.In addition, they refused to honor a coupon that Precision Tune distributed widely, by citing a stipulation that was nowhere mentioned on the coupon.As I informed the manager I would be contacting the corporate main office to complain about distributing a coupon their company refused to honor, the manager cited that as a reason for refusal to perform any work on my car.On top of everything their manner of dealing with customers in general is rather unpleasant.Who needs this kind of abominable service to make their life more complicated. Reviewers are required to assign one star. Annapolis Precision Tune deserves none.

I have been to Precision Time Auto a couple times now with different vehicles. They got me in the door with Groupons alignment deal, Ill keep coming back for the quick in and out, and fair pricing with honest service.

I would recommend these guys to anybody. Robbie is super easy to work with and goes above and beyond to try to get your automobile fixed properly. He looked out for my safety while working on my hummer and gave me advice that I really appreciated.

This shop and the manager was very professional and kind. Took time to explain the repairs needed and When the car would be done. No pressure was put on me to have additional work done but because they were so up front I had then change the oil as well. Their prices were very competitive. Not the usual feeling of being taken advantage of which is important because I am a female and know a little about a cars engine but did not let them know that. Very honest. Robbie and the tech really seemed to like their jobs because the are very good at them!

Extremely good service tech who helped explain the issue and diagnose my cars problem. I was extremely happy with the engine diagnostics and will be sure to update after the repair is done. Was reasonable priced and i love that they take the engine diagnostics price paid off of the repair price.-Great detailed repair, had oil change done also and u CANT beat their price anywhere else. Wonderful service!! Drove up from Florida just to find myself being towed the last 40 miles to Annapolis!! This was a day before Thanksgiving and fixed our vehicle on Friday!!! Ford dealer said it would be Monday or later to look at it!!!

Customer ServiceWhen I initially called on Friday the manager stated I had to consult the weather for the next 2 days for headlight restoration and give a call back. I said it wont rain until Tuesday he said okay come Monday. I said you told me it couldnt rain within 24 hours of having it down. He said well you cant come today Im booked. I said okay thank you. He called me back 2 minutes later and asked how soon could I make it. I said 30 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later he said I thought you would be here in 20 minutes so I could work you in. I said I didnt say 20 and plus there is nobody here.ServiceThe guy was great didnt get his name but my headlights look awesome and he said them getting wet isnt an issue. It took about 30 minutes. Those headlights were really dating my vehicle. My car almost looks like the newer models. 5 stars for sure.

I just got an oil change and tire rotation, but would definitely go back if I needed more work. I heard the shop manager on the phone describing some major problems that they encountered on a customers car, and asking them do you really want to keep putting all of this money into it?. He struck me as a very honest and up-front mechanic, and he was friendly as well.

I have never seen that kind of unproffesionalism. I made an appointment for oil change for my car and they told me to come on Wednesday at 1.30 pm. I went ahead and booked the time on Monday. When I arrived there the person who work there could not find my name on the reservation list and told me I have to wait for over an hour to get my car in. So I of course refused it also this is not the first time. I have been there for an allignment for my car. I got the groupon thing and I had a prius that time. They did something to my car and they told me the car cannot be alligned. So I recommend you to not go there because they trick you and does not know what to do with your car. Highly Unrecommended

Went in for a routine oil change. It took a long time, which was suspicious. They said I was low on my transmission fluid, which was odd since it was a brand new car and this was my first oil change. The next day my car made a strange noise, so I brought it back to them. They said it was just some oil on the belt. Well the noise continued so I went to the Subaru dealership. Apparently Precision drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil, didnt put enough back in, and even put on the wrong nut! Subaru fixed everything for over $300, which fortunately Precision did cover. I certainly learned my lesson and you get what you pay for. The only way I will be back is if my transmission is damaged and they will be paying for it.

They were one of the few places open on the weekends, so I didnt have much of a choice. They were less than helpful when I arrived, and it didnt help that the owners English is terrible. It appears (so far) that they got through the oil change properly, but they wanted to charge $60 for a diagnostics test (a process that costs them nothing) and over $300 for other processes that were unnecessary. Not going back here.

Good experience. Work was done quickly and done well. Mgr. Robbie was a pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. I wont hesitate to return there for work in the future.

I found out about this location via Groupon. Before I purchased the $79 brake package I read reviews, read fine print and also called the location. When I spoke with them on the phone on 9/19/2019 I was assured that I did not need ceramic brake pads (not included in the Groupon) and that they would be able to service my cars brakes so I proceeded with purchasing the Groupon and scheduled an appointment for today 9/20/2019 @ 10:30am. I arrived on time and planned a nice day with my 2 daughters while awaiting our car to be serviced. I’m patient and I’m also pregnant. I took them out to eat while waiting for a call the guy at the front promised me regarding my vehicle. He never called and around 1pm I figured we’d head back because that was plenty of time for them to have finished. When we got there he lied about calling me multiple times saying he got a busy signal and told me me they didn’t have the brake pads that were covered in the Groupon then said I would be charged an extra 60-something bucks for a set of ceramic pads. The ceramic pads are not covered by the Groupon and when I spoke with them the previous day I was assured my vehicle did not need them. I explained that I only moved my car because of the conversation I had with them the day before and I would not have driven to Annapolis on squealing brakes just to have nothing done especially with my two little girls while I’m pregnant. I pleaded with him to give me the ceramic brakes with no extra charge due to the inconvenience and he rudely replied “That’s not how this works!” I then asked about the York Rd location and asked him to call them, he complied (mysteriously no phone issues that time...hmmm) and I ended up having to drive an hour away on squealing brakes with my precious children while pregnant to Baltimore city. The entire ordeal took me all day from 10:30am-5:00pm. I am disgusted that they treated me this way and when I got to York Rd the manager said he would have just put on the Ceramic brake pads because it was an error on their part. The York Rd location is good with customer service. The West St location in Annapolis wasted my time and also I feel put my family in danger for the sake of a few measly dollars.

I went to this place for an oil change. It seems okay. They honored a coupon I printed off from the website. I had some trouble with another place in Annapolis. I will return to this shop for the next oil change. It seems to be a mom and pop operation, although I did not really ask.

My wife recently brought her brand new car to this location for its first 5000 mile oil change. I was extremely disappointed after she brought the car home. They poured oil all over the engine cover and it dripped down onto the engine block. They also smudged oily fingerprints on the brand new interior leather on the driver side door.The car went in as mint condition, and came out with a stained engine cover, a strong odor of burning oil coming through the HVAC system, and stains needing an hour of work to get out of the interior.I recognize the need to give some leeway in my expectation of what entails quality work, but is not pouring oil all over my brand new car too much to ask?Go here at your peril. YMMV.

Was essentially told it was my fault even though they were the only place to do my alignment. This place put my life and my wifes life in danger. They should honestly be shut down. This place is horrible.
