I ended up purchasing the car I wanted, a 2022 Honda Insight EX, at the price I wanted. It was an efficient and painless process, one of the best car buying experiencing Ive had. I cant say enough about my sales rep. Marcus.His demeanor made him easy to deal with. Had a grinding/dragging noise coming from under my vehicle going over potholes. Took my vehicle in for a possible suspension problem. The noise ended up being a splash guard that came loose. The dealership took care of the problem and did not charge me. I appreciate the honest service.Thank you.

I am so happy with my beautiful CRV Hybrid that I recently purchased from Honda of Annapolis. I had the pleasure of working with Marcus in February, however, I decided not to purchase a vehicle at that time. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and I told him if I decided to buy a vehicle that I would be back and thats what I did! Marcus made my car buying experience positive and stress free from start to finish. He showed me many features on my CRV and programmed the XM stations of my choice. Marcus also offered for me to stop by any time if I have questions about my suv or need help which I truly appreciate. Marcus is the best and all of the other staff members I interacted with in February and this week in September were friendly and helpful. Hands down the best dealership service experience Ive ever had. I was able to get an appointment set up within a couple days after my initial call. I didnt have to wait on hold for more than a minute or two. My car was making a droning sound and the techs listened to me and took notes of the specific parameters that I mentioned to them so they could replicate the sound. Not only were they able to replicate the sound, they got the required replacement part ordered and installed the next day. This was done under warranty, no shady add-ons, no we also noticed a problem with..., they just fixed the car and turned it back over to me. Super impressed and Ill definitely be dealing with these guys for any future work, warranty or not. The shop looks really clean and runs really smooth. The fact that Im writing this review is just a testament to how satisfied I am because I never write reviews.

I have taken my Honda here since 2009, they keep her running like a champ and I’m grateful for their quality service because I’m not ready to let the old girl go yet! They’ve always been available for me as far as regular maintenance and also quick emergency services like needing a new battery or for a tire repair, the service staff and the cashiers are always so niceI also appreciate their waiting area when I need it, well stocked with coffee and drinks and snacks and free wifiI hope Honda comes out with a cute electric car like the Honda E soon for the US market so I can stay with the Honda brand moving forward

Eric went above and beyond to make sure I made an informed decision about my new vehicle purchase. He was very personable on the test drives, and very knowledgeable about the features of the new Civics. He was training another Sales Representative during our interaction, and seemed to be thorough explaining the Sales, Finance and Customer service aspects of the business. He followed up with me a few days later and gladly answered a couple questions I had my new car. Overall the entire staff was friendly, and they should feel lucky to have a Rep as good as Eric.

Made an early morning appointment earlier in the week, once got there was told would be 2 hours. Fine. Also asked about something with the car and was told it was a setting, but the intake guy couldnt remember how to reset it, which is fine and I assumed he would find out. After 2.5h, went and asked for estimate of how much longer. After close to 3h visit got my car back. The feature that was a setting wasnt fixed, but I just wanted out of there. Good customer service would have been someone checking in with me after the 2 hour mark and giving me an update. Also, finding out the setting that was asked about, fixing it, and showing me how to do it so I could fix it if it happened again in the future. I came to the dealership knowing you generally pay more and I expected some customer service. Dont think Ill go back to the dealership for regular maintenance. I can get the same level of inattentiveness anywhere.

Had a great experience at the Service Department! Brian was very helpful, friendly, and took time to answer my questions. My only (minor) complaint is that there were not enough seats in the waiting area. It was a hot day and many had to sit out in the heat will awaiting their vehicles. Otherwise, no problems. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Always great service from Honda of Annapolis. Just had to get a replacement key for my Pilot and everyone was super friendly. I just wish that they would tell you upfront that there are separate fees for the key itself and then the programming as it’s already a bit of sticker shock at the price of the key and then another sticker shock for the programming. One would assume that the programming is included in the price of the key with it being so expensive!!!

I had a great experience with Keith at Honda of Annapolis. I reached out to the dealer and made an appointment to see a particular car. They had the car at the front door when I arrived. I took it for a test drive with my wife. We liked it and it was less than 2 hours before we were walking out of the dealership with the keys. Keith was fast but thorough. Finance office was also very efficient. They didnt try to over sell unnecessary extras which my wife and I appreciated. They mentioned the extras but didnt go overboard like some dealers. It was definitely the fastest we ever purchased a car but we also knew what we wanted in advance.

When we woke up one morning 2 weeks ago, the last thing on our minds was a new car. We are and always have been a Honda family. Son, sister, nephews, etc have had various makes and models for decades. Nevertheless, at 230,000 miles under its hood, we hoped our 2008 CR-V could make it to 300,000 as did our Civic. But that day, unexpected maintenance climbed to $5,000. OOPS. Hurriedly, we decided to trade that one in and look at the new CR-Vs which we admired on the road for a long time. To make a long story short, Sales Leader Matt and Sales Person Gwen made our car buying process efficient, friendly and pain free. In a few hours, we walked out with the exact model, color, and accessories that we had in the back of our minds. Gwen was especially personal and eager to make our experience the best possible. In a warm and relaxing manner, she showed us inventory, features, answered questions, let us test drive, found a good deal on our trade-in and negotiated a price that was a fair bottom line. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from the Honda of Annapolis dealership. Eugene Che was our salesman. He was excellent. He took great care in making sure that my husband and I were taken care of. He had fantastic knowledge about the vehicle that we were looking at and was able to provide details relating to the new features in the vehicle. He walked us through each step of the process, and any questions that we had, that he was not able to answer, he was able to get an answer for. Additionally, management was also friendly, and provided information where needed. In my haste, i also forgot a few things in my trade in, and upon reaching out, on a Sunday, i received a quick response, and was able to get my forgotten items on the following business day. I would definitely recommend going to Honda of Annapolis, and i would recommend Eugene.

I had a 10 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The person who checked me in, which I don’t remember his name, was great. I was told that the person over seeing my work was another guy at the first desk. After waiting for 3 hours and watching people who came in 2 hours after me get done i asked about my van. The individual that i was supposed to be hearing from was not at his desk at all. The person who checked me in was who i asked what was going on, he had to talk to someone twice to get me communication. It was pretty clear that they had forgotten to tell me that my van was done. Very disappointed on the personal service today.

First, if I have a budget I want to stick with, do not tell me I do not need to purchase a car if I cannot afford to spend $20 more a month on a car note...stop counting my money; I have a budget for a reason. Second, if you say you will call when my car is complete after a 6hr service, please do so. Do not leave and when I call have your unprofessional coworker answer my questions sarcastically because he did not get to go home before closing. My 3 stars is for the gentleman who helped me when I first arrived, he was very nice and professional, he is the star.

I have made 2 trips here for car service for my 2017 Honda Accord, coming from Upper Marlboro, MD. The couple times I came have been well worth the trip, from customer service, wait times, and pricing. It is definitely worth it for me to travel the distance. Bryce was my service tech on both visits and he has been nothing but exceptional. I spoke with Treyvon when scheduling my appointment, he is also very nice and worth mentioning.

The staff with whom I interacted directly were polite and helpful. My car is running fine now.But another staff member was standing nearby with his mask down on his chin for a prolonged (indoor) conversation. When I reached out to management about this later the manager told me no one is perfect and seemed to just blow it off. I wont feel safe going back here during the pandemic if management cant convey that masks, per state regulations, need to be correctly worn indoors. If i want to be put at risk by staff, i can go somewhere cheaper.

I visited the dealership to have a tire checked for the company work vehicle. Junior not only serviced the tire in question but he checked the other 3 for safety as well. He knows how important it is to keep the FedEx Lady moving and Im very appreciative of his work ethics and attention to detail. I didnt miss much time off of the busy route which is excellent. Caution-PLEASE BEWARE extremely terrible service!!!!Made me believe that the car was reserved for me and took my SSN, ran series of credit checks and said that I got approved and asked for more information to move forward. Then I have asked for a vin number of the vehicle, for that they said, some other customer agreed to come in next day and pay $2k more than I signed the paperwork for. I dont know why they ran series of hard inquiries if they are not interested in sell the vehicle(ruined my credit history for nothing)On top of all this they are trying to charge the customer about $2k than the MSRP by saying chip shortage. And they are even trying to charge for accessories which everyone will not need like pinstripes, wheel locks, ...(they say that the car was pre-installed with those accessories), I have checked with other dealerships and Honda manufacturing and they said thats not true.I have complained to Honda corporate about what happened and they said general manager will be contacting me and that didnt happen.They made me drive for 2hrs to get there and sign the paperwork which was worth nothing.Synopsis-Not trust worthyThe sales person who will be dealing with you wont even care to help, and one of the manager who I dealt with is a horrible person who made me suffer all this due to his greed and ego.

We got a recall notice on our low mileage meticulously maintained 2006 Accord. Also we wanted fluid changes of the transaxle & coolant and to check the brake fluid to see if it needed exchanged. All the guys & gals were exceptionally polite and you could tell they wanted to please us! Bryce was wonderful to my wife when she called days earlier and through the process. Picking up the car, they saw no indication the brake fluid needed exchanged. On top of that, Bryce extended a discount to my wife because the service center felt they took longer than expected. No way! And they could have tacked on another C-Note by doing the brake fluid, but didn’t out of skill and honor. We’re customers for life of the car. Thank you Bryce and all!

I took my car to Honda of Annapolis on a Friday for some suspected issues with my transmission. Unfortunately, the source of the problem wasn’t found, but the Honda team was more than thorough, and had great customer service. They drove my car on two separate days to try to replicate the issue due to winter weather conditions in the area, and ran complete diagnostic checks on my transmission. I was away for the weekend and they happily let me leave my car with them even after they had completed the tests at no cost. All of their testing was thoroughly debriefed to me over the phone and I got the assurance that if they issue were to occur again, they would be able to get my car in and examine it right away. Wonderful experience at Honda of Annapolis, they have a great team!

Initially had a little trouble getting one of 4 attendants to acknowledge that I had arrived. Approached one who said just wait we’ll come to you. After a few minutes, Tre, who was on the phone while the others ignored me, came over and took care of me. After that, my service was prompt and ahead of the promised time. Tre called back early and let me know the car was ready to go. Would give five stars except for the attendants who were indifferent to the only vehicle in the service line at the time. Hope this review helps them improve the customer intake process.

I drove my previous vehicle for eleven years; literally until the wheels fell off. Buying from a dealership always seemed intimidating to me, but from the moment I stepped in to Honda of Annapolis they made me feel right at home. Step by step they walked me through the process and showed me ways that I could make this experience one to remember without having to break the bank! Not sure why at times it seems youre not acknowledged when you drive your car into their service bay?! Do they think I pull my car in for fun and just to sit there? It took 11 minutes for me to be addressed once inside the service bay. There were three service techs at their station and one returning from the work bay. The ONLY one that bothered to say or do anything was the ONE tech that came from the work bay. He only acknowledged me AFTER fully coordinating the customer infront of me. No eye contact, no I will be with you in a moment, NOTHING. That was after my pulling into their first drive up lane, the auto door NOT opening, having another customer drive up and enter via the 2nd service lane; I then reversed and pulled out to go in the 2nd lane only to have that door NOT open and someone ELSE drive up and in thru the first lane!!!!! Service was fine once in and processed.

Great job and friendly staff. I have no issue with the service I received. The mechanic Explained exactly what I needed to do with my tires and that I need to get an alignment.I would like to see Honda engineer and produce a plug-in hybrid SUV in the passport or pilot models. I would buy one of those. Also you need to produce a spare donut tire for the clarity. My vehicle blew a tire and I did not realize their was no space in the back. I also called for Honda assistance that night and the help desk could not assist me even with the extended 80K warranty. Otherwise really enjoyed the Honda Clarity.

I arrived knowing the car I wanted to purchase. The sales experience was strange. The salesman walked out when he saw me looking at the car. He never introduced himself or asked our names. Took my license and gave me the keys for a test drive. Never showed us any features or how anything worked. When we returned and walked in he looked as if he didn’t know who we were. We went back and purchased 2 days later. Pretty much the same. I had to ask for a folder for all of the documents and when we left he just handed us the keys. Again not showing any of the features. I had to ask about tags, does the car have specific features etc. He was very easy to deal with and made the process seamless, I just felt like a lot of info was missing.

Easy to set up my online appointment for my first service of oil change, tire check and rotation, and brake check with Honda of Annapolis. Rick was attentive and explained the service that was stated as provided during my first visit.I knew inflation levels for tires were marked on the door panels and that I needed air in all tires before I arrived for service. They were at the same level when I left the service lot as when I arrived. I called Rick the next day with my concern about whether the tires were rotated and adjusted. I returned during my lunch for the correct psi fill.Thank you for checking to make sure the service was completed as described.

Five weeks ago my wife and I sold our minivan to them. Today we had to show up to request payment because of their lack of follow through to make sure we received payment in a timely manner after we were told we’d have payment in 10 days. My wife had been the one communicating with him about our payment so after she confronted the manager Steve about his lack of follow ups and communication concerning our payment one of his associates decided to follow my wife out of the dealership yelling and screaming that we don’t tell them how to do their business and demanding we leave. I was in the car with our kids and had to get out to stop him from following my wife out of the dealership. After I told him to stop yelling at my wife and to back up this associate attempted to egg me on saying “you’re not gonna do anything”. He was right. I am a man of peace but I was not going let him continue to yell at my wife and follow her out of the dealership in such an ugly and aggressive manner. Our simple request was a courtesy car wash or oil change to make up for the delay but they refused. Clearly someone should teach them how to do business because this is not how you treat customers. We will be in the market for a new car early next year and we will certainly not be going to Honda of Annapolis. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a Honda. They are rude, discourteous, and disrespectful dealers who attempt to bully and threaten their customers. Needless to say they are very unprofessional. Please go elsewhere.

I happened to be in Annapolis when the low tire pressure indicator came on. I visited the gas station to put air into the tire. I dreaded going to another Honda location outside of my usual. When I discovered the nail in the tire, I contacted the local Honda dealership and Jamel assisted me in scheduling the appointment and Rick Foster delivered on a fantastic service experience. Thanks for allowing me to promptly address the tire and to have peace of mind while driving the 50 miles home. I’ve always been loyal to Honda for my vehicle purchases. The car is now my sons. He told me that the amount of time was so swift, that the people who were there before he got there, were still there when he left. Just needed an oil change -- for now. The car will be brought back soon for other repairs and maintenance work and Mike will be the one the appointment(s) will be made with.
