I brought my 2000 Dakota in Chaneys for a wheel alignment, as it was my first visit to this shop. The front staff (Cliff and Rob) were very professional and provided great customer service. The mechanic (Robert) pointed out some issues and suggestions giving me some future options for wheel alignments, which was very helpful. The shop did not try to sell me something I did not need, so I appreciate the honesty. I will certainly be visiting Chaneys in the future for my needed repairs, as I think all of us just want to find a reasonable and honest auto repair shop, so no need for you to look any further.

Can I give this place 6 stars please?! They answered their phones, which some places dont do, had all the answers to my questions, and got the job done when I needed with great customer service! Robert was so nice and professional. I called and he assisted me through everything. I told him my tire size, my schedule, and the kind of car I have. I also told him its my mommy mobile so I dont need anything fancy, just something safe for my 3 babies and he took it from there. Such a great experience. I have already recommended this place to some friends and Ill be back for all my car needs. Thank you!!!

Very professional staff. I call them in advance to ask for estimates or if I have questions and they always always answer promptly and give me straight answers. I’ve called around other shops including dealership ones where they always have to ‘get back to me with a price’. Not these guys. I first got all four tires changed here and then came back for an alignment and was so impressed with the staff and service that I came back and got my regular maintenance done here as well. Very trustworthy place. Even when they gave me a quote for a damaged suspension I didn’t feel pressured or shamed into having to get my service done with them. The front desk associate told me what my car needed with a bit of advice and handed me the quote and that was it. I did go elsewhere to get that done because the quote was a bit too high for my budget but if I could’ve I definitely would’ve entrusted the work to these guys.

They did great work. They were careful with my vehicle (Im very particular about it), fast, and listened to my concerns and requests. The price was reasonable and comparable to other places in the area (including the big chains).

The owner is dishonest and uses bait and switch tactics and made us pay for something we didn’t ask for after he took it upon himself to fix.

These guys are so awesome! They really put in time and effort to help me with my car, and then took the time to explain everything to me. My car wasn’t having any sort of major issues, so the fact that they took me in when clearly they had a lot of other work meant a lot. Customer service is top-notch! If I ever have car issues in the future I will for sure be returning here! Thank you guys so much!

Wow. Really fast service. Great technician to sort through all the tire choices. The very best part is that they rotate your tires ever 5000 miles and service your tires for nails, etc AT NO COST for the life of the tires. It just doesnt get any better.

Purchased tires for both cars. They were able to get ones I wanted at a good price. Been back few times for oil and rotation. Always good service. Asked them to diagnose a noise. Immediately identified problem but recommended waiting. Expensive repair that will sound noticeably worse before it effects car performance. Since its a 2004 their suggestion to wait was appreciated.

I have a lifted truck with over sized tires that are heavy and hard to balance. The shop has treated me really well in trying to balance these monsters. The crew is courteous and knowledgeable They take the time to not only explain, but more importantly for me, show me what they are doing. They’ve certainly won my business.

Great service and reasonable prices. Customer service and mechanics know what theyre doing and are very professional. Very impressive wheel alignment service. They give you a detailed printed before/after alignment report of all alignment specifications. They also wont try to sell you something you dont need and will tell you exactly what it will cost you, before they do the work. I highly recommend them, and have used them on multiple vehicles. Ive always had good experiences with them.

I had THE BEST experience with Chaney Tire and Auto. So much so that I drive over an hour to see them for any vehicular needs.They do not rip you off or overcharge you for service. They are honest about everything, including whether or not something is actually urgent. These guys legitimately care about their customers and are looking for ways to help where they can. That isnt easy to come by in this industry, especially with the larger chains that have sales quotas and want to make more money.I highly recommend them.

This could be the last place to get your car worked on by adults at a reasonable price. I completely trust these guys and the added bonus of free coffee makes me happy to spend time waiting. Love it!

Been coming here since it was Tires plus and with different cars. Theyve always been helpful and friendly. Today I needed help on changing my license plate that had a rusty old screw and they did!! I appreciate it very much and will definitely always come here for car services! You guys are awesome :)

Super friendly and professional shop. They have very, very fair prices on tires and maintenance services. Weve been here a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences - its basically what a business should be, and the total opposite of most experiences weve had at dealership service centers.

Its refreshing to do business with a location that honors their word and does good work.On the phone, I was quoted a in-the-door, out-the-door price for replacing a pair of tires. I walked out paying about $2.00 less than that. Staff was professional, courtesy and helpful. When they couldnt complete my alignment because the tie-rods were frozen up, they didnt charge me a dime for trying (spent a good 30 minutes on trying though!)

I came in to the annapoAnn store to get a state inspection on my 2008 pickup. The parking brake wouldnt hildso it failed. No one had the part needed to fix it and they took the time and used their experience to remefr the isdue and pass the inspection. Hinest, professional, polite. They have my business from this day forward.

Great! Took me right in, good price and the balance is perfect.I bought top of the line Michelin tires from Mr Tire on defense Hwy $1893. it was the worst place in the world. It took them 3 hours and 45 minutes to put them on. I had a one oclock appointment. They asked me when I had to absolutely be out of there. I told them 4PM. I got out at 445. The tires were horribly out of balance. I took it right back and they said come back in two days at 1pm. I did. This time it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and it was no better than before. Again he said come back in two days at 1pm. When I got there he said he could not do it that day. I also found out that he only rebalanced the front tires the last time and told me that the back tires could not cause a balance problem - which is absolutely stupid. I looked at the rear tires when I got home and both tires had almost 6 ounces of weights on each wheel. I took 3 ounces off of each wheel and it was much better. Thats when I decided I have to go somewhere else. Chaney Tire had great reviews and were wonderful.

Nice people in a clean place. Came in to get a tire repaired. Next day it was losing air again. Was going to buy tires here, but decided not to. Was concerned that the new tires would get screwed up too. GuvChaney responded that I did not get charged - WRONG - I was charged and I did pay for a tire repair!

On my way through Annapolis, I was unlucky enough to blow out a tire and lucky enough to find Chaney Tire. They were fantastic - professional, courteous service - clear explanations and communication - very ethical. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a repeat customer.

There was a problem after a service they performed on my car which may or may not have been their fault. They did the right thing right away and addressed the issue without any questions.
