The guys on site here in Annapolis are incredible. The 800 center sucks big time. The guys on site do everything possible to help. The 800 center makes you wait at least an hour for the pleasure of speaking to them and even then they are pretty much useless

So incredible. I’m from out of town my system crashed and they were so nice. They fixed my system quickly and made sure I was safe to continue with my vacation

This company gave me a very big hard time about having my truck worked on I was broke down 50 miles away from home and I needed to have the truck worked on I was hoping I wouldn’t have to have it towed 50 miles after A two hour phone call with the company I was directed to a place 60 miles away from me I’m told that was the closest place which is very funny because the place was in Baltimore I was in Annapolis and life safer has an office in Annapolis so I know this to not be true I am making a report with the MVA about this company they are very unprofessional and I don’t understand how they are certified to do something so important the people that work there are obviously low-wage workers and the company is getting what they are paying for A bunch of high school kids who are not worth minimum wage it’s ridiculous do not use this company you will regret it
