First time visiting Nail Spa this afternoon, they were able to get me in for a same day appointment which is awesome for a Saturday! They were busy, but didn’t make me feel like they were rushed. Michelle did a wonderful job with my acrylic fill, she was very friendly and made me feel like a regular customer. Very pleased with my nails, thanks again! 😊

I have been to this salon over 10 times and would like to share my experiences regarding this business. Today I went in to get an acrylic refill on my nails and I am very disappointed and upset. About every single time that I have came in to the salon, I always have to go home and fix my nails afterwards. Whether the shape is horrible, the polish is not good, or the job just looks messy in general. Today I spent over $40 on an acrylic refill, and about four of my nails were crooked and miss shaped. I ended up having to file my nails at home for over an hour trying to get them to look decent, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to do that after getting them professionally done.This is happened almost every single time that I have gone into the salon. The quality of the work is not good. Sure there have been a few times where the nails turned out all right, but I still always need to fix them once I get home.I have always made an appointment before hand, and yet they are still rushed and do the job very quickly and not good quality. It upsets me that I have spent so much money on my nails and they still never turn out very well when I come to the salon.

Yesterday was my first visit to Nail Spa. I had read good reviews, so I thought I would give it a go. I made an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. The salon was neat and clean. My nail technician was very pleasant to talk to and she did a wonderful job. I will be back again. I had a pedicure and manicure. Natural nails, no gel. Very happy with the service I received.

I asked for coffin shape nails. While she was doing them, they looked good. After she painted them (plain white btw) she started filing them again. It’s my fault I didn’t speak up but they are not $67 ($57 plus $10 tip) worth of nails. Not even a little bit. They looked undone/ my partner wanted to go up with me and have them redone but I told him it’s fine. I’ll go somewhere else next time. I have never paid so much for plain nails anywhere. And won’t ever again!

They did poor quality of and the massage was about 30 seconds. Dont recommend it!

Horrible experience. This was my first time gettingacrylics and I am not impressed. while I was getting my nails done I had noticed that one of the acrylics was crooked. I said to my nail tech that it was crooked and she did nothing about it and didn’t say a word about it she just kept going on with my nails. my nails were not straight when you looked at them from the side and they are supposed to be, mine we’re not.I went in the next day to get them fixed and I kept telling the nail tech over and over that they were not straight I didn’t want them crooked I just wanted them to be straight that’s all I wanted. well she had filed them down the machine which made them super thin well it hasn’t even been a week and my nails are already cracking the polish is coming off and that’s a waste of $50 in my part. I am very upset because was very excited to get acrylics. and the lady was very nice about redoing them but they ended up worse than in the beginning.

I brought my daughter in to get a full set of acrylics done. Nina was our nail tech. She was very friendly and the nails turned beautifully. Will definitely be going back.

Michelle did an excellent job on my nails today. Very warm and inviting environment. Will be back for sure!

Never trimed my nails until I asked hardly any skin was removed still scaly list 50 dollars and wont go back

We called yesterday to get a group of us in. They opened early to accommodate us all because they didn’t have other availability. They were amazing!!! Requested we wash hands upon entering, respected the guidelines for the pandemic, helped with selections and took great care of us all. It was my girls’ first time getting pampered and they made it extra special for them. Michelle and Lani (sp?) were the best! Very kind and amazing artists - our 4th is July nails are perfect!

This is my go-to for anything nails. Nail Spa always does an awesome job and the experience is always a pleasure. (P.S. Michelle is amazing for acrylics!!)

Love this place! My mom and I have been coming here for awhile now and every time is a great experience. The customer service is great and everyone is so friendly. If we do ever have any concerns with our nails, they make it very easy for us to just let them know and they will fix it right there on the spot!

I have been going here for YEARS and YEARS getting my nails done and pedicures as well..... I would not go any place else as they do a phenomenal job here at Nail Spa and the workers are extremely friendly as well. My nails are perfect every time and the RATES are very reasonable as well.I would highly recommend this Nail Spa.

I went in to get an acrylic full set & as soon as i sat down to get them done the nail tech asked me which shape i wanted. i said coffin, to which she just said okay and never mentioned a thing about a price increase. when she started to shape my nails, she had already cut one (which she didn’t even ask me how long i wanted it, she just cut it and said okay? i said it was fine because what could i do, but i actually wanted them longer) only then did she inform me that coffin shape is an extra $5. i couldn’t even change the shape then because they were too short for the other shape i get so i just had to be fine with it. this unfortunately meant my nails would be $30 which means i had no money for a tip, because i came thinking $25 for nails, $5 for tip & i didn’t have extra money to spare on an extra $5. she also didn’t let my nail polish dry enough before putting on the top coat so the polish on a few nails looks really bad. all that being said, the staff did seem friendly and my nail shape is nice.

My friend and I got gel acrylic nails done for a total of $95! Before receiving our acrylics prices were $35 a piece. They charged $35 for my friends and $60 for my nails because they were slightly longer than my friends.. after noticing that we were over charged, we called in asking for prices and were giving the price of $35. A couple days later, my nails began to fall off. My friends began chipping off which resulted to us having to get them removed. I am not one to complain, but I do not recommend nor will I go back to this nail salon.

Rude. Asked if they could provide a waxing service which they had prices up for. I got a no and a whole bunch of other remarks but I couldnt understand them. The vibe didnt feel good and Im glad they didnt have the service because like I said.. ugh. went to the Great Clips next door which also didnt provide the service, but pointed me in the right direction.

I will ONLY go here. The staff are so amazing! They know what they are doing, and do a fantastic job. They are also quick! I am so glad I found this place!

The lady I had didnt do a nice job painting my nails. Many missed spots and not polished down near cuticle. Looks like my nails have grown out after 1 day after getting them done. Overpriced for what was done and the job performed.

Went in for a fill. They are nice and attentive to details! They were busy but made sure everyone was in and out in a timely manner. First time going here and it was wonderful experience. Love this place !

My friend and I decided to go get our nails done. When we got there we were told it would only be 10 minutes. The clock ticked past 10 minutes and they were letting other people go before us. When they finally got to me, the lady doing my nails was distracted and she would keep looking away from my nails. I asked for a coffin shape and they turned out square, uneven, and the nail was turned upward, not straight. My friend was forgot about, and she had to wait an extra 25-30 minutes. I’ve been here before and they usually perform better. But the last few times I’ve gotten my nails done, they have dug into my real nail, resulting in divots that take forever to heal.

I just went here for the first time. After many many years of having my nails done, I can honestly say that MICHELLE did a better job on my nails then anyone EVER has! I was married in August and quite honestly had quite a horrible set of gel nails done at Daisy Nails. Luckily I’m not one to sweat the small things but once Michelle fixed them and I again saw how beautiful they can be (how beautiful they SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON MY WEDDING DAY) I was nearly in tears. Not only did Michelle do a great job, but she was kind and respectful, social and friendly, knowledgeable and her customer service skills were A+++! Very impressive. I am one satisfied customer who plans on returning and referring all my friends! Thanks Michelle!!

I’ve been to the nail spa twice and both times I was very pleased with my service and nail technician. The first time it was myself and my daughter. My daughter got the acrylic nails in a French mani look, she asked for white polish but received French look, this could have been a communication thing, I wasn’t standing their and it was my daughters first time having acrylic, she is 13 yrs so I didn’t want to crowd her, lol 😆 My daughter was still very pleased and loved them. I went with gel polish. I have had both manicures and pedicures for services with the massage and I like that the ladies take their time and don’t make you feel rushed. Also I enjoyed the conversation. I will continue to return to Nail Spa! If you go you will not be disappointed.

Kinda a hit and miss place, sometimes nails look great, other times my cuticles are completely flooded, like on all nails, or several times my polish bubbles after about 10 mins after I left the salon.. which ends up a waste of money.. staff us pretty nice tho

I love the services and the staff! The prices are a little high if you get anything done besides the absolute basics. I end up paying $60 for a gel-polish pedicure BUT it lasts flawlessly for 3 weeks!!!

I honestly wish I could give no stars. I absolutely hated my experience here . It was my first time coming here. The lady that was doing my nails didnt understand what I was saying at all. She kept trying to talk me into getting something more expensive even when I told her no because my friend was paying for them for me as a birthday gift. She also kept insisting that my friend pick out the color for my nails when I told her I wanted to pick it out. She rushed me into picking a color and told me the color I wanted was too light and picked out a different color I didnt want. When painting my nails she missed multiple spots and didnt put enough coats on. She did an awful job on the top coat because my nails are rough and dont sparkle like theyre supposed to. I also got cut on the side of my finger and under my nail. Under my nails there is a bunch of acrylic and my nails are all different lengths and uneven . the whole time she was doing my nails she was really rough and hurting me . I only went here because the reviews were so promising and I was unfortunately very disappointed. Another girl also very badly messed up my friends nails as well. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK AND WONT BE REFERRING FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO COME HERE. Instead I will strongly advise they dont come.ID LIKE TO SEE A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Ive been coming here every two weeks for the past two years and its my regular routine. The girls there are wonderful and kind and know me and my preferences. They never disappoint. They can be a little spendy compared to other nail salons, but you honestly cannot beat the quality. I see Nina and she does a wonderful job. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great place for pedicure, so relaxing. Friendly and expert staffs, spacious and clean place. Busy on Friday but they knew how to take care of me!!!

They pulled a ingrown nail out during my pedicure and now it’s infected and extremely sore. My sisters polish on her toes came off with her sock even though they had at least 3 hours to dry before she put her sock on. The hot towels were almost at burning temperature. My experience was anything but relaxing and I will not be going there again.

The lady who did my nail was rushing didn’t take her time because she got to leave when done with me, tried to make me do something more expensive. Asked for coffin shape (even got charged extra) it’s square, Got the matte coat it was literally empty she still scrapped the sides to use some parts were cloudy other part was shinny. A different lady tried to fix it which I appreciate but they weren’t fixable they were bumpy & uneven. Didn’t let the first nail color dry before matte coat so my nails underneath wouldn’t dry. They said it takes 15 minutes to dry which was not true! Ended up going home taking off that nail polish & repainting. Waste of money !!!!

If I could rate this place with a negative star I would, I drove 30 minutes to come down and get my nails done with my cousin as a relaxing morning. HA this experience was far from relaxing. I needed my acrylics removed and a manicure pedicure. As I’m getting my pedicure the women throws a towel at me and tell me to soak my nails i told her it was gel so if I do that I’ll need them to take it off right away or it will just dry again she said no and told me to do it.. she barely did my pedicure it was probably 15 min pedicure.. then went to take my nails off and wow they were dry so I sat there as she was RIPPING them off she even burned my finger with the Dremel and cut me with the clipper not once said sorry. I have never had this happen to me before. Needless to say we will never return.

Started and stopped my nails numerous times because they had appointments... should not seat a customer if your not ready for them.Also requested I bring cash for tip when their credit card machine works because they dont want to pay the user fee on it. Not my problem. Rude.Will not be coming back.

I had high hopes because of other reviews but oh my God, I was very disappointed. I must’ve asked my girl, Nina, 5 times to clean the instruments. She lied and said they throw away. No way they don’t throw away the tips they file with. I already had a fungus on one nail and sure don’t want more. I don’t know what is so difficult about throwing the tips in some alcohol in between clients. Glad I don’t live here and only have them for a salon choice.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Uneven acrylics, misshapen tips. Got a matte topcoat and large portions of my nails were missed. My cuticles were cut many times, and I left with acrylic packed under the tips and in my cuticles (over the cuts). Asked for them to be fixed and they said they were fine. Still charged $55 for full set (gel, color and stiletto tips).
