I have been a customer of Andover Nail Spa for a few years now. What I love the most about this place is the happy atmosphere. People talk to others if they choose, if not, its just a time to be pampered. It is well-run, immaculate, and very friendly. I highly recommend this salon - and I have been to many in the area.

What do I know about pedicures?! I know Andover Nails does right by the wife. I know I like the occasional pedicure! Relaxing, thorough, friendly.

Worst nail experience to date - $60 for a fill that took two hours. My nail technician (Lina) was exceptionally rude to me and made me wish I had gone somewhere else from the moment I got there! Do not waste your money here!!

I have been going to this salon for many years but will not be back. I got a pedicure just before vacation and the technician cut my toe. I don’t like to make a fuss so didn’t make a big deal of it. However the next day my toe was swollen and infected. It was that way for the whole of my 4 day vacation.

Only takes cash (and checks!) yet doesnt have signage or any indication of this on the property. You find out, if youre me, when you pull your card to pay before your nails are painted and are told No cards. Only cash or checks.Besides there not being an ATM on site, the Whole Foods across the way doesnt have an ATM.Good thing the person I was there with had her checkbook.

Its very expensive! I got a fill and change of color on my toes and it was $50. The way she painted my toes was awful they were smudged and she got nail polish from the cotton ball when she removed the color all over my feet. She didnt even clean it up, when I got home I had to use nail polish remover to clean it up. Never going back to this place! And definitely not recommending it.

Would give zero stars if possible. They DO NOT sterilize their equipment properly. I was in the medical field and know about infection control. I watched them...they reuse instruments minutes after they were used on another client. This salon should be closed down. This salon was recently sited for non sterilization.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman who did my nails was completely and utterly incompetent. My nails (acryclic) look totally fake - not the look I normally have. She took one and a half hours to do my nails - normally 45 minutes tops at a reputable place. And, at that, they look horrible. I cannot speak to their regular nail services but DO NOT GO THERE FOR ACRYLICS - TOO EXPENSIVE, TOO SLOW AND NOT QUALITY WORK.

Seriously over priced for the quality they give. Got my shellac done there only a week ago and its already chipped on most nails. My recommendation is to simply not go here, there are plenty other nail salons in town. Save your $

They used to do a good job , but lately they made me hate my nails , every time they changed the shape of the nails , more than 2 times the color is something different the next day ..and it’s soooo expensive
