I was able to walk in and get a great gel dip manicure. Best one I ever had done and it was done quickly.

My nail technician, Laurie, is the best Ive ever had (and Ive sampled quite a few). She takes the time to make sure my nails look the absolute best they can before she sends me on my way. I do the powder dip and when they didnt have the exact color white I wanted she combined different powders until it was achieved. For those of you who knew and loved her from Sarah Nails Im letting you know she can be found here. Lastly, this shop is new and decorated beautifully. They adhere to Covid regulations and do their very best to keep the customer safe. If you havent checked them out yet, give it some thought. Tell them Johnson sent you.

The service was very bad. The staff were very rude from the moment I walked through the door. The lady that did my manicure did a very bad job. My nails are very messy and the polish is all over my cuticles. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend this nail salon to others.

Natural Nails is a very clean salon. I love Julie- she is so very sweet. She literally stopped doing my nails, to rush outside to help an elderly woman who was struggling getting her walker out of her car. One of the many reasons I only see her!

So i came in with a picture and showed the lady what i wanted, she told me she could do it and that it would be $65 which i was surprised but okay with. i asked for long coffin nails and when she asked how long it was wayyy to long so i said a LITTLE shorter and i ended up with nails 10x shorter than what i originally asked for. she messed up the whole shape of my nails very very badly to the point where my pinky nail is completely crooked to the side and in the end didn’t even do what i asked for in the picture. i don’t know if she was new but i’ve been here many times before and never had an issue, always so happy and in love with what they do with my nails but this was literally the worst experience i’ve ever had anywhere. i HATE my nails right now.

The women of Natural Nails do an amazing job! This was my first visit and Im already excited for my next visit! Highly recommend them!

First time for my daughter to have her nails done professionally. I got a pedicure with her, we had Kim for that part and she was awesome! I cant say much about the nail experience but my daughter is happy. Its clean here and everyone was friendly.

The ruined my natural nails. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER BAD NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE! They left the acetone on my nails for too long and ruined my natural nail shape. My nails are now curved into my flesh. They refused to fix it. The owner told me that because I did not have a picture of my nails before they messed with them that I had no proof and I would have to deal with it and pay for the services. When I said I would not. They barricaded the door and called the cops on me. I was having an anxiety attack and they would not let me leave the store. They treated me terribly.

The place was nice on the inside but after a few days my gel polish started chipping away. They were nice enough to fix it for free but a few days later 2 of my acrylic nails popped off which hasnt happened to me in the past. I wasnt pleased for the price.

Seriously the best pedicure and manicure Ive had compared to local competitors. They know how to do it right! Never had a bad experience yet and so friendly.

I have been here many times. Pedicures are great. My last gel manicure was horrible. The polish peeled off in 5 days in full chunks. Ive never had that happen before. Would recommend going here for a pedicure but not a manicure.

My pedicure was great. However I got a full set, French, and NONE of my white tips matched at all. She never checked to make sure that they did And I was very precise with what I wanted from the beginning. Will not be back. And it’s upsetting when you spend so much money and you can’t get what you want especially for something so simple like a French manicure. Bummer.

I had been there a couple time, was pleased with the service. Friday I stopped in and wish they had told me they did not have time to do a pedi. I was only able to get the basic, that was ok with me.. even though I wanted a deluxe, but I understood. it was super rushed and was not what I would expect. and I was charged $15 for gel polish (I brought my own, but get there is always a little extra charge for gel) I wont be back.

Has been a customer there for 6 months. Have had Julie and had her today for my 1 nail fix the coldest, rudest service I have ever had at a nail shop, sorry it was just a $5 nail fix. Absolutely will not be back for anything.

I was excited for this shop to open due to being close to my house. I went in with coffin shaped nails and told the male owner I wanted to keep that shape. My nails ended up not being that shape. They were all different lengths and shaped funny. They were so bad that I had to cut them down when I got home. Very disappointed!!! My pedicure was good except it looks like a toddler painted my toes. Nice enough people but I will not be going back.

Pedicure was fantastic. Full gel set for nails was horrible. Older gentleman was crabby and had the shakes. My nails have several ripples and he put on the powder very thick and didnt finish them. The sides are horrendous. Worst set of nails Ive ever had. Friends and family have even noticed the very poor results. Not worth the money, very amateur work for the price.

Had a couple great pedicures there last summer, great chairs and good experience. However I just got a manicure and am very disappointed. It was the male tech, he was distracted, my nails were sloppy, and he didnt listen or do what I wanted. I wont be back for a manicure.

Made an appointment for Mani/Pedi, still took 2 hours because they seemed busy or slow staffed - understandable, but then dont make an appt for me! When my nails were finished, I had asked for an Ombre style gel polish, and it looks like she had no idea what she was doing....it looks like my pink nails were randomly feather dusted with orange! So disappointed.

Like many others, I was dissapointed with my manicure. The service was incredibly rushed, the nail techs didnt listen to what I wanted, and they were very distracted and rough on my nails. Would not recommend for a manicure.

Natural nails is a great salon, She did fantastic on my nails and I will defiantly be back soon.

The place is beautiful but when removing my (two week grown out) gel polish top coat with their rotary tool she repeatedly knicked me. I was bleeding and she didnt seem to notice or care. Soaking in acepltone for 15 mins after that was not fun. See photo.

Horrible customer service...no one waiting and 3 nail stylists available. After they soaked my feet no one would start on me so I walked out!!!

My manicure chipped in less than a week. They laughed at me when I went in to get it fixed.
