Absolutely LOVE this place! Ive been going for almost a year and have never been disappointed. My girl Tina is amazing and Im never disappointed! Just took my two girls (ages 7, 10) and they had a blast! Got my 4th of July nails done and they are perfect!! The girls nails turned out beautifully and they had so much fun! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The staff always greets you and delightful when you walk in. Creative and skillful with creating nail designs. In this photo, she used the toe nail color I chose to match the hand painted flower design.

Usually pretty good service, this time not so much. The lady doing my nails kept face timing and calling someone, while in the process of doing my nails. I was in complete disbelief 😲 .

Honestly after reading the reviews I thought this would be a great place... I was wrong, the lady was very short with me after I told her what I wanted, which was just a full set with regular polish, she didn’t glue on the plastic nail correctly or even on my actual nail, and all the nails are different sizes, with length and widths, the lady also didn’t paint the corners of my nails near the nail bed, even after I politely mentioned it. I did tip her $8 after paying the $40 because it seemed right, but now I wish I didn’t.

Been going here for years to get pedicures but lately been very disappointed. When you walk in you never get a hello, they just look at you like “what do you want”! Staff looks like they would rather be somewhere else. The owner’s husband does pedicures and he looks miserable, works very fast and never asks if you want a design on your toe or if you would also like a manicure, he can’t seem to get you out fast enough. Polish can be old and thick and not go on nail smooth, then your polish chips right away.

I had the BEST service here today! I came in and showed the woman in spot four a picture, and she went above and beyond! The rest of the staff was friendly to me and the other woman in there. Never had anyone as sweet as she was, and would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Lady who sits in spot 4 lovely but the rest of the staff is absolutely rude. Got my nails done absolutely opposite of what I asked for wanted long coffin shaped nails and my boyfriend was with me and was like oh they look so good as almond but that’s not what I asked for I went back to get them fixed and they didn’t wanna help with what I wanted. Lady in spot 4 tried helping but the others told her no. Absolutely ridiculous! After coming back twice finally got my money back and got told not to come back.

Had a pedicure here. The technician did a really good job. I was able to get in fairly quick. Only took 1/2 an hour. Will definately go back.

They told us to come at 12 and we didnt have time so we went there and they didnt even do my nails we waited there for 45 minutes then we had to leave and now im disappointed because I cant get my nails done now because we dont have time

I have gone there for many years and loved the place.The last time I went, I had a problem with my nails, the application was not right and they said I could come back if I was not happy.I came back to have them fixed and they treated me with such disrespect, like it was my fault. I felt very hurt by this.

Moving to the area it took me 3 different places to find a good nail place. I am very glad I tried them, they are good!

Yes, sometimes the staff can be very rude and it can make you very uncomfortable. However, there is one staff member who is very kind and gentle and her, name is Kelly. Not only is she not like the others but, she has to be THE WORLDS BEST NAIL TECH! She is brilliant in her field. I know this because they call me nailzilla. I am a total perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I have been known to voice that revelation. However, when they look really bad I, have been known to voice my expectations in a very stern manner. However with Kelly all I have to do is tell her what I want and let her do her thing as a matter of fact while she is working I never have to check how things are coming along. The finished product is always the BOMB! So my advice to you if you want a gorgeous set of nails is to, visit Nails For You in Andover and ask for Kelly . If she is busy have a set and wait for her because believe me, it won’t be long but WELL WORTH the wait. And after viewing some of the other review post I am proud to say that chair/ spot 4 is none other than.....wait for it.......KELLY!!!!

The worker that did my pedicure and manicure forgot to ask my guardian if I was doing gel and she did the gel anyways and didnt tell my guardian and the same worker was really aggressive towards doing my pedicure

The staff was friendly and the pedicure was great however I had nail which was part of a new dip set, fall off with in a week of them getting done.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. They always remember me and are very nice. They can usually fit you in right away for a walk in and they have even opened early for us for a group to come in early for an appointment.

Proceed with caution! The person doing my pedicure wore gloves. Apparently while he went in back he left the gloves on and touched who knows what? Whatever it was it burned my skin wherever his thumb touched my leg as he massaged in the lotion. At first felt like a tiny electric shock but felt better once I put my foot in the water and rinsed it off. Meanwhile the same thing was happening to my other ankle to a lesser degree. It left thumb-sized red and blistered areas on each ankle! That was the worst of their poor practices. They had water already filled at all stations, so it was barely warm. Not sure thats even healthy? Massage and nail care were minimal even though I paid for an advanced package. The nail dryers were very grungy and the whole place needs a good cleaning. Plus they charge as much or more than other places.

I posted the picture of the salons pricing guide for everyone on google maps. I hope this helps future customers to prepare in knowing what they will plan to pay, prior to going in. Now, with any salon you have those manicurist that rush through the process and seem to be in a race against time and then you have those that do not. Overall this is a good salon with decent prices. I would suggest expressing any fears or dislikes prior to receiving services as ive come to find that there can be some communication barriers due to certain nail stylists that do not fully speak/understand our language. I went to martie who i personally loved and she was sweet, engaging and all about the customer service! Overall, i give this salon a 3 star rating. Good Luck Everyone & Happy Nails!

Absolute rudest customer service ever. My card was declined and I called the bank (on speaker phone) which said i DID have the funds. They then said I would need to leave my 700 dollar phone with them in order to go get my money, when I said no workers locked the doors and called the cops. I wasnt able to go to my car to get anything else to offer as colateral. When I tried to open the door I was shoved aside by a worker anf screamed at for at least 20 mins till cops came. My mother came with the cops and payed full price for my HALF DONE NAILS. we have been customers here for years and will NEVER be returning and would not reccomend to anyone. No business should call the cops on a minor over 25 $ that was on my card just because it didnt work when I did have the funds and they heard it. Could have been handled much MUCH better with no cops. Not to mention this lady did a horrible job on the portion of my nails she did do!! And imagine this 5 mins later I went and drew out the 25$ to pay my mom back!
