Hands down the best nails ever!! The Atmosphere is welcoming and the women who work there are lovely!! They are very patient, as I am very indecisive about color because I just never know what color would look good on me and if I have questions, they answer and are very honest. They also have the best glitters that are gorgeous! I love glitter. Honestly they shaped my nails to the best coffin shape I have ever had and made me feel at ease. I won’t ever go to any other nail salon for now on and I am beyond happy with prices. Best nail salon ever! Thank you bellagio for beautiful nails. It makes me feel much better.

The first time I came in my nails looked great and the staff was pleasant. The second time I came in(same nail tech), different story. The acrylics arent even covering my full nail on most of them. There was not a lot of attention to detail this time. I felt like when I walked in the door I was an inconvenience to her that she had to get up out of the pedicure chair and help me, her face and not even saying hi or hello said it all. If the place across the street wasnt closed I would have walked out right then by the way I was greeted. They also tried to over charge me for the exact same thing I got a few weeks ago. Claimed oh last time you must have got a discount. I said what I paid last time is what is on your pricing menu. They did not change it, did not make it right. Not going back here and sadly they would have had consistent ongoing business from me! All I have to say is pay close attention to your bill and do your math if youre getting multiple services!

I get the best service at this salon. The ladies are very nice, the spa is very clean and the use good infection control procedures. The ladies work as a team and my nails look amazing. Do get the leg massage with your pedi!

The workers are so very nice and detail oriented. Very relaxing atmosphere.

I went here and asked for them to remove my acrylics and get dip nails in almond shape. Although she was were very nice it seemed like she didn’t listen to me She cut them to the length that I wanted and told me they were too long. I told her they were fine and she insisted they were too long. So I agreed that they could be shorter. She made them too thick, not almond shaped and they’re not all even.

I’ve always had such a great experience here. They are professional and do a great job with my nails. I’ve been getting acrylics for about 2 years and they are my favorite place to go.

Buyer beware. My 13 year old daughter had her nails done here on Friday 11/8/19. 3 days later the finish started to crack and fall apart. Interestingly, my daughter told my wife that they didnt seem to know what they were doing after the appointment. My wife took her back tonight and was told that they would remove the finish, but somehow the failure was due to my daughter not taking care of her nails. Here is the thing, she pays for her nails herself from her allowance. As such, she does take care of her nails because it is her money and they normally look great for a month or so. It is possible that this is an isolated incident. However, it was obvious that they were not inclined to warranty their services so we took her to another salon to have them done again. The second salon told her after her appointment that if she was not satisfied in the next 10 days she could return and they would fix it. Thats a standard warranty for the place where the nails were redone.

Really liked it!! Took my daughter and I to get Pedis and her a Mani... everyone was super sweet and attentive!! Seemed super clean, nice variety of colors. Will definitely be going back... especially since we have a punch card.

I have gone here several times and been impressed each and every time. The evironment is relaxing; the chairs are so comfortable; the place and utensils are clean and organized, the autoclave and a lot of the supplies are clearly visible so you have no doubt as to their care; the people eager to please, attentive, and friendly. They communicate well in English, arent pushy or rude. The prices are reasonable and, in my opinion, a bargain for what youre getting in return! More often than not, you get a free massage out of the deal and who could complain about that?!

VERY clean salon!! The manicure or pedicure- even regular polish- last forever! The people are SOOOOOO kind, try to get to know their customers and they always remember you even if youve only been in once. Andover- even Kansas- needed a place like this. They dont rush you, are accurate with times and make it so you have an enjoyable experience. 5 stars all around! By far the best nail salon Ive been to- EVER!

Quiet atmosphere. pleasant personal, no signs posted for prices had to look for the prices on a sheet. 18$ manicure will cost more if you have shellac on.

Went based on reviews a few weeks ago. Best massage chair Ive ever sat in, and great foot rub with hot stones. I went for a Mani pedi and was there for 2+ hours. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I decided to splurge b/c I only get one 1-2x a year and got shellac french tips on both. I had one nail chip and all the white polish came off within a day. Worst shellac polish Ive ever experienced, other nails chipped shortly after. Even one of my big toes chipped and i normally have no problems when they are painted with regular polish. Not sure I would go back. Otherwise staff was fabulous.

Ive never paid soooooo much to be treated so badly. Prices on menu are inaccurate and I think they like to hurt people. If there is a God this sh** hole will burn to the ground.

I saw Soni for a pedicure this morning. She was courteous and professional and my polish looks great. This nail salon uses sterilized implements and disposable liners in the pedi spas. It was clean and quiet. I already booked a follow up appointment!

If I could give this zero stars I would! I had a really bad experience for several reasons. I got a set of “coffin” acrylics and they extremely were crooked and were sticking out upwards. The acrylic was all in my cuticles. It took them forever to figure out how to shape my nails like coffins. And the customer service was NOT good. They tried talking me out of my idea I wanted done to my nails, and they even told me I should get my eyebrows done. I went home and showed my sister and she immediately said “you paid for THAT?” Sorry, this place is a 100% no from me.

Good experience. They dont offer drinks while you are getting your service, so take your own if you want something. Expect to hear the technicians talking about you.

I felt right at home. The customer service is so Awsome. We flew Im from Sacramento California, I was so nervous about having someone else do my mani/ pedi. The team here are caring and compassionate. I waited for my husband to pick me up while getting a massage in their wonderful spa chair. They didnt mind at all.Thank you Bellagio Nails... If you are looking for quality care and attention, Bellagio is the nicest nail salon I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. If you are looking for a nail home this is the place to go.

Not personable!! Was not impressed with the service. I doubt the guy doing my pedi was even licensed. Massage was not good, pedi was not very enjoyable and left with polish on more than my toenail. He and a gal were talking nonstop about something throughout the whole visit. Did not even check to see if my nails were dry to go. Will never be back even though it was a very nice looking place.

The massage chairs are SO good & the shoulder massage while youre drying is a bonus!

This place does the worst wax jobs ever but the staff is super sweet.
