Was my first time coming here, so i didn’t expect anything bad of it. the lady who did my nails looked like the manager or someone who owned the place, and she seemed very rushed and was rough with my nails. i don’t know if she asked what shape i wanted, but i told her i wanted long dip nails. they turned out very thick, and square. the placement of my hands was very out of control; she didn’t tell me where to specifically place them and she would get on to me for how i placed my fingers. i left very unhappy and had some crooked nails. came back in explaining what i didnt like, and i was able to get a free fixing, with a new lady. she did very well and was very gentle, and finally got the coffin shape i wanted.

Clean and well run! Very nice staff & owner, they never make you wait long and always try to accommodate clients. Reasonably priced with a great selection of options. My husband and I love going in together to get pampered and now our daughters always want to go too!

I have been there before and it was good but yesterday I went and the worst experience I have had getting my nails done. They didn’t get the shape or colors that I wanted I showed them a picture and they didn’t do what I asked for. Not friendly at all. They made me bleed while doing my nails with the tools and just were not careful at all one of my acrylic nails isn’t even straight. And one of my nails got smudge before I even left and they wouldn’t fix it because it was past closed. Wouldn’t recommend for getting acrylic nails.

I found my new Nail Salon! :) I went to Susan for Powder-Dip. She did amazing and was so kind! I couldnt be happier with how my nails turned out.

They go above and beyond. Never have to wait and you get a massage with every service without having to pay way higher prices. Definitely going back. The fact that theyre open in Sunday is also a big plus.

Horrible place. My daughter got her nails done here 3 days ago all cut uneven, and 2 have came off already. We came here to get them fixed, the lady who did them is blaming my daughter telling her she wanted them short and basically its all her fault theyre uneven. I told her she is too blame, they could both take the blame but my daughter did not cut them uneven and she said no it is all her fault and she did nothing wrong. Im so frustrated and upset the way she talked to my daughter. Horrible customer service

Would give zero stars if i could. every time i go in asking for stiletto, i get almond. theyre almost never even and always crooked. sometimes even the nails arent completely painted.

I’ve gone to precious nails many times before, always loved the service. but i got the lady who seems as if she owned the salon. was completely distracted the whole time. my nails look clumpy and uneven, and have serious air bubbles in them. i asked for the coffin shape and they look more square than ever. not very happy with the end result.

Susan is by far the best nails lady I have ever known.

Staff was nice enough. It is kind of weird that they dont take credit card as payment in this day in age. Good thing I had my check book as I very rarely carry cash anymore.

Horrible. If you get the woman who looks like owner. She is easily distracted. She constantly looks around and is more focus on others around her rather than the person she is working on. My nails look horrible. I wanted a gold, glittery polish. It was horrible. The polish was old and clumpy and she STILL USED IT INSTEAD OF USING A THINNER TO FIX IT! Not to mention there are sections at the tips of my nails THAT ARENT PAINTED!!! The purple color that I wanted wasn’t good either. It was thin, and when she put a clear coat on it wasn’t even! It looks like my nails are cracking! I AM SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I use to come here all the time never again

Went in for a full set of white tip gel nails. The owner introduced herself as the owner to me and asked me to sit down.She started speaking to her employees and got carried away when she was using a file on my nails making me bleed in the process. That should habe been the first clue to get up but no, I stayed because I just wanted them finished.Finally, she finished and told me how much they were. I pulled out my card because I didnt have any cash on me that day. She asked me if I was sure that I didnt have any cash? I told her no and asked Id they had a cash only policy. She raised her voice to the point of screaming no they didnt have a cash only policy but she was tired of paying high card fees when people could just pay cash.I signed the receipt and got out of there. Its one thing to be rude. But, to yell at a customer is unacceptable. Ill never go back and I am sure to tell everyone I know of how my visit went there!

They do the best job with shellac. It stays on forever without chipping. I just wish they had a tv. They do have music but you tend to get bored and sleepy without entertainment.

Needed last minute nails and Debbie did an amazing job. Especially considering that my nails were in horrible condition!
