Imagine babysitting for someone that goes to work 6 days a week. You know for a fact they are at work because when they FaceTime they are in the break room or the office. Now imagine the woman you babysit for not getting paid correctly and the company she works for deflects the mistake on other people and is refusing to make it right. Imagine hearing the phone calls and hearing how rude and unprofessional these people are. Save yourselves the time and trouble. They are rude and if you don’t get paid correctly and you bring up the issue professionally you get fired and the problem is swept under the rug. Ask around about this company before you go in. They have had several employees seek legal counsel because they constantly mess over their employees. They also lose contracts because clients are sick of them and sick of how they treat their employees.When you speak up they make it seem they will fix it but then you end up jobless and not being paid for all hours worked. Make sure you have the Labor board, work one, and eeoc on speed dial if you chance this place. You will need them.

I have a criminal record and was told to come in to the office put in an application and they would see what they could do for me Angie did everything in her power to get me a job unfortunately my background was too extensive in order to get the job I wanted. Once again these people bent over backwards for me to get me a job when no one else would. Thank you Angie and Surge Staffing I appreciate it you guys are great!

I did a FaceTime interview, with Christine Thomas on Friday Nov 1, 2019. The position was with Surge staffing in Anderson, Indiana. Ms. Thomas stated I would know if I got the job at the close of business Friday or on Monday. I did not get any follow up calls. Its not professional to tell a potential employee you will call them, and let them know either way. I would not recommend to anyone this place!

I ended up not working for the company only because I got a full time job offer in my field. But I do want to say that all the girls in the office were outstanding! They made me feel so welcome and excited to start my new position. I got to speak with Taylor on the phone and she was nothing but encouraging and gave me a good understanding for the job. If Im ever in need of employment again I will be going to Surge!!!!!!!!!

May look great and sound great but terrible ethics, I can’t speak for other locations but the one in Anderson in particular, one of the workers actually worked for a different staffing company and then started “stealing” clients from the staffing company they were with, not naming names or other details just think people should know how they run things.

The girls who work here are so great! They actually care about others, which is rare anymore!

Good place to go for job placement and friendly professional staff!I made that review when Angie was there. Since then there has been a high turnover rate with the office help. At first helpful but thats before I lost my job at ts tech because of Taylor my boss and was made to go to the hospital the day before I lost it and now Im getting billed for getting injured at work if anything I should sue because of my other concerns of why I lost my job and my boss couldnt do hers.... :( my name is Jacob Conner

They mess up on paychecks,and when they do don’t expect them to correct it right away. They Don’t set realistic expectations, and leave you without money on payday. Make sure to plan your bills accordingly because you won’t get paid correctly here.
