They never answer the phone honestly I’ll say they never call you back. Very unprofessional

Ive been working for HTI for like 3 years now. No problem. When Ive had check come incorrect they always fix them. They always place you where you wanna go if the options are available. They give all the same opportunity. If one job doesnt work out you dont like you can put in a notice n they will move you around until your satisfied. I love HTI....I worked with bosch through hti for a few years, now Im head to Electrolux for a direct hire position. With me luck

I not only called I emailed and matter of fact they called me twice and I missed the call from HTI. When I called and didn’t get the response I wanted.Communicated a different way if you don’t get an answer try an email but try not to get impatient upset I don’t think they intentionally ignore people 😍😘

These people never answer the phone you have to call them so many time but then they get mad when you call back to back for a job but tell you leave a message they dont check terrible place go to MAU

I did not like my experience with this staffing company at all. I always had trouble with calling into the office, I would call back to back, leave voicemails ... and not get any response at all. My paycheck was put on a paycard in the beginning even though I submitted my bank information with my onboarding paperwork, and despite multiple calls and e mails nobody ever contacted me back but after a few weeks my paycheck just started going to my bank account. While on assignment at Electrolux, the other 2 staffing companies increased their points allowed for attendance from 3 to 8 but HTI did not follow ... and at the end of my 90 days I was auto enrolled in their benefits and by the time i realized ( because i got insurance id cards in the mail) I was not able to cancel or decline benefits... that cost almost $19.00 a paycheck... if you have a choice pick any other option than HTI

Dis place will employ you weather you has a GED are a high school diploma they dont care no matter what as long as they got someone to work. They dont really look into there employees to much and they always looking for people who not work im a example

0 stars should be an option.I started working through them and when I went to the Job site I couldnt even get in the door because my name wasnt on a list? Their were communication issues with the job and one of the supervisors told me I had to call them directly. I called and left a message with all of my contact info and a brief summary about why I was calling and they still havent called me back and its been almost a month. Also no one on site from this company ever knew what was going on.

If I could give this place a zero I would they don’t call you back at all. They give you to the employer and don’t help after that. I was at Bosch for two years they didn’t hire or fire me they used me . I was not trained probably over there . The only way you get ahead you have to know someone. This girl came in and got hired in 6 mths. You know why her aunt was a supervisor. I don’t recommend this place to nobody

Graham is awesome! He is the onsite payroll/attendance at Bosch. I had some issues with my check. And, he helped me get everything back in order. He returned my calls and done everything he could do to get answers. Thank you Graham! Also, I only gave a 4 star rating because I could never get an answer at the Anderson office or a returned phone call. But, overall HTI is a good temp to work for.

I wish I could give no stars! I dont know why they have a phone,no one will answer it. All you get when you call are automated voice messages. Answer the phone&help people find a job,its that simple.

Find you place of employment quickly..but be sure it accommodate your lifestyle. Some positions are temp to hire and some are only temp assignments. Some/majority jobs are 10+ hours 6+ days

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Was in need of a job to not end up homeless and they “got me a job” and I show up and there’s no sign of me in an email or a list saying I was supposed to be there. About 2 weeks have passed after they said they’d call me back once they figure out what is going on and I have not heard a single word. People are in need of jobs for multiple reasons and this shouldn’t be a thing people have to worry about.

Been trying to resolve issue with money that is owed to me. I have called, emailed and even walked into the Anderson office. I guess since it not your money its not that high on the priority list. Its been almost 2 weeks. I am just asking for the money I worked for. Nothing more and nothing less.

This place will not answer the phone if they’re life depended on it. Go up there they don’t answer the phone. Not helpful what so ever! Always say they’re Goni going to call you back and don’t. I tried to call them for a week straight still no answer. Unprofessional at its best!

Trying to apply online for a job fair. Been leaving messages at every branch in SC for a week now so I can retrieve my username and password and not 1 person have emailed or called me back!! I even went to a branch and the lady couldn’t even help me retrieve my information. This is ridiculous. So guess I will go to the job fair with my resume only.

These guys sent me on a completion assignment out at Plastic Omnium.. the assignment was to last 100 days with a completion bonus.. 2weeks before the end of the assignment they stretch the assignment for at least 6more months and were forced to stay on the assignment.. Basically theyre LIERS, your nobody to them and NO THEY DONT EVER ANS. THE PHONE NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DETAILED MSSG. U LEAVE

Supposed to be waiting on my background check its been a week. The problem is everytime I call it auto-mated!!!!!! Cant get anyone on the phone and ive left plenty of voicemails!!!!! I drove all the way to there office to find out they are closed from 9-12 for lunch!! This is very inconvenient to potential employees.

Awful, do not apply with them. They dont care about their workers, if you have a problem they wont try to help you. I was let go from a job and every time I tried to get in contact with someone to see why, they always said oh shes in a meeting, oh shes gone for the day.

You never get a correct answer about your job plus they never answer the phone.

Slack...shorted me 19hrs and keep giving me thw run around.. Call the number they give me for over a week leave voicemails and no return call or anything here is another friday/ payday and all together didnt pay me for this week or hours shorted the last pay period...then mckayla catches an attitude like honey dont work w people if u cant be professional. You get paid dont you we i want my money too. Bosch is a great plant to work for but HTI itself is a bad staffing company.

This place is horrible ! You cant get anyone on the phone & it seems that they make no real effort to find work for you. All you get is an automated message. Ive applied with these people 3 months ago & I havent received one phone call from them in that time.They are unprofessional & uncooperative. Dont waste your time with them. Go to Phillips staffing or anyone else.
