They do not help u with anything i called for help with my portal and the thing hung up on me now thats just rude !!! We pay them so do what you are paid to do and serve the people you work for ...... I would go with HTI or some other place

They fired my husband today because me and my daughter where in a car accident. Told him that he knew what was going to happen if he called out, because they have a rule apparently in place where if you call out one time you are fired. Really messed up that his wife and daughter were in an accident that he was fired

My spouse called once for an update on a job and was rudely told do not call this number, If we dont call you dont contact us. (Still trying to understand how a staffing agency can tell people not to contact them)

When I called Action Staffing, the woman I spoke with had a bad attitude. I tried to ask her a question and she hung up on me before I even finish my question. I’ll take my business somewhere and find another temp agency with people who has pleasant attitudes. Even the Action Staffing in Anderson had better values and attitudes compared to the one in Lincoln.

I will say this I’ve worked with them there rude but when I needed to get a job so I could support my family all I could was I was denied idk how but I was about ask about other openings for work and just got told I have to wait for the position I applied for another six month to reapply and got hung up on.

I worked here back in 2020, and left for personal reasons, now Im returning, and the staff on the phone and on-site have been very courteous, professional and worked with me to get me placed back where I was, in a job I loved. These low reviews have got to be just bad folks because everyone at AS has been nothing but professional and great to work with.

Drove an hour and a half there to do my interview and my orientation for weekend shift for TTI. They told me they would have to call me with a start date because TTI didnt have parts in. Called and they didnt have one for me. Called again and they said they dont hire for TTI anymore, theyre full. Waste of time and gas. will not apply if opportunities are open again for them. Will go elsewhere.

So I applied to a job with them in October, I was supposed to start working in November. I called them everyday and was either put on hold or was told I would get a call back. I gave them all my info even went to orientation and still didn’t get a call back. I recently called them and they claim they called me but it went straight to voice mail which isn’t true. I wouldn’t recommend going through this company. Aerotek is much better or even Hti.

They actually gave me a start date then was called and told that the start date was cancelled. Didnt hear anything for 2 weeks then I get a phone call and missed the call because I was working. When I called back an hour later I was out on hold for 15 min then told they gave position away because I didnt answer my phone. Un believable!!!!!

RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! How are these people still in business? And where can we speak to someone who will do something about the HORRIBLE and RUDE lady on the phone? Can you not train your employees better?

Clean place, friendly, computer access, many jobs available also takes safety into consideration, making everyone that comes in wear mask an there is a divider as well as several feet between you and the front desk greeter. So overall safe, clean, friendly place.

Not very helpful staff. they dont do as much for their workers as other temp agencies, youll do a lot more of your own employment paperwork. also, once youre placed (electrolux probably) they are hard to contact or get any useful information from.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Rudest people you’ve ever spoken to in your life with no respect for their temporary workers and lacking basic human resource knowledge including what disabilities are! It’s a joke!

The ladies at Action Staffing are very nice and knowledgeable. I had an interview with Laurel, she was very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend!

If I could give it even fewer stars, I would. Mary at the front desk is so rude and short when she answers the phone, constantly trying to rush you off the line without letting you ask whatever it is you are tying to ask. She probably shouldnt be doing this kind of work with an attitude like that. I am a type 1 diabetic and they also told me after I started with them at the Electrolux plant that type 1 diabetes isnt a disorder and I would still get points against my attendance if I had to go to a doctors appointment regarding that so I had to push appointments back out of fear of losing my job. No vacation time to use whatsoever. Also, during the COVID-19 outbreak there were 3 cases of the virus in the span of a month, one which ended up being fatal, and in each instance they closed the plant down for about 2-3 days to clean. Cant imagine they cared too much to clean well because it kept coming back. Action staffings response was to tell people if they didnt feel safe, to stay at home, with no pay, and come back when they did. I decided, out of concern for my health, to leave for a while to make sure it didnt come back. During my leave I was hounded by the Electrolux action staffing office on when I would be returning. The woman there also has an attitude, near shaming me for not feeling safe to come back in. She proceeds to tell me that resigning for a while and coming back would be my best course of action. I did this and after 3 weeks of no apparent cases at the plant, I call to tell them Im ready to come back in at which point I get both an attitude from both women and I am told that I cant reapply for another month, which is news to me. In all this mess, I would suggest to anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. They dont care about their employees and they dont want to be bothered with any issues you might have. They lie and are extremely abrasive when you tell them something they dont want to hear. Dont work here, work literally anywhere else. This was the most miserable job experience I have ever endured.

Its a staffing agency that hires both temps and is also a Security Company that will hire people to work Clemson University Football Home games.

People that work there are very RUDE! And they dont service everybody! Connie has A very NASTY ATTITUDE!

If you have a felony criminal background of any sort w/in past 5 years; will not be eligible through their staffing agency.

They dont care about their employees. The pay offered is garbage. Find another temp agency.
