I have been a very happy member since 2011. I love the innovative changes they have made. They owners are amazing and hands on. They spa is clean and convenient. I can book online and drop in when I have time. This is my self-care, this is my happy place.

I just bought the amazing Groupon offering 75% off a one spa day pass. It was my first Groupon purchase and didnt realize it was going to put my Google name on it. Since this is a belated graduation gift for my son I was so stressed thinking he might not be able to use the Groupon. However when I called the lady was so sweet and said not a problem and just book ahead when ready. So even though he hasnt gone yet I just wanted to thank you guys for the amazing Groupon price and super friendly, helpful customer service. As a mom who is on a limited budget and wishing to treat her kid for his accomplisment I cant explain how happy this has made me! Hes been wanting a spa day for the longest :)

This place is a RIP OFF! They promote services and products while misrepresenting what the customer receives for the price paid. I paid for several tooth whitening sessions that were sold as a package of three. Then when I made the required appointment to receive the services that I had purchased I was told that it would cost me an additional $39 PER SESSION to be a le to use the service that I had already paid for!!!! This is BAD BUSINESS!!! Either accurately represent what you are selling or expect exactly this kind of response. Customers are not stupid. We are hard working people who choose to spend our dollars at your business, dont insult our intelligence or think we are not going to notice when we are being abused. What you offer is available many other places. You should pay much closer attention to customer service and customer satisfaction.

The service was wonderful. It was my first time in and the woman at the counter gave me a tour and explained every machine to me. She was clear and very informative.

I love my membership, going on 2 years now. The staff are top notch, friendly, they want to make your spa visit relaxing, you happy.

I think my sensitive skin had a slight reaction to the lights, but there was warning there was a slight possibility of that. But overall, good customer service and very very relaxing. I highly recommend the hydro bed, and massage chair!

I signed a contract for membership fee of $50.00 a month. The month of November and December my card was charged $100.00. I have contacted PlanetBeach four times requesting that the over charge that was made of $100.00 be refunded back to my card. My last conversation with them this weekend I was told that they would not refund my card $100.00 per Planet beach policy. They have to put a credit of $100.00 on my account. This is unacceptable for a company to over charge on a contract and then not refund the money it’s back to the card it was charged on. As far as I’m concerned this is fraud. I will be Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company and then every social website I can.

What a scam. 😡 Be sure to ask ALLL the questions you could possibly ask before signing any contract with them. Apparently all the service stations are included in the membership, HOWEVER there are extra charges for the products needed in order to fulfill the service and you can ONLY use their products. The product doesnt come with the service. So you cant get your teeth whitened without using and purchasing their product, you cant get a facial without using and purchasing their product and you cant do yoga without paying $10 for the use of their mat & towels. And when I asked for a list of prices for the products, she couldnt find a list of prices. The $50 per month is only for the room and the equipment not for the product and you cant bring in your product. This was not clearly disclosed to my husband and myself when we signed our contracts. If it had been CLEARLY disclosed there would not have been a question as to why I had to pay for extra stuff at my appointment. Sure... they were happy to say the rest of the month of Jan is free, you can come in everyday if you want (unlimited) BUT they did not say you would have to pay for the product to perform the service EVERYDAY. Also, even after finding this out, 4 days after signing our contracts, they do not allow you to cancel. The contract requires you to give 30 days notice to cancel, however.... theres another twist, youre contract has to fully expire (5 months) before you can give 30 days notice that you wish to cancel IN PERSON... this in turn is a full 6 months. After $600 ($50 each for both my husband and I) and at least $20 per visit FOR THE EXTRA COST OF THE PRODUCTS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE SERVICES.... we couldve saved more money getting a normal hands on facial and a hands on massage somewhere else, along with free massage chairs & tanning with our Planet Fitness memberships. CONSUMER BEWARE❗️❗️ I shouldve read the reviews first. Great start to a New Year.... New You, New Debt. Sorry, not sorry. 😡😤

The flat price is JUST for the actual tan or actual spa service fee, but most rooms don’t require product unless you want customize & enhance your experience. Great management. The lady at the counter was nothing short of a biatch. I had a perfectly legitimate Northern Lights Coupon Book coupon which she blatantly refused to honor, and was not even polite or cordial about it. Given the abundance of tanning salons around here, Id say head up the road to Tanasy or the other one on Lake Otis and dont patronize these smarmy heartless franchisees.
