Today my daughter (almost 2yo) had her second appointment. They are always super friendly and make her feel comfortable. While there, they noticed that I had a cleaning scheduled a month from now and were able to squeeze me in then. They helped get my daughter all the fun activities she would need to stay happy while my teeth were getting cleaned. My hygienist, Ruth, was amazing! She not only did an amazing job but she was also so helpful in keeping my daughter happy while she cleaned my teeth. Cant say enough good things!

I went in for a custom teeth whitening kit! The staff was so nice! I did have to go in twice for a second mold but they got me in quick and easy. Even said my kit would be ready that afternoon, however I had to work. But they got me in the next morning quickly! Definitely a recommend!!

I went in for teeth whitening and everyone was so warm and welcoming. They explained in step by step detail everything that would be happening and really took the time to make me feel like I wasn’t just another number for the day.

I was hesitant to go here because it’s tough finding providers I actually like and this was in a very convenient location for me. Well, I’ve been twice now and I absolutely love everyone I’ve come in contact with so far. Especially the hygienist, Matt, he’s great at his job and is good at making you feel comfortable. I’m actually going to switch my daughter from her pediatric dentist to here soon!

For years I’ve had extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. I could not have asked/prayed for a better duo in Dr. Clark and Tabitha. It was evident from my first appointment that they love what they’re doing and love their patients. I have no idea about the other providers/team but what I do know is I have the BEST team there. Everybody is so friendly here. I have extreme dental anxiety (I mean EXTREME) and they took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and worked fairly quickly. I highly recommend Matthew he did fine work on my teeth cleaning and I felt very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was super friendly and professional, I had to take my 8yr old daughter who gets super anxious and nervous about the dentist and she loved them. They did great with her. Also i had my 2 other kids with me and they did not mind at all and were super sweet.

Best dental experience Ive had in my life. It was just a cleaning and brief exam, but it was great. Good communication beforehand about non-standard Covid procedures.

It always great seeing my dentist and everyone else at APDG. Every staff has always treated me well with respect and curtesy. I very much respect the reminder calls and text reminder. My appointment with Dr. Clark and dental assistant Tabitha went super smooth and quick. I had my wisdom teeth’s taken out and I never had nitrogen used before and Tabitha went through with the procedure very detailed and not only that she really reassure me that everything will be okay. Ruth the Dental Hygienist is the best!

Not only is the dental exam experience 5 stars, but their front office is extremely helpful. Their referral incentive program is pretty incredible- but I would recommend them without a gift card in my pocket.My family has been at this office for 4 years- and we have always had exceptional customer service. A front office gal spent 10 minutes on the phone with me trying to find the perfect date to get both my kids in at the same time...and this is when I was calling to change an already set appointment.They were understanding and honest when we switched dental insurances- and gave accurate suggestions as to when to schedule appointments to ensure we would be covered.5 stars all around.

So I literally just got one of my wisdom teeth out today. I needed to get it out due to a lot of pain and found out I even had an infection. So I called them and they were so nice and got me in the same morning. I didn’t have dental insurance so they have you pay for 50% of the total cost which helped ALOT. The dentist I saw was doctor Tim. He did such an AMAZING job at helping me get my teeth out and was very gentle and just made me feel so comfortable. And explained and answered all my questions . And when he did my injections in my mouth he did it slow but it was painless which is was awesome!! And his assistant Caleb and josh were both incredible assistants. Caleb helped me when I first was called in and he explained everything to me and was very helpful and wanted the best for me and my situation. And josh was a intern but he did a great job talking and keeping me calm when both Caleb and doctor Tim was getting things set up for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an emergency dentist issue or just overall. These are the best dentist office I have ever been to. You guys did an amazing job!! And thank you for helping me!!!

Dr Joe Baggette is a fabulous dentist. I had 2 small fillings done today. The front desk staff was prepared and informed me what portion of the bill I was responsible for. I was brought back to see the dentist without almost any wait time.The dental assistant and Dr Joe explained everything that was happening along the way and put me completely at ease. I am a tough patient as I am uncomfortable at the dentist. I would highly recommend this office for anyone.

I had a very negative dental experience when I was a kid living in Illinois. One so bad that I have done my best to avoid the dentist. I finally decided to make an appointment for a check up at Alaska Premier Dental. Chandelin was beyond amazing! She understood my concerns and took the time to talk to me about my experience and shared experiences she had during her childhood and let me know she has struggles similar to mine. The conversation we had didnt make me feel in the least bit uncomfortable. It essentially took my mind away from the fear I have had for years over dentists. When I left, I had the feeling I was leaving as a friend, not another patient. With my history, this means a lot more to me than just finding another provider. I 100% recommend this place, and I hope you are as lucky as me to get Chandelin! I am actually looking forward to come back. I dont believe I have ever felt that way!

We are on a cruise and docked here for the day in Anchorage. Unfortunately, my husband ended up with terrible tooth pain. The ships doctor got us an appointment here, and we were so pleased. The staff was all wonderful and professional. If I lived in Alaska, I would definitely go to this dentist. What a blessing they were to us today!

Rhonda is my most favorite dental hygienist I have ever had-she makes a dental cleaning fun and is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry. I’m sad to leave this office!

I had my teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago by Ruth, I was a couple months overdue because of covid 19 but Ak. Premier Dental called me as soon as they were able to able to get back to normal operations.Needles to say I was a bit nervous, we have been taking all of the precautions with covid staying home and always wearing a mask when out so I felt very exposed. All of my trepidations dissapeared when Ruth came out and greeted me, she was so friendly and personable and even though she had a mask on I could tell she was smiling by her smiling eyes. By the time I was done it felt like I had known her forever and I just wanted to stay and talk.Thank you Ruth and Alaska Premier Dental for caring for me over the years, I have retired and am leaving Alaska after almost 50 years here, I will be back in the summers to visit the grandkids and getting my teeth cleaned. 😁

This is the third dental office Ive visited in Anchorage, and there wont be a forth. All three offices I visited had strong ratings and were well-advertised, but these guys blow the competition out of the water.The staff is competent, quick, and incredibly friendly. The general atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and upbeat, the waiting room, offices and equipment felt modern and of high-quality. While other offices were going to make me wait the whole summer for an appointment, these guys got me in the same day I called, and I was able to make two follow up appointments for later this week and early next. The prices I saw were competitive with what Ive seen elsewhere in Anchorage, in some cases better. The entire team clearly enjoys working here and it comes through in their customer service.I couldnt have been happier with my experience. Having had recent experiences with two other dental offices in town, I can say these guys are a clear cut above.

The dental assistant was incredible with my children. She was patient with them, talked to them throughout the procedures to calm them down and ease their fears and worries. I was amazed at the sight of this. I decided to make an appointment for myself to see if the way I felt was correct and if I as an adult would get the same great customer service. I was not disappointed!After being in the Army for twenty plus years my dental care was somewhat in order, but without the care and concern in most cases. However, Dr. Bryant took a lot of time to make me feel comfortable, he explained the procedures clearly and did not pressure me at all. That was a very pleasant experience for me. Best dental experience ever. I have only had good dentists but Alaska Premier Dental was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. The waiting room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. My doctor and hygienist was very informative and took the time to care, amazing bedside manner. Helped my find solutions to all my concerns and made it affordable! Soooo happy they will be my dentist for the rest of my life since I dont plan on ever leaving Alaska!

So I went in to have an extraction and my dentist was Michaela and she was awesome! She also had Sarah and Shandalyn helping her and they made me feel so comfortable and they all did a really great job. If you ever need dental visit you guys should come here because they have an awesome team and they do a great job!!!!

I hate going to the dentist and should have taken better care of my teeth but the staff at Alaska Premier Dental is so welcoming and nice and they make sure you’re as comfortable as possible! Dr Michaela is really caring and because of her and all the other team members I’m not afraid to go to the dentist!

Dental experience was great! However a variety of people there are HORRIBLE at dealing with insurance providers and processes. I had to make 5 calls to this office to get my dental visit sent and received by insurance. Until I made my own effort to have this handled I simply continued to receive bills even after I was told it had been submitted to insurance. Despite all of the inconvenience on my part I asked if my small patient portion could be covered by the office or waved due to my frustrations with the situation. The answer was simply no. My family will be switching dental offices and encourage others to be wary of coming here. Better customer service might have kept us as clients. Very disappointed.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years (it was Gentle Care when I started) and I will never go anywhere else! I love the staff, the work is top notch, my comfort is their priority and their attention to detail is second to none. Cannot recommend them highly enough, do yourself a favor and call them!

Amazing staff from start to finish. Great atmosphere, great business side staff, caring hygienists and dental assistants, and Dr. Brian is always great.Historically, I am terrified of dentists and have done everything in my power to weasel out of needed dental visits; but every single staff member at APDG is so helpful, friendly and caring that one cannot help but kind of enjoy their visit. Little things like that help ensure that I come back to my twice a year checkups and cleanings instead of running for the hills.

I was visiting my daughter in Anchorage, Ak and had been suffering from two cracked and infected teeth, roots and gums. My daughter insisted I see Dr Joe as soon as possible. Reluctantly I agreed. My infection had spread further into my body and may have made its way into my kidneys and brain as I was showing symptoms and was very, very swollen all over my body. Dr. Joe removed the teeth even though I wasnt a regular patient and did a FABULOUS job as did his entire staff who all treated me as soon as possible and with great care and concern for my comfort as I have severe dental anxiety. Yet they were sympathetic and took great care to help relieve me of both my anxiety and my physical pain. After I got back home to Kansas, I continued to heal over the next few weeks and all swelling decreased as did my discomfort from the double oral surgery. I have my daughter and all of the staff and Dr. Joe to thank for my speedy recovery. Thank you all for taking such incredible and personal care of me. Youre the best!! Super SUPER shady billing practices. Within the law but shady and misleading. Dont go unless you want to end up in collections or paying more than they say you will. My insurance paid the full amount allowed and then they came to me and demanded more and tried to blame the insurance. Theyre a preferred provider even! SHADY!Good dentists - but not worth the hassle.

All they want is your money!! They gave me the quotes for my tricare insurance and it was a little high so my husband said that we could try using my other insurance I get from my dad. The receptionist said it looked like wed be paying $200 less if we used both so we let her put the info in. When she was finally done, she came back with a quote that was $100 more than the original. When we said that we only wanted to use the tricare, she had another lady tell us that if we had 2 insurances, we had to use them and that the tricare was secondary not primary. I got my wisdom teeth out in Texas a few months ago, charged the tricare for the x-rays, found out my other insurance covered more, and had them take the tricare off completely and only charge the other one. I didnt have any work done in the office because of this.

Hands down the best dentist and team Ive ever encountered, and I think this means a lot coming from someone with a severe phobia of dentists! I would recommend Dr. Clark and his staff to anyone.
