Terrible communication you will be left on hold for hours only to be told to call back in 24-48 hours. It took 3 technicians to come out on three separate occasions to figure out what was wrong with my washer witch the very first one said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Not til a month later and 3 techs later did I receive an estimate for repairs but because they incorrectly described the brand of my washer in their estimate and refused to corrected it until a fourth tech went out to confirm the brand, my warranty threatened to deny my claim for payment. I was forced to call an entirely different repair company to provide an accurate estimate for repair to my warranty. Thereafter, Sears still sent me an invoice for having their tech come out to “diagnose” the problem even though the first tech never ran a diagnostic test on my washer, he just listened to how it sounded and concluded nothing was wrong. Then when I contested the charge I was told the fee could not be waived even though I explained the whole situation. These people only care about charging fees not customer satisfaction

This was by far the worst repair I have ever experienced. My refrigerator was out of service for 1.5 months and took the 4th technician to complete the repair. Their system and communication is horrible. The first tech ordered parts, second tech said it needed more. Third tech said they arent right and finally the forth installed and was successful. Each time took waiting 2 weeks for parts, they even lost parts in shipping and wouldnt cancel and reorder until my 10th call and escalation. They can only say parts on order no actual status or arrival time. I would not wish using this repair company on anyone.

Technician was promptly on time, assessed the refrigerator and found the issue as to why it was not cooling properly. he ordered the needed parts and said he would be back in a week to install parts. If parts arrived early, to call the company and he would be out. when parts came in, it was a different technician. This second technician went above and beyond to take care of our issue. He was early, very profesional, yet personable, and repaired the issue in a swift manner. during the repair, he noted two of the water lines broken (The broken lines were very easy to discover and first technician missed them). He immediately ordered the parts needed, explained in detail the problem with the water lines, and said to call him as soon as the parts arrived at our home. the second technician came out again for this next trip to the house. after he installed basically a new water system in the refrigerator, he noted a broken shelf and 3 others that needed fronts replaced. he ordered those parts, explain to me how they fit, and that they would arrive in a fews days. the broken shelf arrived, but the other shelf fronts never came in. I will be calling Sears to find out where these other parts are, as I had forgotten until receiving the email asking for a review.
