I am nothing but pleased with the service provided by James and his employees. This is the second time I have had them come out to my home for a service call. The first time a coolant leak was found, and James promptly referred me to the original installer being the unit was still under warranty. Now, nearly five years later, James came out again for the same issue. The original contractor was no longer in business, and instead of charging for a brand new coil, he was able to find the unit still under warranty. James is an honest businessman with integrity, a trait hard to find in most businesses. He could have simply charged me for the replacement and service time, but he did not. I highly recommend them for your heating and air-conditioning needs.As a Law Enforcement officer, I thank you James for your service to our country and the continued service you provide with your Honest business.

Dr Air Cool is very uncool. I scheduled a time for him to check my unit and possibly install a complete air/heat system, only to get a call from another company that I had been shuffled out to because Dr Air Cool decided he did not want to drive a few extra miles. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! No worries Mr Air Cool of me ever calling you again.
