Gradys office staff are friendly and efficient. They were able to get me an appointment the same day to have my ac looked at after it died over the weekend. Luis came by and quickly diagnosed what was wrong and gave me my options and prices. Had the part on his truck and fixed it. He is friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. We have used them 2-3 other times.

The Installation of the outdoor AC unit was done in a timely manner. I appreciated it because we were without a working AC for over two weeks. There were three service technicians and the kid was completely in a short period of time.

My air conditioning went out on Saturday night so I immediately called American Home Shield. They assigned me a company call All Day and Night Air Conditioning so I called and left a voicemail. I was happy because they got great reviews so Monday morning I called them at 8 am when they opened and she said they couldn’t get anyone to my home until Wednesday. Called American Home Shield and after 2 hours of going back and forth they switched me to Grady’s. I called them and they got someone out first thing this morning. The lady that answered was very compassionate and couldn’t believe I had been without air conditioning since Saturday. Luis came first thing this morning, replaced capacitors, fan motor, and made sure everything was in working order when he left. Was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure everything was in working order when he left. I highly recommend Grady’s and Luis for all your heating and air conditioning needs. You won’t regret it! Very thankful and grateful for air conditioning in my house right now!

My home warranty assigned them to me. They came at the appointment time and the fix was done promptly. The repair man seemed knowledgeable. All in all this is all you can ask, so 5 stars.

Had new unit put in. Quick service, friendly and helpful techs. Answered all questions. Needed them to come out to adjust dampers a couple of times and they came out the next day after calling. I feel they truly care about the customer, not just money.

(I’ve dealt with a few repairmen that gave me a doom & gloom situation which would require me to purchase a whole new expensive system. Had a shorted out thermostat. Even though the call was placed through AHS, the dispatcher called me promptly and a tech was dispatched almost immediately. Definitely much faster than I expected.Beto was my tech and he was polite and professional. He explained everything before he did it, made sure everything worked before he left, and gave me some pointers about things that had damaged other peoples smart thermostats. My dog loved him and we all know that when a dog loves someone, theyre good people.In short, it was another outstanding experience with Gradys. They installed the unit last year and they were fantastic then too. If you live in their service area, dont hesitate to use them for HVAC service and if you dont live in the area, Im sorry for you.

Have employed Mr..Grady’s firm for about 15 year. I’d have no other! Their technicians, especially Luis, come on time and are friendly, professionally uniformed. The price for a year’s maintenance check is cheap, $150! Their on line administration (headed by Jessica Grady) is the best I’ve come across.

First off they actually worked with me on the schedule and made an effort to call me and give me a closer service time of when Perry the AC Tech would be at the house due to a work conflict I was having.That in itself was just amazing customer service because NO ONE has ever made the extra effort to help me, the customer out for any service work conducted. We had Luis come over because one of our units was not blowing cool air. While he was here I also sprung on him that I wanted our thermostat moved.He was very nice and took his time doing everything. He double checked prices, thermostat location, and everything beforehand to make sure I would be satisfied. He even went the extra mile and caulked one of the holes by the new thermostat with some caulk I had sitting around. I will recommend them to our friends!This was not through a home warranty company.

I was please with the technician from Grady‘s air-conditioning and heating. The technician arrive in the allotted time frame and wasted no time taken care of the situation. I was referred to this company through my home warranty. I contacted my warranty company due to the fact that I was having air conditioning /cooling issues with a home that was only 3.5 years old. Some of the rooms would be much warmer than others. After Gradys very professional technician (Luis) inspected the entire system (2 units) he had determined that the duct work was improperly installed in the home. Corners were cut when the new construction occurred and several things had been done that should not have been. I did not have returns hooked up to my unit and I had zero dampeners which prevented the ability to adjust the air flow to areas of the home.I scheduled an appointment for repair and the team came out and fixed everything and made it right- the way the original installer SHOULD have done the job the first time!It is so noticeable now - the bedrooms that used to constantly be warm and stale with no air moving is now cool and comfortable! I have been extremely pleased and impressed with the professionalism, the quality and also the price. They have won over a new customer and I would highly recommend them!FYI- If you are suffering from some rooms that are warm- it is not always your AC unit- it could be an issue like mine where the installation was wrong and poorly and improperly installed. This company knows what they are doing and took the time to inspect, investigate and find the problem and they provided me with a solution!

Gradys installed an entirely new system for me in May 2018. They were awesome and professional throughout the entire process. The service tech explained what the problem was. He checked everything out, ran the unit several times to make sure it was working properly-blowing out cold air. He also checked the freon, condensor, I mean everything from top to bottom to make sure it all was like its suppose to be. Friendly, courteous and professional. I have used Gradys Air Conditioning for yeas. Ive known Mr. Grady for over a decade. They are my only totally trusted AC contractor. I have had them service and repair both residential and commercial systems for my family, relatives and business. Recently we purchased an entire new system from them. Excellent deal and very quick install.

I was set up with Grady’s Air Conditioning and Heating Services through American Home Shield and am unimpressed with their service.I initially submitted a request on Wednesday and they confirmed on Thursday to come out on Friday between 12-5P. On Friday, they didn’t show up and called to try and reschedule for an earlier time. I stated that between 12-5P would be the only time I would be able to take off work. We then had to reschedule for the following Monday between 12-5P. Come Monday, they call that morning and again try to reschedule for an earlier time that same day, even though I had already stated my availability with them.It is unacceptable that I’ve needlessly took two different days off work to fit them in, only for them to reschedule at the last minute outside of what I said would be the only time I could meet with them. This business is also not accredited by or registered with the Better Business Bureau and has thus far proved to be unreliable....EDIT...In response to the owners reply:Unfortunately, you are not professional. The third party you spoke to was speaking directly to me, you were receiving immediate information. You confirmed an appointment twice, only to call after the appointments were set to reschedule. If you were not going to have a technician in my area after 12P, you should not have set an appointment and then try to change the time after I had already changed my schedule. You wasted my time. I will not be using your company in the future. It also is concerning that you are not BBB accredited.

Used my Home Warranty company to request service to my A/C unit that was not working around 5pm. The next day at 8am, I was contacted by Grady’s letting me know that a technician would arrive between 9:15a-12p. Bobby arrived around 10a, and was done by 10:45! I have AC again!!

Had a heating/heater problem and called for service through American Home Shield. Gradys Air Conditioning and Heating was the company under contract. Repairman Wayne came out. Wayne checked the unit, found and fixed everything. What a super guy working for a wonderful company. With AHS I have no choice on providers but AHS hit this one out of the park. I have already recommended Wayne and Gradys to my best friend.
