Dont do it. They write policies the way they want to. My adult daughter bought and registered her own car. When we called about insurance, they put her on mine. They charged me for 2 years for her being an additional driver while adding a whole different policy for her vehicle. I asked specifically that she not be on my insurance to avoid any issues she may have on her own. Amanda just added her car and her as an additional driver so she can get my discounts. Maybe she was trying to save her money, but thats not what was asked for. When I noticed this on my account, I requested to Amanda that this problem be fixed. It stayed the same. Because of all this, they cancelled my insurance due to her poor driving record. It took weeks and several heated follow up phone calls with Grayson and the 1-800# to get this resolved. Any guidance given is to protect themselves and divert fault. It was only after I asked that he take responsibility for what happened that he apologized for this mess. He neglected to give me all of my options. I had to call the 1-800# to get the information I needed. Dont waste your time. Grayson is a rat.

If you want your monthly premium to change dependent on the person answering the phone and their mood, then this is your insurance company. State Farm should be appalled by this office. I take a lot of the blame as I allowed myself to be abused by them for nearly 5 years. Not a single claim in 3 years but have watched my “quoted” premium increase by nearly $100 monthly. Pure trash. I am moving all of my insurance away from State Farm as a whole because of this one location.

Cannot say enough great things about this agency. Responsive, client focused with great communication. Always looking out for my coverages and best interest. Brings the personal attention back where it’s truly needed!

Beware. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Account was being over charged and collecting dust on a shelf. No communication, even when I needed them most after a car accident. I called corp for help lowering the payments with 1 months no call back. I didnt realize how much time had passed until I called corp again and they told me they sent a request to them over 1 month ago. At that point I requested a agent change and he had the nervous to talk down to a family member because, he didnt like that we didnt want to be his costumer any more. He even made an effort to hold on to the account for another week before I made a report to corp of his crazy actions. And it seemed this wasnt the first complaint. They even had the nerve to write me an email personal email to rate their services......this is not how you run a business.Lucky my new state farm agent is amazing Sean Perren ( highly recommended). They have helped me more than any other agent!
