They make you feel welcome. Ive never met Jay, but his staff is really helpful and friendly.. Theyre there to help you anyway they can to get the best coverage for you personally. I feel like Im in good hands!!

The rebate during the Covid-19 pandemic saved us over $100, and they arent stopping there. It is my understanding that rates are going to be reduced also. State Farm and especially Jay Williams group have earned our loyalty.

Do not be fooled into thinking that Jay Williams will be of any help when you actually need him. We were clients for years and when a horrific auto accident totaled our car and incurred medical expenses, Jay Williams was not helpful nor responsive. He will meet with you in a second if he can sell you something, but when you actually need your insurance policy to kick in, don’t count on him to be there. We had to hire an attorney in order to collect the State Farm insurance claim payout. Shameful.

I have been with this agency for over 10 years and have had multiple claims and they have handled with professionalism and class. They are a I stance company so to blame the individual office as a previous review did is ridiculous. They are corporate office as if Jay or his office had much say so on a claim placed by the guys neighbor. Geez! I had borrowed money of life insurance policy when in need of cash quickly. Being Jay had to be the only one to be able to cut check he wasnt in office he left what he was doing drove 45 no Its to office cut check met me. That is personal service you get from this office. Would highly reccomend this office and Jay personally for all insurance needs.

Bunch of nice guys who will make you feel good about your insurance decision. Great product but weak customer service. My neighbor filed a claim against me and Jays crew catered to my neighbors agenda more then they did me aka their paying client. Bottom line -- Jays agency will do whats best for their company and not their client. I get it -- State Farm is highly corporate so if they are legally threaten they will buckle and just make the payout -- if it makes financial sense. JAY WILLIAMS CREW will not cater to their client but cater to their threats. So for them its just a financial game and not a customer delight game. I switched to All State and talked to Jay personally to tell him how unpleased I was with his company and how his associates poorly handled and misadvised me as his client. I would recommend finding another insurance company who cares about their clients and is willing to fight for them. Jays crew has been in the insurance game for a long time and they have all the rebuttals possible but dont fall into their rhetoric. Go with ALL State or Van Baird from State Farm. Van will care for ya as a client.
