Gillman has been handling one home owner insurance policy for me for several years. In the past month, I reached out all 10 agents at Gillman office and left several phone messages asking he/she to call me back, but no one ever did! I dont understand why they have an average of 4.9 stars out of 150 or so reviews.[follow-up] I just realized my agent had a personal issue in the past several months. My agent has contacted me and promised me to resolve my problem with the insurance company. I am temporarily giving them a 4-star if my problem is actually resolved.

Never received any information or even a call back from Mark Silliman regarding business insurance needs for two of my companies. Three weeks of sending him email requests and calling him without any feedback except for one brief call last week when he finally answered my call, and stated that he has been really busy for the past few weeks and he would get back to me the following day.How do you grow your business if you dont reply to your potential customers??
