While this is a company and a for profit business this review is for the person whom I have had contact with.Roxi is a very helpful and genuine person. She does not sugar coat her answers but will ensure you understand the response or the reasoning behind her answers. She and her team are very responsive to calls and inquiries.She wants to help people understand an industry that can be hard to navigate. Insurance is not easy to understand and can be frustrating when its time to utilize it. However she wants to inform people about the way policies work, what they cover and to share if that coverage is truly enough.I have shared her information with friends and she is not a high pressure sales person. In fact for one potential client she offered to meet at a smoothie shop to discuss the clients needs and clear up misconceptions.She is also very visible and supportive of so many realtors and others in that area/industry. She can be found at bigger industry specific events, general home buying events and mixers or on social media.I am in no way being paid or compensated to write this. I would never recommend Allstate because of my continual treatment , disregard of my many request for more information a better policy, and for her to remedy the situation. Truly, so far its only good for having insurance legally not if you need it for an emergency. Team apathetic and unable to make decisions just pleasant follow up calls.

Do not sign up with this agent!! I canceled my insurance days before it was due. I had talked to Roxi prior and she stated to send written cancellation which I did. Allstate still went ahead and charged my account. I call Roxi and she acts like she didnt get my cancellation request. I wait 7 - 10 business days for a refund. Now the refund is short and Roxi not picking her phone.

Not only is she extremely difficult to get in touch with she is not helpful. I have had to call her 7 times to try and resolve a situation that was her error. Still after 7 calls no resolution. I would def NOT recommend this agent.
