Millicent was an absolute delight to work with especially after experiencing my first car accident. I immediately called her after the accident and felt like I was talking to a friend rather than an insurance agent. She was there every step of the way and was always very prompt in returning my phone calls/emails. I would recommend Millicent and her team to anyone looking for auto or home insurance.

Absolutely the worst insurance agent I have ever used. I’ve had various over the years as we move a lot but she can not explain the difference between products and pricing. Her office staff has no knowledge. The worst. I am looking for another Allstate agent or moving to another all together.

Disappointing experience with Allstate as a whole. Despite having both car and home insurance with them, no tickets, no accidents, no claims, our monthly rates continued to increase. Finally got smart and shopped around, easily found cheaper, superior coverage. Called to cancel, was instructed to send email; I requested confirmation email from Allstate, which I received. Now received a bill, stating that my coverage was not cancelled until 2 weeks after my email confirmation that my coverage was cancelled. Called to dispute. Was told that even though I could provide proof of new auto coverage that was effective before I cancelled my old policy, they legally could not cancel my auto policy until my auto lender mailed them a letter saying it was ok? Obviously terrible communication, as I was never informed that I would continue to be charged until my auto lender okd the cancel. Disappointed that good, low risk customers would continue to have increase in rates. Bad experience, glad we changed insurance companies.
