Mr Crawford is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I contacted him to get a quote for car insurance. Although it was a bit more expensive with his company, Farmers Insurance, he took a look at my home policy and noticed coverage i didnt have which I thought I did. He explained different coverages in detail. Ive learned more from him in that one conversation than Ive ever known about insurance, so i switched to his company. He was able to add coverage and still save me money! He suggested i add plumbing coverage, which wasnt offered to me by the previous company. Well, a year later I had a a major flood in my house and had to file a claim. Because I made the decision to add the plumbing coverage, I paid nothing out of pocket to have the pipes replaced. The whole claim process was a breeze and everyone was professional. Thanks again Marlan for keeping me well informed on all that is available to me!!

He is very rude when he speaks and he tried to tell me that we as black people are always offered the lower insurance when that is not correct I have been offered higher but I asked what was better to get he tried to tell me that tells us when we get the lower insurance we dont care about the person that we hit Marlon does not need to be an owner of a company because he started raising his voice and overtalking me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE. IT IS VERY NASTY.
