I have had a great experience with Jon’s office. When I started using Jon as my agent it was simply because it was close by for when I needed to go into their office. Everyone on his staff has been great to deal with, so when I moved and was no longer in driving distance of the office I didn’t switch agents. When I recently went over parts of my plan with Bruno, I mentioned this to him and what a great job they all do. I have never had to talk to Jon directly about my coverage plans, because the staff has always set me up with exactly what I needed in a very timely manner.

These folks didnt care about my mom! Cancelled her golf cart policy cause they didnt have, or more likely they failed to obtain, specific information. Instead of calling, it was mailed to her. Quite a shock to both her and I when we read the correspondence. Craig was horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

No written response and he stood me up for our scheduled phone call. Dont waste your time with this agency.....find another State Farm office who knows how to use the phone.
