We had a few complicating issues with a Home Warranty company in getting a new cook top installed. I was referred to Concierge Services and they were great. Scheduling took a bit of time but the final installation was well done and the service very responsive. The Home warranty company reimbursed most of the cost of the install so they were cost effective too.

First class service, quality installation, expert knowledge- this was my experience with Concierge Group!! I highly recommend this company. I was so impressed with their work with our stove and hood installation, that I called them again for our refrigerator and dishwasher install. Not only were they timely and courteous, they were also safety conscious around my children and dogs which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Concierge Group for an excellent service experience.

Concierge Group did an amazing job installing a new wine refrigerator and dishwasher at my home. Their installers are very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had nothing but good results with this business. They were here when they said they were coming, and did excellent work. Also came on out after installation, to check and make sure everything was as it should be and that we were satisfied

Stay away, definitely. I had to schedule them out a whole week, told them Id be taking off work to be here for an uninstall. Confirmed with them we were ready to go. When I finally was able to reach them (you can only reach their call center, and thats not the actual office) they told me they didnt have any availability. Whole day wasted. Also- pricier than they should be - look around and youll find better and more reasonably priced service.

Stops serving chicken biscuits at 1030am sharp. Coffee is terrible. Service was quick.
