My over stopped heating so I called Mr. Appliance to come assist. They arrived promptly the day after July 5th. The technician indicated the issue was likely an issue not with breaker box or junction box behind the oven and I would have to call an electrician. I then had an electrician come out that told me nothing was wrong with the electrical outlets. The same technician came out and showed me where there was an issue was with a melted wire. He was able to perform the fix even though he knew the issue was not oven related and graciously completed at no additional charge. Would highly recommend Tim from Mr. Appliance!

My husband scheduled an appointment yo repair our dishwasher, but when they called to confirm the day before the appointment, I husband was told they dont work on Samsung and hung up. Not very professional so I wont call them for any othet repairs that might come up. And this is only one of the reasons I dont recommend Samsung appliances either.
