Thank you so much for coming on Thanksgiving day and saving my holiday diner. The only company responded and repaired my fridge at the same day with fair price. Will use you forever.

Called today at 7 am. Repair is done in 2 hours, man had parts in his truck for my Samsung refrigerator. I am very happy. Good Job!

The seem appealing because they are open late and answer when something happens at night. Fridge died on Tiesday night. Repairman came Wed 3 hours late. Misdiagnosed the problem and charged a $300 deposit. Called on SATURDAY to say our part wouldnt even be in until the next Monday. We got another man (Clyde Johnson) to fix the fridge in 2 hours for half the price. Now no one will call us back or give us any answers about giving us our money back even though we didnt use their services. Total rip off and unable to speak to anyone in charge. 10/10 never use them. Maybe a manager will see this and actually call me back.

If I could give no stars, trust me I would have. From one business to another, extremely unprofessional. We called B&BEE Appliance (or now they also call themselves Atlanta Appliance) to have our dryer looked at and possibly fixed since we have used this company in the past and had success. When we called a woman answered the phone and quoted us $14.99 to come out and take a look at the dryer, and if we decided to have it fixed the $14.99 fee would be waived and we would just pay parts and labor. We told her we would call back in a few minutes once we got the approval to go through with it from our corporate office. We got the approval not 5 minutes later and the SAME woman answered the phone and told us that management said the price to come out and look at the dryer was actually $24.95. Confused we asked to speak to management, at which she said she was the manager. We then asked her why she first told us one price and not 5 minutes later she quoted a higher price and then told us that management had told her she was wrong, when she is indeed the manager. The woman then hung up on us. We called back two more times with our office phone hoping to get someone else and she kept hanging up on us. ALL of the different phone numbers listed on their website all lead to the same women. Rude and terrible customer service. Not to mention that on their website it clearly states $14.95 as the fee to come out and look the appliance. We chose to take our business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

The woman on the phone was most helpful in booking the appointment on Mothers Day, no less, and then called me when someone was available earlier than expected in my area. Prompt service and a quick fix to my problem at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them!

Technician was a sales man....totally ripped me off. Price was way too high. I checked around the next day for a compressor and freon and I have to say I was totally ripped off. The freezer is still not fixed. Awful company just about sales.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!They do not deserve eve one start>>>My dishwasher was broken. The technician came on 03/02/17 today is 03/13/17 he said he will come back with the parts I needed it 4 days after. I called, called, called, text, text. He just took $100 fee (Insurance 2-10 Home buyers sent them) and I dont know anything about them. The customer service rep must be this guys wife she is RUDE to the top and hanged up the phone on me. My dishwasher is leaking, I have to clean my floors every night when I come back home since this guy came. He messed up worse.I have to eat out every day because I am unable to use the sink without having leaking problems...Thank you B-Bee you should not have a business. I will complain in some other places.
