I have been in full service contract with this company for last 7 years. Everything was alright until there was no problem with my HVAC unit. Last week the technician came to perform the half yearly servicing and informed us that the compressor died. It was working fine until he touched the unit for servicing but he explained that the compressor was dying anyway and it is now dead. Bit weird though for us to believe. Anyway, he said he had ordered a new parts which would take at least 7 days to arrive. It is 100 degree F outside now and we are surviving in the heat with family for last 7 days. After 7 days we now received a call that the compressor has not arrived and they dont have a date. This company has not made any effort to look for an alternative/temporary stop gap solution so we dont suffer from this unbearable summer. I cant believe that there is not a compressor in the whole United State. They are extremely customer unfriendly and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been using Superior for more than 7 years, and they have been great to work with. Always professional and timely. They’ve done everything from maintenance to install a new HVAC unit for me. And their costs are competitive and fair for the work they do.

Please dont use these guys if you want service within a day or two. I have a service contract (makes no difference) and made a service call to have the capacitor changed on the compressor unit (5 to 10 minute task). To be to the point , I made the service call on Monday but thet said they cant be out until the following Tuesday. This is not the first time, it took a week to come and change the blower capacitor. I call another company they came the same day within 3 hours. If you want timely service this is not the company to use.

I have been using Superior at least 15 years. They are absolutely fantastic!One of thier senior installers ([Mike Childers) always takes care of my systems personally.I dont think there is anything that he doesnt know about HVAC systems.He is also one one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!!!

Lisa was not polite and had no concerns about our schedule. We ask this company to confirm the time of appointment however she refused to call us back. Extremely poor communication. Do not recommend this company.

We use them on an annual contract. So far we have been very happy. We just had them come and the guys came and checked filters. Changed filters, cleaned around the duct work if needed. They filled up the AC unit for the heat. They also fixed a vent on the side of my house where the birds had broken it out and were going in and building nests. We are very happy so far with this company!!

Do not sign any annual service maintenance contract with them. They do not have technicians available for your regular services. They keep rescheduling your appointment giving excuse that other people have urgent request.

My home is four years old. Superior installed the AC units when the home was built. On July 7, 2020, upon arriving home I notice plaster/drywall from my ceiling on my steps. The ceiling had a wet spot and a huge bubble on it. I look at my AC unit in my attic and the base pan is almost filled to the top with water. I called Superior and they said they could not send a technician until July 27th. I expressed the urgency of the situation because the unit is in my attic and it looks like it may fall through my ceiling. The representative said to give her a second so she can talk to her manager. She came back and said that they can send a technician on July 17th. I said I can’t wait for 10 days. She said that I can contact another servicer. I did and was able to get a technician out the same day. He informed me that my unit has a float switch, which should cause the system to shut down if the water in the base pan raises too high. He said that my unit didn’t shutoff because when SUPERIOR installed the unit they left a gap on the side of the pan, therefore the water was pouring out before it reached the level to shutoff. Had it been installed properly I wouldn’t have $1500 in water damage.

I really appreciate the technicians performance and the care they put into their work. Ive worked with this company a few times, and they always call me and let me know when theyre on the way, which is really nice. If Im not home for whatever reason, its not a problem at all and its easy to reschedule. While theyre here, theyre very careful with all my belongings and are great at making sure everything looks the same as when they arrived.

Beware!! I was quoted $148 two weeks ago to replace a capacitor, which they did not have in stock. They tried to overcharge me $350, which includes time to locate a capacitor and the cost of the second visit. Really!!! There is no way I was paying $350. Who charges for time to locate a product that they should have had in the first place? I have never heard of such nonsense. Then trying to charge for a second visit. Use a reputable HVAC company...NOT this one!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time with this company if you are looking for a company that will provide on time reliable service, especially if you do not work from home and have a work schedule that requires you to be in the office. Superior will not schedule an appt time and only provides a window. Your options are morning or afternoon.I have had a service contract with the company for the past 4 years. The main reason I went with Superior is because Superior did the install for the builder.Over the last few years, the arrival time and unreliability of the technicians has progressively worsened .For my scheduled summer service, this is the 3rd time my appt has gone awry. On the first appt, an install was scheduled prior to my appt in the morning, and by 11:15 am the office couldn’t confirm a time the tech would arrive; therefore I canceled and rescheduled.The rescheduled day, I called around 11:30am to inquire what time the tech might arrive, and was told I was not on the schedule!So here we are on the 3rd day.Earlier today, I missed the technicians call at 12:48pm, and within 6 minutes I returned his call only to be told he was moving on to another client and I will be next on the list.It is now 3:35PM and just got off the call with the office staff who don’t seem to have any concerns about clients or clients being inconvenienced. Was told the tech will be here in 20 minutes. Well guess what?, I’m still waiting.After taking 3 days of vacation to wait for technicians, I can tell you this is the last straw!

The worst HVAC company every. They came to repair my HVAC system, repairs we paid over $500 for. They then waited 3 wks to charge my debit card (which I felt was very irresponsible of them). Three wks after the repair, my HVAC unit is again not working!!! I call them back and was made to wait 4 days (in August) before they could come out to fix it. They then charge me for another service call, plus the amount to replace the part. I feel like the part that needed replacing shouldve been discovered 3 wks ago when the original tech came out. A part doesnt go bad in 3 wks. I will never use this company again!! I will also say this is the same company that installed the units in my home which was built in 2010. 80% of the people in my community HVAC units have had an issue (some in as little as 4yrs). So either this company is not good at their job or the parts being used are terrible!!

Worst company just the like lady with the review said. CAME OUT SERVICED MY AC, the HOUSE is practically brand new now its dead again and now no heat out of the machine, Please stay away, the phone service there is a lady with old voice. she hung up the phone, when we called back, I have yet to hear from them. STAY AWAY!!!!
