Ive been using A&K for many years, first in Roswell, at my parents house, and now that Im in my own place I have had them do my spring/fall tune ups and any repairs. These guys totally saved me! Im selling my house, got an offer, then I found out on Monday morning that a house inspection was happening Tuesday morning. So, naturally, on Monday afternoon my fat cat did sneak into the basement, sat on a duct pipe, knocked it loose from the ceiling, and the whole kit and kaboodle came crashing into the floor! Awesome.I called around and these guys were the first who were willing to come that night. A nice guy showed up and did a terrific job putting the duct back. He made it far more secure than it had been before. Then he looked around and found several other places where my cats had done nefarious deeds. He got them all patched up quickly and thoroughly.The inspection was very thorough, but no problems were found with the duct work at all! I got two follow-up calls from A&K in the following days just to check in and make sure things had gone well.Overall, I had a great experience with this company. The prices were fair, the labor was well above par, and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I came from from a business trip late on a Thursday night ( 15Aug2019) to find My A/C was not working. Called A&K first thing Friday AM. They were able to come out in the afternoon to look at the unit and let me know in detail was was wrong and answered all my questions. The service was set up for Monday AM and they showed up early and were done by 1pm. Great service and friendly and happy to answer all questions up front and during the process. I would recommend them to anyone who needed A/C Heating work done

He is a friendly, professional small business owner who treats his customers like he would his friends. He isnt about upselling services and equipment you dont need. Came home to no air after painting contractors covered my condensers while ac was on. Called and tech came out even though he was almost home and calling it a day. Ac fixed that evening. I would not use any other mechanical contractor. Trustworthy and reasonable pricing.

I called Ernest because the A/C was not cooling as well as past summers. He came out first thing the next morning. He walked me through the problem and my options. He addressed a leak, recharged the freon, and cleaned the coils. Its running much cooler now and the power bill came down. The price was fair and service was excellent. Live in Alpharetta. They fixed the water heater but left the valve on and flooded our backyard. Now refusing to answer my calls or emails. Was seeing if they would help flip the water bill since the water valve was on for 2 1/2 weeks and we had to pay for another maintenance person to come and advise it was the valve he left on that was causing the flooding.

Ernest is responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. He was on time, neat and provided honest advice. Id highly recommend A&K for old fashioned reliable customer service.

Chose these guys because of their proximity to us and a perfect 5.0 in reviews. We got a call back the same day we reached out for a quote about our need for a new hvac system and were told they’d be out the next day (Friday) or possibly Saturday to check it out and then never heard back and no one showed. We reached out to two other providers and they were great. Needless to say, we spent $6,400 with another provider.
