Great service as always. We had AC go out after hours and had a health emergency that could not wait until the next day. Billy Duffy came out late during emergency hours and promptly fixed the unit right away. He was professional and compassionate regarding our situation. There are not a lot of companies that execute service this well and with such care. Its this kind of service that makes their customers so loyal.

We recently started using Neese Jones following a recommendation from our general contractor, who has used them extensively and have been blown away by their responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism. We had two issues - one with our AC and one with our furnace - in the past 6 weeks and in both cases the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly, took detailed notes on our situation and was able to schedule a tech visit at a convenient time for me (I had work conflicts for a few days, so had to delay their visit). When the technician did visit, he was well prepared and was able to repair the A/C within an hour, as well as do a review of the full system and set-up a maintenance plan. The second visit (due to a fault in our heating - a clogged gas furnace condensate pump) was even better - the scheduler could see notes from the previous visit and managed to have a tech on site within 3 hours. He was super friendly and skilled, getting right to the issue, which was resolved in a little over an hour. I never write reviews, but Neese Jones truly deserves 5 stars. Great people doing good work!

Great company, from the people in the office, to the guys doing the work! Our downstairs A/C unit stopped working, and while I told them it wasnt an emergency, they were able to get someone out to me the same day I called. When my suspicions were confirmed that the unit was toast (it was old and I knew I was on borrowed time), they were able to line up an install within the week. The guys who came out to install were very polite and respected our home. They put in a long day, but got both units swapped out and working. Very happy I called Neese-Jones to get the job done!

This morning we noticed the AC on our second floor was not working. At 11:52 I called Neese Jones and they said someone would come out this afternoon. At 12:22 PM the Neese service man called and said he was on his way. By 1:02 pm he replaced the part and got our AC unit working again. Unbelievable response and turn around time. Two other big name companies I called said they could not come out until Monday. Well done Neese Jones and highly recommended!!!

Im in the process of selling my home and a few things came up on the home inspection that needed to be addressed. Im pleased to report that Neese Jones updated a gas sediment trap for a gas furnaces they installed last year. The company was extremely responsive, correcting the issue the very day I called. While they were out to my home, they also installed a strap support for my hot water tanks horizontally mounted expansion tank (free of charge). My total invoice was $0.00 and 2 items on my home inspection report were repaired. I am delighted in the responsiveness and service I received from their technician Alan Bennett.He really went above and beyond to make things right and address the inspection reports findings. Well Done!

Both Mr. Neese and Mr. Jones came to my house to insure the job was handled correctly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing services their company provides. The two men who came to install our HVAC system were excellent. One came from a job in the same building to tell my wife when they were coming so she could be ready. They were courteous, professional, informative, and cleaned up so well that we couldn’t tell they had been there except for the cool air. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being high we rate them 20.

Mike Torney Returned tonight to studio A and replaced the factory electronic fan controller relay assembly. Double checked all control wiring. Replaced the .3 amp factory fuse with the upgraded .5 amp fuse. Total control circuit amperage during the cooling cycle is .611 slightly elevated but it’s operating properly. No shorted wiring. I went through everything. We will keep an eye on this. To improve airflow I disassembled and blower assembly and chemically cleaned the blower wheel thoroughly and reassembled. It turned out perfect. Great airflow. Great cooling. Did a fantastic job Mike, thank you!

Neese-Jones has been my HVAC company for over 20 years. A serviceman discovered codes set by one of my units during a routine semi-annual inspection. He spent several hours diagnosing the problem and decided it was either the wiring to the outside unit or the circuit board. Since the unit was operating properly, I decided to wait on the repair. A week later the unit failed to cool, and I contacted Neese-Jones to repair the unit. The same serviceman returned and spent another 2 hours diagnosing the problem, and he came to the same conclusion as before. He returned a few days later with a supervisor to assist with the expensive repairs. I returned home as they were concluding the repair and noticed that they were working on a different outside compressor. When I asked about this the supervisor did not want to discuss the issue. He would only say the thermostat was defective and they had installed a temporary thermostat. The 4+ hours of diagnostics for which I was billed was total wasted time. Had I not returned home and observed the work, Neese-Jones would have charged me for 3 service calls plus $1250 to install the new thermostat. Needless to say, someone else installed the thermostat for $850.

Neese Jones has serviced our HVAC systems for many years. They are always very responsive and do a great job. Their staff is very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with.

Neese Jones provides service that is unmatched! The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I have had 4 new HVAC units installed by Neese-Jones over the last 15 years, including a mini-split in a sunroom. They carry top of the line equipment and are super responsive if there is any small issue that arises. I keep a maintenance contract with Neese-Jones and they keep the systems in great working condition each fall and spring. They came out quickly this week when I called because the AC was not cooling properly. It turned out to be due to a large amount of dust created by a renovation project. They quickly replaced the filter and checked out the system while they were here. My AC is back to working beautifully!

I am on a maintenance plan with this company, they came on time with bi-yearly appointment. The tech was top notch. Highly recommend. Keeping the system up and running is a huge priority not something I did the past and only cause issue. Maintenance is the key!!!

This company does not do a lot of personal intervention with customers and some of their people have no people skills on the phone but Billy makes up for that!

The Neese Jones technician (William Billy Holtzendorf were outstanding on every level, from the initial phone call to the proper diagnostics and solution. The technician was more than proficient and actually took a very systematic approach to diagnose the part of the system that was faulty. That is what I feared most, the sledge hammer approach where everything is faulty and the all pieces would need to be replaced. I now feel so comfortable with the Neese-Jones team that I will immediately sign up for an annual maintenance contract. The 2 scheduled services/check ups per year will provide piece of mind that I will be entering the summer or winter season without have to worry about the A/C or HVAC system. Had some HVAC Issue, Technician Came, Reapir another A/C Whihc was Working, Chnaged Capacitor whihc was not needed And Charged me 380. Same Capacitor in Amazon was $11.99. I was happy whne i called they are available immediatly Comapred so other HVAC technicans who was very busy and didnot had Appointments. Now undertood the reason... Because no ne was calling them and they are waiting for calls to come. Its Kind of ripping people for $12 to charge $380. Never Ever Recomend this place to any one for other cusotmers Beter safe.

Our AC unit failed on Memorial Day evening and a tech from Neese Jones was the only one (I called over 15 HVAC companies) that would come out that evening to take a look at it. Ended up replacing the entire AC unit, upgraded us to a larger unit at no additional cost and had the unit installed 2 days later. Excellent experience, highly recommended as it is often difficult to find a reputable HVAC company. I also signed up for a maintenance agreement with them.

Chris Hamrick was an excellent Tech. Weve went through several companies to fix our commercial unit and he was in and out within 1 hour and fixed everything. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend Chris and Neese Jones!

This company is great. They came out tonight to get my air conditioning running. They explain things really well and are always friendly.

I called in mid July with a down AC Unit. They came same day, at the time they promised and got me up and running without issue. Very happy.

This business is one of the most impressive I have ever worked, The company that installed our unit less than a year ago would not come back to service when the unit malfunctioned, Neese Jones had to return 3 times to ensure repaired due to a manufacturer issue. They were always on time and professional. There was originally a misunderstanding on the bill and I wrote a scathing review. I very much regret this as they have stood behind their work and did not charge me when they could not resolve on the first visit. I wish there were more than 5 stars for this company. I wish more were as honest and trustworthy as this firm!!

We had Neese-Jones scheduled for duct cleaning of two HVAC units. The two men were here on time, and started by checking both units and ductwork to see if cleaning was needed. As it turned out, one unit did not need cleaning. They had pictures of the duct interior to show us. Imagine my surprise at finding that this company easily couldve taken complete advantage of this situation, but didnt! We had work done on one unit only, again with before and after pictures. The men came with masks, gloves, and booties for our ( and their ) protection. They were efficient and careful. We are , once again, very pleased with the service received from Neese-Jones. We have already used this company for HVAC replacements-twice! Their prices were very competitive, and the service and workmanship excellent. Once again, a very positive experience with this company. I would, and have, recommend this company to anyone.

Neese Jones HVAC was my first call after moving to the area and having some issues with our dampered home system. I called at 9am and Jordan said he could send a technician out the same day which I was amazed at. Chris showed up at 1:30 and gave me a call 40 minutes before he arrived to make sure it was a good time. It didnt take him very long to diagnose the problem and offered 2 different solutions. This is an updated review for Neese Jones. We moved into a new house and Neese Jones had to come out several times to repair several different issues with our dual fuel, multi-zone HVAC system. While it took them several trips, one of the owners eventually stepped in and got the system repaired correctly and for a reasonable cost. It means something to us when an owner will step in to make things right, and that is exactly what Mr. Neese did.

Neese-Jones was quick to respond and send someone out ASAP. Professional staff and quick with estimates and repairs.

Rick helped me find an AC that was high quality, but also fit my budget. He did a great job explaining all my options to me and had my installation set up within a day of my decision. The team took time to make sure my AC was working properly and took extra care with the wiring. Im pleased to report its been working great with no issues. They have a price range for everybody and were respectful of my budget. I plan to use their services again when its time to replace my furnace.

Monday, Dec. 28, 2020, we had a technician come out to do the winter service of our system. Its an older system so we know there will be issues. The tech must have knocked the ignitor out of position so when we turned the heat on that night it would not ignite. Called Neese Jones this morning (Dec. 29) and they answered and said they would have another tech come out that afternoon. Knowing how busy they are we appreciated their quick response. Anthony was our tech who came out today and fixed the problem. He is AWESOME! Identified the problem. Fixed it very quickly and saved us before the next blast of cold air comes through. Thank you Anthony!

Since posting this negative review, I can confirm that the owner did get in touch with me and asked what I considered would be a fair price for the work done. I asked them to match competitor quotes and he issued me a refund of approximately $174.Now I am happy. The owner says he never wants a customer to feel ‘ripped off.’They had charged us $399.00 to replace a simple ignitor. Poland Heating and Air and Superior Heating and Air have both quoted $225 including the Service Charge.So all is well that ends well. Thank you Neese.

Living in GA, when your HVAC stops working it’s like the world got flipped upside down and instantly you’re dialed back to the stone ages. Luckily Neese Jones was quick and responsive to our needs we called at 9:00PM to leave a message for non-emergency diagnostic and a technician called at 8:00AM the next day and showed up at 12:00PM. THAT IS SERVICE. Technician was able to diagnose the issue and fix it for us on the spot. Couldn’t ask for more and prices are reasonable

I have been a Neese Jones customer for several years because they give good service and value for my money. On a maintenance plan they will come out twice a year to service AC and furnace. I have also used them for repair and been quite pleased with both their response time and their work.

I utilize the company for two properties and they provide outstanding service regardless of location or technician. My last engagement was for an A/C unit other companies tried but failed to repair; perhaps they were looking to sell a new system. The technician arrived and repaired the unit with an hour, adding functionality to prevent major components from being impacted in the future. They’re prices are fair and the service is superb! Won’t call anyone else and they are worth the wait (if they can’t come same day).

Called Neese Jones yesterday since the heat had shut of at night . We were told someone would come by between 11-3 pm. The technician finally turned up at 7.30 pm. In the mean while the heat had comeback on its own. He ran diagnostics and told us our damper was faulty and would need to be changed . We paid him $97 for his diagnosis .Today we got a call informing us it would be $485 parts and labor to change the damper and we gave them the go ahead since he diagnosed it as faulty.The technician comes in this evening and tells us nothing is wrong with our existing damper and charged us $85.00 for his visit today blaming us for not informing them the damper is working ! I’m not a professional and I based my decision on your diagnosis and yet you charge us for a wrong diagnosis and a unnecessary visit ! That’s just unprofessional!Update: Received a call from Mr. Neese . He heard our grievance and offered an appropriate solution . Nice to know that there are still businesses that are about service and not just profit! Updating my previous rating to 4 stars.

We have been working with Neese Jones for over 5 years. We have used them for preventive maintenance, repairs, additions to our home and recently replaced a 15 year old unit on our main floor. They provided a competitive quote and then installed within a couple days. We have also had to replace the heating unit on the terrace level and last week we replaced the water heater! The install crew has always been professional and never disturb anything inside or outside of our home as they replaced the furnaces and water heater! A great company and Rick Harris was great to work with! I will definitely continue to use them!
