4 Seasons representative (Fisher H) quickly identified the issue requiring repair to Lennox 2018 Merit Series 14HCX unit. Charged $500 per hour on 9/23/21 for 3 hours of warranty work $1,500 total to replace LG Korea Compressor known for quality issues that was only 3.5 years old. Going area rate is $150 to $200 per hour.

Took advantage of an e-mail special for a heating system tune-up. Fisher (technician) was on-time and went right to work. Inspected the heating systems and found an issue with one of the units (20 yrs old). Suggested replacing a capacitor that was causing the unit to run inefficiently. No pressure to replace the item but it made sense for a relatively small charge to get the unit back to peak performance prior to the cooler weather. Fisher was professional and showed me the replaced capacitor and took the time to look at the systems.

In Sept 2019 I used 4 Seasons to install 2 new AC units, 2 heating units, 2 thermostats, and replace most of the ducts. Not only did they cost less they did a amazing job and provided great customer service. Last week I recommended 4 seasons to my father after he had a tech from another company come out and tell my dad he needed a brand new AC unit. A tech from 4 seasons came out, inspected, and throughly tested his 14 year old unit and found it to be working flawlessly. They couldve easily ripped my dad off and sold him a new unit but instead they were honest.

I just purchased 2 HVAC units for our home through Four Seasons and Costco, and received an amazing 20% off! Robert explained all the details about the units and was very helpful in understanding what exactly will be done. Lisa efficiently handled the credit card charges so everything went smoothly. The installers (Enoc, Edwin, Jesus, and Joel) were punctual, very professional, efficient, courteous, protective of our floors, and completely cleaned up after them. I want to give a shout out to 4seasons especially the sales manager Mr. Bill Holman, I requested him to come to my daughters home on Sunday at 8am on two different occasions due to my schedule, Both times he was on time and listened to our needs. After reviewing three different quotes from other competitors, I felt very comfortable with Mr. Holman. He assured me there would be a very professional crew that would install my system. Joel and his team came out and did a very superb job, Mr Holman went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service, we are very pleased with our system, and we will refer him to all our friends and family.

If you are planning to use the service from this company, think twice and explore other options in the market. They installed water heater at my home and it was faulty. The installation guy told me that this is faulty, but he can fix the electric part. Some electrician from my office will come next day and fix it. Nobody called me for a week. I followed up with their advisor and office. He said that he will come and will take a look. He came and agreed that this needs to be replaced. He promised me that office will call next day to schedule an appointment. Nobody called me for two months. After following up again with the advisor, somebody called told that they will order the part and schedule an appointment once receive the part. I am still waiting for the part and appointment for two months since installation. If you can their support and ask for manager. I always get respond that manager left for the day. Poor service and poor quality products and high priced. Think twice before you use their services. I would have given ZERO stars, but there is no option.

Great experience from start to finish. We are very happy with our new HVAC system. The crew that came out to do the job was great providing a good review of the work and changes made when they were done.

Our air conditioning went out at the beginning of September. Thought it was going to be an easy cheap fix but it was not. Tom Thomas went above and beyond to get us squared away, a great deal as well as a unit made in the USA. Installation was done in a timely manner and they removed our old system. There was a delay in getting the system due to covered but they did a great job on keeping us informed. Will definitely continue to use 4 Seasons Heating and air for all of our heating and air needs as well as our annual service.

The technicians came yesterday and installed 50 gallon water heater. They replaced my old one by Rheem which lasted 27 years! They did a good job in cleaning up. However, I have one issue with the installation of the thermal expansion tank - they installed it horizontally. It’s going to break off I’m if the expansion tank fails and filled with water. I asked the guy but he didn’t correct it cause he needed to go to his next appointment. Very disappointing.

Technicians were on time and very polite. All used equipment was taken away and property was left clean.

I cant say enough good things about 4 Seasons Heating & Air. I recently moved to ATL and had only been in my new house one week when my AC went out. I tried getting it fixed through my home warranty company and they refused to repair it. After 2 weeks without air, I called 4 Seasons and Shea was at my house the next day. It was determined the best action was a new unit. Shea and Bill explained my options and within 3 business days I had a new unit installed. This company is AMAZING. Last week the air conditioner on our main floor died. They came out within a few days and had us running again. This week the air conditioner on our top floor died and once again Bill and the awesome installers have us fixed up in a matter of days. Last summer they replaced the unit in our basement, so I might not need them again for a while, but I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond to help and keep you cool!

We purchased our furnaces from 4 Seasons Heating and Air through CostCo. Bill Holman was our rep and he is a straight shooter; we felt very comfortable with all of the information he gave us on our Lennox systems. They were super accommodating with our preferred installation date. Enoc and his crew were TOP NOTCH; professional, efficient, explained every detail of the install to us. 4 person crew took ~6 hours to install two entire systems. We were so pleased with our experience that we will be changing our annual maintenance agreement to 4 Seasons. Excellent work, highly recommend!

This is our 2nd purchase through 4 Seasons (& Costco). I called Tom and received a call back almost immediately. He thoroughly explained the products and pricing options. The service technicians were professional, on time, and reviewed the product with us after the installation. They took extra care to cover the stairs and carpet during the installation.

Installation crew was awesome! 3 years later had to pay over $1000.00 to have a warranty repair done. I was told I had to use 4 seasons for the warranty repair which is not true. My advise is to use another company for warranty repairs and ask for a break down invoice. The unit they installed is part of a class action suit which they never informed me about. Buyer Beware!

Four seasons must do a great job of hiring, vetting, and training employees. Ivan is our technician and he is absolutely excellent! He not only is courteous but extremely thorough and professional at his work. One thing that really drives me crazy about past HVAC technicians is that they always left a mess. Strips of wiring, insulation fragments, tape pieces, etc., were always left in the work area around the unit. Ivan always cleans up and neatens up his work. Great company.Great service.Great employees.My old unit froze up and I called and was fortunate to work with Ilene, their company representative.She came out the same day and sold me a better unit than the competition for $2000 less than Estes.....and I have a service plan with Estes.She had people out the next day. They worked from 7:30am until 7pm and completed the removal of the old unit and the the major installation.Everyone was nice and courteous. They stayed late to complete in one day because they did not want our children uncomfortable. They really went the extra mile!!!!I highly recommend them. Ask for Ilene, she is the best!!!!

The one specific request that was made no less than three times has simply been ignored! Very disappointed that the system I now have installed does not have the specific feature requested repeatedly.I need to reduce humidity in basement, and while I understand that during the summer the AC will pull humidity out, it does not help in the winter months when I have 90% humidity and the heating on.Further to this, I did research and found the additional equipment needed and called to get quotes from 4 Seasons, yet again this has led to no response.I am now having to contact other companies to provide the correct equipment.

Going on my second year for my Lennox system. I bought the base model and it is great.Reasonable utilities cost. Easily cools on the hottest days In winter it heats with much less dehumidifying compared to my old furnace. Installation was top notch .I strongly recommend both this system and 4 Seasons . July in Georgia is not when you want your air conditioning to go out! Suffering in 90 degree heat I made a phone call the quite a few AC providers. four seasons was one of the only few that called me back and was able to get someone out the same day! Aaron arrive within hours and was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix my issue. Even though I was under warranty, I feel like the labor charge was reasonable and a service professional. Would not hesitate to call these guys again in the future.

We had two HVAC units installed in our house in Georgia and are very happy with the installs. After a call to the company to fix an air leak in a duct, they were very responsive to send out a technician very soon after that to take care of the problem Excellent service from this company. Appointment was made quickly and Technician kept in contact with me before arrival and during the appointment while I was at work. I did have a family member present during the appointment. My issue was corrected and I appreciate that my tech gave me options for repair and replacement vs. just trying to upsell me. Our upstairs A/C stopped working on a Sunday, and 4Seasons came out right away to fix it. They suggested a great alternative fix to replacing our compressor and I couldn’t have been more appreciative. We’ve had a maintenance agreement with them for a few years now.
