Needed a switch from my regular place since I was unhappy with the quality....Randomly came here since it was close to home and I am NOT disappointed. They do a great job and have a warm and friendly staff. Definitely found my new nail salon!!!!! 😍

I went in to get a pedicure, a lady with blonde hair did my pedicure she was not nice nor friendly. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my toe. Repeat only 1 in each feet. She did not get the dried crustynes on my heels where all other salons that I have gone do. Vivian came and did my two toes as cherrys as best as she could. Thats was great. But once I came to paying she charged me $35! for what??? 30 I would understand but 35 plus tip! 😣 NEVER GOING BACK! I DO NOT RECCOMEND. they also treated me less important as to other clients that were there. Very upsetting.

Excellent service! I had a mani-petti, the tech chatted away with me (Not the easiest thing to do.). When all complete, an outstanding result.

They a light on welcoming walk-ins. Had me put in my name and sit for 20 minutes to then say they can’t see me.Poor service. Not stepping foot again.

I love this family business that makes their customers feel comfortable and relaxed. My nails always look perfect even with arthritic fingers and nail beds. Their welcoming professionalism has been a part of our Algonquin community for many years and I recommend their excellent services to everyone.

I loved the convenience of going to this salon. However, i went there 3 times and had to return each time for nail chipping or breakage. They somehow blamed me for it.. I have never had chipping before.. I unfortunately wont be going back.

Ive been going here for awhile and they are on point when it comes to nail designs that I want they dont rush it can get a bit busy with the regulars who want to chitchat for awhile better to make an appointment they do walk-ins as well. Ive moved 20mins away and this will always be my spot to come get my nails done

They always make you feel welcome and comfortsble. Their gal, Marlaina, does a terrific job on my toes and fingernails!!

I walked in, this morning, and even though they had no heat after returning from the holiday (the entire mall is under construction), they took me quickly and had space heaters going while an have guy did the necessary things to get the heat back on...the place was clean, they were friendly and gave me a great new full set. I will be back!

Extremely disappointed. I have been going there for two years, since Creative Nails closed their doors. More than once I have had to wait for 45 minutes or more when I had made an appointment. Today, I sat and watched them take someone who came in 25 minutes after me, even though I was already 45 minutes past my appointment time. I go there because of convenience. I will just take the wait time and turn it into travel time - going on Randall Road from now on.

They say on their website they are open until 3. They are open and apparently only take who they choose on sundays. Their business shows on the front of the building walk ins ok. Clearly not. Don’t waste your time going here.

These ladies were super awesome! I stopped through mid road trip to have a pedicure and an acrylic full set done... their service was friendly and fast. They were also super patient with me and accomodated me accordingly! If im ever near again, Ill be returning. My hands and feet look amazing by the way.

I love this nail place when I am in this area. It is always a greta place that si clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. My nails come out excellent!

Customer Service is excellent for a place of Nails and Pedicures.

My pedicure took an hour and it looks horrible. My nails are uneven and the paint job looks like my child did it. Very disappointing. Will not be returning.

I walked out of my appointment. The tools are not sealed and individually wrapped (GROSS!) - the girl seemed like she was incredibly confused, as if she were just thrown into this business. There was a little dust ball floating in the pedicure bath water too 🤣🤨 it was just too much. I asked her to stop and I walked out.
