I got dip manicure done. I showed them a inspo picture and Vivian did a fantastic job. It’s been more than a month and my nails are still looking great. It’s pricey and their prices keep changing each time. Not sure what there exact prices are. The place needs a good wipe down for sure. There is dust everywhere especially the manicure area

The spot is cute and clean. However, if you like acrylics/ long nails I would not recommend at all. Literally butchered my nails. Going to try and fix them myself because there is no way I can keep these on like this.

Been to this place 2 times. The first time was pretty solid, went in for pedicures and they took us in with no appointment. My wife planned another appointment for a manicure before our honeymoon trip and they BUTCHERED her fingers! She said the nail tech she had didn’t have a clue what he was doing and was essentially training on her. The tech next to him had to help him out a lot. They BURNED multiple fingers of her with the tool and the first few days of our honeymoon trip, she was in pain especially when she had to sanitize her hands. Pictures only show a few of the burns, she also had them on her thumb. Super unprofessional having a nail tech like that in your salon. She did mention the tech next to hers seemed like he was really good and knew what he was doing, but it’s unfortunate to have anyone experience this type of service, especially before their honeymoon. Get 2 stars for the decent experience the first time, but can’t give more than that considering the fact that it affected our honeymoon trip. Most likely will not go back here again

I was a walk in. They weren’t too busy cause a group of people just left. I got a woman who spent MAYBE 15 minutes on my nails. Didn’t push down my cuticles, gave me a 10 second hand massage, and left me with the worst no chip I have ever seen. It’s extremely uneven and have thin gaps in them. Polish is on my skin below and above my nail. Never again.

I’m so disappointed.... we went here because our usual place was closed. We should have waited! My toes started chipping... they say I didn’t pay for no chip so I’m not arguing I just won’t ever come back here! I took my granddaughters and my daughter we all asked for no chip and all of us got shoddy work!!!! We even went back and tried to give them an opportunity to correct it and the top coat is bubbling on my daughters nails so... we tried ... before I gave a review... oh well. Horrible we even gave a great tip! So here’s my tip to you ...... don’t go here!

I’ve been here multiple times and every time has been a very good experience! This last time I saw Calvin! He is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to! He’s so nice and welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable! He takes his time and likes to perfect his work! Calvin is my new go-to nail guy!

I decided to try them out because I have gone to a lot of nail places, at first we were all excited. Greeted at the door, got to pick our colors and got to pick the type of pedicure we wanted. 4 people, 2 full sets, 3 pedicures, and 1 fill and 1 manicure. My pedicure personally was good besides the scrubbing. Still have a lot of spots that needed work. The toes themselves look great! My full set is messed up, not really happy at all… my 3 other people all had a great experience, besides myself. Personally I don’t plan on going back. She kept telling me to relax and I literally had 0 control of my hands, she had full control. I feel as professionals even if I wasn’t “relaxed” you should still know how to manage the situation. Besides the point, we said at the beginning, in the middle of our services and then end me and my fiancé were paying for all 4 of us. A lady started yelling at my fiancé demanding that he needed to pay now and only for 1 out of 4 us and my fiancé was told by we think the owner that we needed to wait until all of us are done. That being said, prices were out rages. The bar was closed due to COVID which is whatever. $64 for a pedicure and you can’t even do it right? My sister in laws fill was $60 something and for my fiancé’s plan manicure, nothing special was $45. His pedicure, again plan normal pedicure was also $45. But in their service books it was $35. I definitely don’t plan on going back. Didn’t really enjoy myself either. Especially being blamed for my nails not turning out great and I have been getting my nails done once I was 13. I know how to “relax” so they have full control of my hands. Paid $380. Just not for us.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my nails did not understand anything i said. She rushed, and i had to ask another employee to tell the woman to put top coat on my pedicure because she didn’t. She asked me to pay her even before she did my manicure. Very unprofessionally! I will never go there again! oh by the way my nails don’t look good at all!!

I regret to have to leave such a bad review. I went in for a simple no-chip manicure. I just wanted a basic french-tip. Waiting to pay at the register, I noticed the lines were very uneven and some gel polish hardened onto my fingers around my nails. I asked the woman at the register if someone could touch up the uneven areas.This led to a an awful ordeal, where the tech who did my nails was very rough with an electric nail file to remove the gel polish from all of my nails. He filed the gel off and ended up thinning out my actual nails so badly, they started breaking off completely. Several of my cuticles started to bleed, and one nail broke so short the nail bed was painfully exposed.I was in a bit of shock but was hoping he would still fix them and I could leave with a nice looking manicure. He redid my nails way worse than the first time, it almost felt purposeful. I had come in with natural long nails which I had been growing out. I left with my nails filed to nubs, uneven, gel polish all over my fingers and my nails glued to my skin with the gel.I left quickly after that because I was beginning to cry and didnt want to cry in public. I sat in my car for about ten minutes crying, which sounds silly. But I was upset my natural nails were destroyed, bleeding, thinned out, brittle, filed to nubs, and such a terrible polish job. They looked like a 5-year-old had done them.I regret not taking pictures. But when I got home, I did my best to remove them immediately and try to nurture my nails with some oil and cream. I am hoping I can grow them out before a wedding in several weeks.

Love coming to coco nail bar to get my nails & pedi done! They always do an amazing job. Tina is my go to girl for my nails & I always get so many compliments on them. Definitely recommend! Thank you guys 😊😊

I want to preface this review by saying I have had 5 previous good experiences at COCO but this particular older man, who I had never had before, was extremely rough when filing down the sides, leaving these 4 “rub burns” on my fingers. I was genuinely in pain for an hour and a half.Again, this is so upsetting because I genuinely loved COCO before this.

My friend and I gave this salon several tries. We wanted to love it. But each time the service went downhill and hit an all time low today. Each time I call to schedule appointments for us, one of us gets stuck waiting 30 minutes for their service so we are never done on time. Today I had an 11AM appointment and had to wait an hour for them to finally get to me. 3 other people came in and left for the same reason. The nail tech who did my nails was extremely rough on my hands leaving cuts all along my cuticles and got acrylic gel all over my hands. The tech bumped into one of my nails causing it to get an indent in the no chip and even though I asked for it to be fixed twice he refused. When I was finally able to leave the salon at 1:00– 2 hours after my scheduled appointment I was furious. The staff was rude and unapologetic and shrugged off everyone who was upset in the salon. I will absolutely not be coming back here to this location. Do not waste your time.

Calvin did an amazing job!

We made a reservation for 12:30 in the afternoon 3 months in advance for a bridal shower of 6 people. After showing up and checking in ahead of time we were not all seated until a little after 1. My particular nail tech seemingly was trying to get me to agree to get a more expensive pedicure by claiming that was the only way to get a design. In my past experience I have never heard of a nail tech unable to add a design on regular polish. She ended up giving me a design anyways, however, that was after much hassling in my opinion. After this we all were seated separately and at completely different times for manicures. One person in our party was waiting in her pedicure chair for over a hour. This same girl waited for about 45 minutes in her chair without even water running when we were finally seated to begin with. The first person who was seated for her manicure was done before the girl who was waiting in her chair for over a hour was ever seated for her manicure. The person waiting in her chair was told the excuse that she was forgotten about by her nail tech. On top of all this we were promised wine bar access when we made the reservation and when I checked in two days prior to our appointment. After being seated for our pedicures we had requested glasses of wine only to be told they were not serving drinks at this time... which does not make sense considering what I was told 3 months prior AND 2 days prior. I am absolutely appalled at this service and do not plan on planning another party here nor attending myself in the future. Think twice before you pay an absurd price at coco nail bar.🤦‍♀️

Just had no chip gel manicure and regular pedicure done! Searched far and wide for my longtime nail guy Calvin and he’s at Coco’s now. He does a fantastic job, very detailed. He makes sure you’re happy with the results.Thank you Calvin! Great to be back with you!

My first few experiences were really good but this past time I went in for a fairly simple black full set. I got shellac but once I was driving home I noticed the polish already peeling off. I called and they did say they could fix it and they did but now a couple days later I am noticing again a couple of my nails have polish peeling off. This set was also very chunky.

Wow...just WOW. Coco Nail Bar is amazing and I cant believe they have been open for 2 years and yesterday was my first time there! I saw a friend post a photo on snapchat with cucumbers and oranges on her legs, so I made an appointment for the next day for my mother and I. We were both thoroughly impressed by the organic honey, warm milk, oranges and cucumbers -- what a cool experience! David is great -- we will be back for sure as neither of us ever want to go anywhere else for our pedicure ever again. No wine or water was offered, but we arent drinkers and it was only 1pm lol

I was so disappointed! The extra star is because it’s not the worst I’ve ever had. Bad customer service. Not the greatest experience. I felt like the work was rushed through. No massage and lotion with manicure. While there are some nice touches to the pedicure, it’s not complete; the extra skin on my heels was not shaved. I was never asked if the water was too warm or cold for me. I took my mother and mother in law here for Mothers Day, but I feel like I wasted my money. Won’t be coming back. I’ll go back to my old place. (Also the bar wasn’t open on a Saturday [its called Coco Nail bar]. It was all so rushed, which was not a good customer experience. Some advice for the business. Don’t overbook! You just lost three potential customers!

Make an appointment and show up on time, you will be serviced promptly most of the time. The work and service is good with the exception of nail polish quality, they must upgrade and stop watering down the colors. The reason for the 3 stars is so that they desperately need to give this place a deep Clean. Everything is dirty and dusty. How hard is it to wipe things down andMop the floor? Found a nail clipping in the pedicure bowl. So sad, such a beautiful salon.

I used to come to the salon for pedicures but the last few times they just kept getting worse and worse. They rush And try to get you out as fast as possible. I literally got a 30 second massage on both legs with the lotion. Very very disappointed. I will never come to this salon again.

I’ve had not great experiences here multiple times. today i went in for a full set and it was going fine. she started cutting my cuticles and made me bleed multiple times. she was not nice at all.

I never want to write a poor review, ever.. but when I moved several months ago I began going to CoCo because I stopped in (shopping nearby), the salon is gorgeous & clean and I was easily able to book an appointment (yay), however each time I have gone, for the same services the prices have been different, always getting higher & last time the tech took my card before my service was over, she insisted and the next day I saw she charged me $18 extra for my fill-in (based off the price 2 weeks earlier, which was already higher than listed online). Based on my prior experiences & now seeing other comments with super similar experiences I feel like I was stolen from.

One of the guys doing my pedicure broke my toenail. He didnt even apologize. Definitely NOT coming here again.

Do not go here! They over charged me $87, and even with proof they tried to deny it. They charged me for a service that I did not have done. The management is unprofessional and you would be better off going to a different nail spa. They have decent services but they are intentionally overcharging. It is an additional $20 for no chip pedicure, and additional $5 on top of the cost for acrylic nails for “long nails”. I asked to speak with someone higher than the manager working because she was no help and she stated there was no way to contact them. Go spend your money else where 💛

For those of you who get regular polish be aware no dryers for feet or hands! Not spending money on extras, dont expect service with a smile and expect to be rushed. My daughter waited over 30 min to get a manicure after her pedicure and that is with an appointment. Bar not open, byob. Place crowded ALL chairs close to each other. Parking, good luck...Especially on a weekend.

I rarely give bad reviews, but only in extreme cases do I feel compelled to write one. Unfortunately, this was one of those cases.I got a pedicure and my GF a manicure. My experience was a bit painful. I know my way around nail salons, so I know it isnt supposed to hurt when theyre clipping your nails or removing the cuticle, right? To start, the nail tech cut way too much off; legit, my top layer of the nail bed is exposed!At one point, the nail tech wasnt even looking while she was using the cuticle pusher. I thought, wow, she must know whats shes doing, but I was wrong. I would think nail shaping and care requires precision and attention to detail, but none of that happened with my feet. Instead, it felt rushed, rough, and uncomfortable.My GF had the worst experience, too. They had to redo my GFs nails. The first time, they were left uneven, the polish runny, and overall not looking great. She kindly requested to touch up the nails before she left in an attempt to try and fix them. A different nail tech said okay. She briefly started working on them before she called over the nail tech that initially messed up her nails! During this, the nail tech was visibly frustrated, unkind, and not understanding of the situation.Instead of showing empathy, it turned into an annoyance to them. Not a great way to treat a customer and certainly not a great way to keep one.All that to say, this was my first and will be my LAST time here. Theres a reason why this place has a lot of negative reviews.

Interesting! My 2nd time there, jury is still out. 1st visit was good. Thought Id make an appointment and go back. I did like how the nail tech who did my nails the 1st time did them so I requested her. Upon arrival, a different person did my pedicure although when I called, they asked me if I wanted to same person who did my nails to do my pedicure. I said yes, yet they gave me someone else. I probably would have been OK but the person who I thought was going to do my pedicure, wasnt helping anyone else. So since the person who did do my pedicure was friendly to me, I asked if she could just do my nails too and she said unfortunately she couldnt since I made an appointment with the other tech. She also said that the requested nail tech does nails and someone else does the pedicures. Heres when it got even more confusing. Not only did the person I requested NOT do my pedicure, she ignored me altogether and did the pedicure on someone else. And then did another pedicure on another person. So end result, the person I requested and made an appointment with, didnt do my pedicure, ended up not doing my manicure since she was busy doing pedicures on other people AND the 2nd person I asked do my nails, didnt do them. A different person altogether did my nails!!! And the nail color I selected, although it was used for my pedicure, I dont k know what color they used for my manicure. So not sure Ill go back anytime soon. Although the 2 random people I didnt request were nice, and this isnt the end of the world, Ive been snubbed by better nail techs (LOL) overall thats not quite enough to compel me to return anytime soon.

So I had pedicure and manicure this manicure. That was the most cruel pedicure I have ever had. It really hurts. My finger is bleeding till now! The service is TOO FAST, they have to care about the quality and safety rather than time. I payed 100 which is not worth what I got at all. Plus as I have already mentioned I was hurt! This is not normal !!!!

First time there and would never go back. Not friendly at all with my 5yr old daughter and I. They were no help whatsoever, didn’t communicate, my daughter didn’t even get moved to a chair after her toes were and her finger nails just painted and not trimmed. This place sucked would not go back would give a zero if I could.

First time going here and I really love the service I received. I got a dip manicure and I am very impressed. My nail technician was Tina and I think she did a fabulous job.

Absolutely AMAZING! I normally can’t stand pedicures, but this was seriously the best pedicure I ever gotten. I love the attention to detail, the atmosphere and the overall energy our technicians had . My mom and I both left feeling very relaxed and happy . I will definitely be back ❤️.

Most painful, unrelaxing pedicure EVER! Luke warm water, pain inflicted on every toe nail while trimming and filing, legs are raw from very vigorous salt scrub. Lady was obviously in a hurry and in a bad mood. Ugh.

I usually come to this location. My last experience was anything but pleasant. When the girl was doing my nail she was doing it in such a rush that she cut me, my finger was bleeding non-stop. My nails came out nothing like I wanted them specially with my nail done half way cause she couldn’t do it all, because of the blood in my finger. Personally won’t be coming back this location again.

Really disappointed - I paid for the first level pedicure upgrade. It was a normal pedicure that the had end butts of organs in the water (the menu says lime slices) it was sad. I ask what their express pedicure included and no one could tell me. - I got a complimentary mimosa made from orange juice and jug wine - tacky as hell. It was quick and not a very good paint job. I called and asked about a promotion that they had and they said that they still had it but when I got there they refused to give me the student promotion that they had already told me I could get due to it not being the right day. I also asked for tapered square nails and they gave me boxy squares that are almost bigger than my finger as well as having acrylic stuck under my nails and bubbles in the topcoat and I had to spend almost an hour fixing it myself as soon as I left. very misleading the customer service is unprofessional and I was not pleased with my experience.

Typically I love this place but yesterday my technician was not only rude but my full set lasted 20 min! It was done so sloppy and I’m red and irritated all around my nails. She then dropped a tool on the ground and attempted to use it on me without disinfecting it first. Im very disappointed.

Omg I Really wanted to love this place but, the lady agreed to a design and color and then half way through said she can’t . She asked multiple people including manager for help. None said yes. Then she asked the manager again and she agreed to do it for free. What the pro gal lady told me. Well I was glad they were steeping up but then the manager says it’s not free and charges me total 69$ for something I didn’t ask for me being the person I am I just paid but, let the manager know that it was unprofessional and very sad it was my first time there and now my last!! Our pedi’s were excellent, but the lady that paints your toenails after the pedi was extremely rude and unprofessional. So was the young man that did my daughters nails. Never again. SMH.

The flexibility was nice bc we were able to get an appointment where all other salons were booked and its pretty inside but whoa, I will never go here ever again. So we went in and got the lavender pedicure.. When the nail tech said she was done I thought she was joking around.. Nope! I had polish on my skin, my heels looked like theyve been scratched a little and still basically the same when I first walked in along with my complete bottom foot. I spoke with the manager (which I dont normally do) to let her know I felt as though I had to go elsewhere for another pedicure done right. She said the nail tech would fix it but I was in a rush and couldnt go back that week so she gave me 2 $3 off coupons for next time. It also felt rushed and didnt even get the fruit like they said it came with.. But Never again, lesson learned!

I spent 240$ I didn’t get no discount or reward my first time there. The older gentle people who can’t see filed my skin down the proceeded to rub alcohol on it. We walked out with lotion all over our feet not rubbed in. Never going back there not worth it.

Second time coming to COCO Nail salon in Algonquin both times I have gotten pedicures. Everything felt so rushed. I had to correct the nail tech roughly 3 times - nail polish over my skin, missing nail polish on the toe. 1 minute after she was done I was rushed out of my seat. I had no time to relax nor let my nail polish dry.

Oh My Goodness its about time I walked out of a nail salon completely satisfied. To me its about 2 things. 1st is the quality of the work and 2nd is customer service. I have been to at least 20 different nail salons over the last 5 years. None of them ever made me 100% happy and I always give a place 3 tries before I move on. It got to the point where I would dread going to get my nails done. And mind you I was just getting a mani with gel polish how to you screw that up? Trust me it happens. Lol Finally I found a place that I walked into not 100% sure about it to walking out looking forward till the next time. The customer service was awesome. The guy I had doing my nails was making jokes and actually made me feel comfortable. So was comfortable I actually got a full set something I havent done in a long time. Quality of work was amazing and 100% happy with it. No complaints at all. And the best part their prices are very reasonable. Totally not over charging like some places I have been too. So if your looking for a nail place I would definitely give the a shot.

I was looking forward to coming here but I actually couldn’t wait to get out of there. My no chip peeled off within 2-3 days. My nail tech was not friendly and smelled like smoke. I was highly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting for over an hour while people were being attended and coming in and out. Their excuse was because they were “busy”. Unacceptable. Their receptionist kept looking at me (curly, blonde hair) and asked everyone else what they needed and never came back to me. Never coming here again.

Most nail places are not good around here. I found a really great person to do a acrylic fill and that is Don! I dont believe places are bad I believe the nail techs are what make or break a place. Don actually transferred to Hoffman now. But I recommend him And their pedicures are nice too. They use actual cucumbers and real honey.

This place is good for designs if you are bored of one color nails! I’ve gotten good designs from Linh and Calvin. They listen to what I like because I like my nails a certain way since i’ve been getting them done for so long. Calvin is easy and flexible to make an appointment with. There is more than one good person to do nails at this salon so I am experimenting with which person I like best. For pedicures I like Jenny, Stephanie, and Happy. I like gentle and relaxing pedicures.

I’m obsessed. my nails turned out better then i expected, and i’m very very happy. it was done in a appropriate amount of time aswell. very clean, very professional, very friendly. thank you to the coco nail bar staff.

Tina is always friendly and greets people so nicely! and my nail tech is wonderful! Justin always does an awesome job, hes so creative and he is very nice. Been going over a year now, and ill never go elsewhere.

Amazing! I initially messaged them a while ago, they have quick responses & I sent them a picture of what I was looking to get & they suggested a nail artist for me, I really appreciate this because obviously everyone has strengths & weaknesses in certain areas. I had the pleasure of having Grace as my nail technician & she made my nails look absolutely amazing, the colors are beautiful even for not being the exact the color which is expected obviously the chances of them having the exact color is slim. But she let me choose between two to find the closest & I couldn’t be happier, the shape is perfect, the colors are beautiful & the little flowers on my ring finger nail are one of my favorite parts. I will definitely be coming back for as long as I can! :)

Girl didnt give me all I was supposed to get with my pedicure.

This salon is dirty. I do not know the name of the woman that did my nails but she used the same towel on me as the girl before me. They are unfriendly and their prices do not match what is stated in their pricing/services brochure. $40 for a fill that was supposed to be $25. My sisters nails were $65 for a design on one nail each hand. My nails were lumpy and my sisters had chips coming out of the salon. They also made my friend bleed on 4 fingers on one hand. My other friends nails were super thick and chunky and not what she asked for. Horrible place.

Jasmine was my manicurist and did a nice job. Sure was kind and there was no language barrier. I also really enjoyed my pedicure.

I have done my nails with Calvin and Today was Vivian, she was amazing, very careful, and did a beautiful handmade painting in two of my nails, loved the results and the service. A plus 👏🏼

I tookmu husband and his buddy for their first pedicure! Stephanie and Jenny were their heros! They were gentle and patient. I had Van do my pedicure and she was amazing. Frank followed up with a matching pedicure. I will. Continue to go to this place. Ama8!!!

The nail tech, Mark, did a phenomenal job. The salon is gorgeous and clean. And, complementary drinks!

First off i scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and got there on time but i wasn’t seated until 2:00 and and i wasn’t helped until 2:15 then some guy came over and started my nails then they moved me somewhere else and a different lady started working on my nails and then finally they had one more person come over to work on my nails and he was the one that ended up finishing them. I showed him the picture of my nails and I said can you do this for me and he said yes and he said my nails he cut them way too short and they were the wrong shape and then he started the design end it just looks rushed and not good at all and I ended up paying $65 for them. I am very disappointed and I don’t know what to do with my nails now.

Please go someplace else. I would rate negative stars if possible! I had a fill- in, left with uneven and bumpy nails. I called and they offered to redo them. The owner told me that if I want perfect nails to ask for specific people. I guess I should expect a mediocre job for a $40 fill in. They did my nails again, they look better but I wasted 2 hours. The owner made seem like I was inconveniencing her and could care less of MY inconvenience and time! She said, we are already fixing for free. Oh, so you expect people to pay for your errors? This place is a JOKE!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. I came twice here to get my full set and I will never return. Recently one of my nails fell off and I noticed my real nail underneath was a dark brown green color. Turns out it is nail fungus. I have been getting my nails done for over 13 years and I have never had this problem. Now I’m left with nail fungus that is gonna take months to clear up. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I never do bad reviews but.. I went in the salon & it was BEAUTIFUL BUT, first thing I walked in & I wasn’t greeted, I was just being stared at & I was just standing there just waiting for a moment & it wasn’t really busy but I was waiting for a while & After 20 mins the lady sat me down at a table ready to do my nails and I sat there alone with no one for like 15 minutes and they just sat me there for nothing & the guy finally comes to do my nails and he was easily distracted by Every. Single. Thing. & kept pausing, kept looking at every single person Who walked by & paused, Kept stopping for his phone, he was so confused & I was getting a full set dip (Not the dip color I was asking for) I didn’t get the results I wanted for $62 + tip 🙂(Yes I still tipped because I’m not that much of a b*tch)

This is the prettiest nail salon I’ve ever been too! Super clean, great selection of colors (regular and no-chip). Had a pedicure and gel set done, both looked very nice. Staff was also extremely friendly. Definitely planning to return.

Got my nails done back in March, they cut my finger and it got infected and now it has fungus! Never going back again! Then when I told them the guy cut my finger and made it bleed they got mad!

I went there to get a no-chip manicure and did not get at all what I asked for. After consoling with the manicurist, she told me that her way looked better anyways. After only 3 days, my nails were already chipping. Also, I got an infection on my toes right after. Would not go again and was very over priced.

The burned mi finger with the drill rude. Took 10 min. Didnt do what i asked for my mother and i really dislike this place 100 doñlar for manicure gone to waste horrible

Pedis & mimosas. What more could you possibly want?? Very friendly, clean, and great environment. Normal prices.

I walk in everyone’s sitting on there phone, already unprofessional. The lady who was doing my nails was very nice but did not do a good job on top of that they had 2 people working on my hands. one on the left one on the right. My nails were completely cricked and the stars i asked for were not sharp but were Sloppy. I speak a little mandarin and they were not saying good things about the design i choose. Manager was rude aswell. Was not worth 80 dollars i do not recommend going here. if i could do 0 stars i would, and if you wanna go to coco nail bar GO TO THE ONE IN HOFFMAN ESTATES !

If you’re getting a fresh set of nails put on make sure you come here with no nails on or them already taken off! The metal tool/palette knife they use really hurts and almost took off my real nail. They ended up having to soak them off because my nails were hurting and I was scared. I come here often because I looove their designs. I’ve come in here to get designs mostly because I’m so picky sometimes and they always get them right! Today I came in and I was planning to get a fill and design but I figured I would get a brand new set because why not! And this is the second time I’ve gotten a full set from here before and every time they use this metal palette knife that makes my nails so thin and almost cut through to my real nail.

I came in here with my friends. I got charged 20 more dollars for no chip when I said I just wanted regular polish twice. Needless to say, my nails that were no chip, chipped and started to peel in four days. Very expensive for low quality, I won’t be coming back.

Today was my first time going to Coco Nail Bar. I highly recommend this salon. The did a great job on my pedicure and for the first time ever I tried the powder dip nails. They looked amazing. Another thing that is HUGE for me is that the salon was EXTREMELY CLEAN AND STERILE. All of the staff were very friendly and professional.

Coco nail bar deserves a 5 star! The staff there is so friendly and they always make you feel welcomed and relaxed! This is my go to nail salon! I always leave feeling satisfied and I will continue to come back!

Had a fantastic time with my friend. Never have been able to have side by side pedis before. Such a clean place and our techs just let us chat amongst ourselves. The option for drinks was there as well. Very organized and can not wait to go back!!

I have been going to them for about 5 years now starting from when they were Regal Nails in Rolling Meadows and Im following them to their new location in Algonquin. This place is seriously amazing! I am super picky about the shape of my nails and the design. My nail tech was amazingly talented and very sweet. He was constantly offering me water or wine (complementary which is amazing) and giving me design suggestions. This is going to be my new favorite place to go for sure!!!
