They are very nice and their hours are later than most so you can’t beat that… the quality is amazing for the price.. I have been there a couple times already since the first time and I am still just as happy. Definitely disappointing pedicure after reading the other reviews. Very rushed- in and out in 25 minutes. It was not busy and multiple employees sitting in pedicure chairs with masks down or off- one was coughing frequently. Tech added acetone to polish bottle to extend the color.

Worst nail experience ever. The techs were nice and the interior of the shop was very nice but the nail work was horrible. The shape of each nail was so uneven. One lady started my nails and another lady finished by doing the yin yang design and the second lady could tell how bad the shapes were because she tried filing them down after they were already painted which made things worse. Ive tried dozens of shops around the chicago suburbs, looking for a nail home, and this was the worst. Just wanted to provide pictures for everyone who cares about attention to detail.

Very clean, very friendly. Me and my husband went in for pedicures they were great! They took there time and really was worth the price which was average price for what we got but the service was 100%. Best salon I have ever been to hands down!!!!

Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional staff. I talked to the manager, who was very rude to me,to report that my nails look awful, but he proposed to remove the gel from my nails. I didn’t have more time to spend there. Even though they put white gel on my nails, I could also see spots of blue color from my previous manicure. I would not recommend anyone to trust their staff. Better find a better place! Stay safe!

I ask for something so simple and I come out with gum shaped looking nails. I asked for medium length and for them to be shaped a certain way. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. How is this anything close to what I asked for ?? People please do not waist your time at this place. I’ve gotten my nails done by every single person there to REALLY give them a try. They all are horrible. They rush through it. They constantly look around the room and stare at the walls like they never have seen them before while they are filing your nails. They mess up so many times. They ALSO charge you what they feel. They NEVER have a set price. One day you can go for a fill and no chip and they’ll charge you $30 and another day you can go in for the same thing and they’ll charge you $45. They’re inconsistent. Family oriented business ALWAYS suck because no one actually ever goes to school for things anymore and it’s unfortunate. They aren’t taught like they should be.

This was my 1st visit. My initial impression was the salon is very nice. I went for pedicure and manicure. The nail technician was rude, the pedicure which was $45, not worth it. They painted my nails nice. However, in terms of customer service it was not worth it to me.

Vivian took her time and was very detail oriented in recreating a floral design that I found online. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for years and always thought that the service was amazing. Recently I started seeing Tatiana however and she RAISED THR BAR! She literally changed the game for me and now I can never see anyone else. She shapes the nails perfectly, does the polish all the way to the base of the nail, and always has the cutest ideas on how to take my nails to the next level. She really is a dream!

Do not go to this spa! I went on my birthday to get the dip powder on my nails thats supposed to last 3 weeks. Well 6 hours later on 4 of my nails the top coat started peeling. Im not one to complain, but I called and demanded they fixed it. I took time out of my Saturday to drive back to the salon to get it fixed. Mind you, it was my birthday weekend and I wanted to spend it with my daughter and family. Within 24 hours the same thing happened AGAIN! This time I was furious. I paid $45 for a service and felt like I was getting ripped off. I didnt have time to go back to the salon because Im a mother and its the holidays. I called and demanded a refund. I spoke to the lady who did my nails and she insisted she got a new top coat that day and wanted me to come back in and give her another chance. I said no thank you I just want my money back. She said its against salon rules to issue refunds. I explained I had already wasted too much of my time and money at this establishment. THEN she said to give her one more chance and if it still chips shell refund me. Wait, she said prior they dont do refunds?! I insisted on speaking to the owner but was told he is out of town until the new year. I have called every day since and received the same run around. DO NOT go to this salon. Poor quality and poor customer service. Shame on you Revital!

I came in on a tuesday morning with no appointment for a simple manicure. Prices are reasonable for the services I ask for. The people who work there are very very sweet. And did a superb job on my nails. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Really great at it. Would recommend.

Went to get the Deluxe mani last week, and I want to give this place 5 stars! My staff did an amazing job with a lemon, cream mask ,hot towel wrap (messed up by a previous nail salon). Everyone here is super friendly. The service is great! FIVE star to you!!!!

I got a full set and pedicure and the nails were beautiful and held up perfectly. They also use a liner for pedicures and have great chairs. The place is gorgeous and everyone was super nice. Prices are competitive also. After living in this area for two years and wasting a lot of money I finally found my new nail place!

Let me say first of all that my last two experiences here have been not the best. I first came in to get my nails done a second time because the first time that I had came was perfect. The second time I came I had good expectations for my nails but no. I got a full acrylic set with a polish. The polish was not gel which I didn’t mind. Over the next few days the color had faded horribly. The woman who painted my nails didn’t even paint the full acrylic nails. I had one nail break at the tip and one that was able to peel right off. My first experience was nothing like this at all. After my second visit and having two nails broken and gross nail polish on my nails I still went back to try a third time. This time for my polish I did get gel instead thinking it wouldn’t fade as much which it didn’t. The problem is on the technician who painted my nails got gel all on the sides of my nails and that the gel is now peeling off. For as much as I paid I thought it’d totally be worth it. I definitely will not be coming back and will be looking for a new nail salon to go too.

Took daughter for a pedi. 10 minutes later she was done. No topcoat. No massage. Very very basic for the price of a full pedi. Disappointed.

I have been coming here since they opened. The staff is super friendly. When getting pedicures they use liners which I feel is a lot more sanitary then just the normal spray and wipe down to clean the tubs. They do amazing work and are always willing to accommodate. I would recommend this to anyone who get a manicure of any stature.

I came in for a fill, and you could clearly tell the lady was in a rush .... she decided to fix two of my nails because SHE wanted too even though I just got them done less then 3 weeks ago at their place .... and I told her that. I got charged an extra 10 dollars.If I’m going to pay 40 dollars for a fill I might as well just have gotten a brand new set.

I had a wonderful experience here. Very clean facility and such friendly staff I was amazed. I felt comfortable and cared for. To top it off, I had my 3 year old daughter with me for a mommy daughter day and they treated her like a princess. They made her day which in turn made my day. I stumbled into this new nail salon yesterday and had a great experience. Staff paid very close attention to detail on my nails and gave me a tattoo design very beautiful. The environment is peaceful and quiet. They definitely gained a new loyal customer!

We had a party of 8. They were extremely accommodating. They stayed open an hour after closing to make sure we were all taken care of. Clean! Techs were fantastic. Im not sure that Ive ever been in a salon where theyve got such high standards. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a fantastic evening!

Went in to get a basic french manicure for my boyfriends work event that evening. My technician wasnt at all interested in taking her time, rushing her way through the entire manicure. She made me bleed on everyone of my nails as she cut my cuticles. Forced me to pay before shed even done the polish (I shoudnt have tipped her at all). Rushed through the paint job. Got into the car and one of my nails was already chipped. I had to take all the polish off when I got home and repaint them myself. Waste of $25 and a waste of my time. Ill never be going here again.

When I wrote my first review, I was mostly visiting this place for pedis. It was very relaxing! Very gently! And did a reach of the perfect level on my manis. I have a natural manicure at the end result. Ill definitely be making this my regular nail salon!! 5 stars for staffs.

Revital was my favorite place for a long time, but their manicure quality can be terrible or amazing depending on who you get. I always end up having a bad experience with my manicurist when my friend on the other side of the room just got gorgeous nails Pinterest would blow up about. The owner is the bomb. Hes super nice and will even step in and do nails himself if needed (which hes really good at, he gave me an amazing gel full set) and always makes an effort to make sure everyone has a great experience. One thing I will always go here for is pedicures though. Im super weird about feet, but this place has a plastic lining in their stations and if I remember correctly, they use disposable tools so no one needs to worry about sanitation.

I am so disappointed with the service I received at Revital- I have never walked out of a nail salon after receiving a $30.00 pedicure with the feet still laced with dead skin and without feeling pampered. I would not recommend this place, I voiced my concern to the manager after my 11 minute pedicure, that I did not feel as if I got my moneys worth and he redirected the conversation as if I was in the wrong. I am pretty much applauded that the manager is okay with the quality of service that his employees gave out today.Again, would not recommend, any other place in Algonquin would be cheaper, and Im sure better quality.

Quality of work has gone down and prices have gone up. My nails have been shaped horribly and they were unwilling to fix as I was getting my nails done. I had expressed I was unhappy with them throughout the 4 hour appointment and kept being told they were okay, at the end I showed another nail technician what was wrong. She said they would fix them the next day and when I called they told me I would still be charged. I ended up not having them fixed and eventually taken off. I asked to soak the product off as to not ruin my nail bed with the Dremel tool. They did not soak them long enough so they started using the files and when I asked the technician to let my nails soak longer they continued filing away while giving me attitude. My toe nails are now sore and flimsy. I had been a customer here for 3 years, and had always tipped well. I will not be returning.

I went there before my trip, i had them do the acrylic nails, they left them so thick that my fingers looked super fat, not happy either with the service, the place was clean and pretty which is the only reason i dont rate them one star... they were not friendly at all and the service is over priced.

Let me start by saying that my toe nails look fine. I have no real complaints about my pedicure. However, it was evident that the technician I got was in a horrible mood and was annoyed with another staff member. She mumbled angrily under her breath the entire time and paid very little attention to my feet. She made me bleed twice and didnt even apologize. There also was some sort of gnat that landed on my leg so she smacked me (hard) to kill it without warning. She didnt clean my leg afterwords nor apologize for smacking me. Im not expecting a $30 pedicure to be the ultimate spa experience but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I would not return nor recommend this place.

The best place to get you nails done.

Ive come here a few times and been happy with the services. Until recently when I paid $30 for a super basic pedicure from a young gal that had an attitude problem & could not have cared less about the quality of the outcome of her polish job. I even asked that it be fixed before I left (to give her the chance to do better & redeem herself), and she was pissy that I pointed out what I wanted fixed (inconsistent color with a bright pink color = dark spots on my nail where the nail bed shows thru the polish because it wasnt coated evenly) and the cuticle line was jagged. I couldnt picture going 1-2 months looking down at my toes & the less than stellar $30 pedicure, and actually feel satisfied. Im not even a picky customer but even I know that a crappy attitude & poor work ethic = unhappy clients. I expected more than what I got.

I am sitting here now and honestly the worst nail place I have been to. I dont know why they have high ratings. Never coming back.

After 1 day my thumb nail came off and 2 other nails chipped . I went in and got them fixed and those nails were not shaped like the rest, as well as being abnouxiously short . I use to go there all the time , but I think they got new owners and they are NOT worth the money !!
