Found this place after moving from another state, very friend staff and great atmosphere!! T is great, love her!

My sister recommended this place. I like the owners because i can actually understand them. Most places ive been to are rude or i cant understand them.The prices are average to what others charge.Nice clean atmosphere too :)

Ive been going to my local nail salon for over 15 years and thought I would never change that. However I went with a friend on New Years Day to Holly Nails because they were the only ones open and I absolutely loved it! They even made us both a hot cup of coffee! The hours work with my late work schedule so I am definitely going here more often. Everyone is very nice!

I got my A full set of acrylic nails about a week ago and like four days and of having themMy hair was already getting stuck under them and one broke off and I’ve had acrylics for about four years and they never break off within a week, do not recommend. :(

I had an appointment yesterday at 7:00 and was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me who is either the manager or the owner. He was over the top friendly and did a phenomenal job. This was my first time at Holly nails and I have been to a different salon previously right down the street. At the other nail salon they charged me $75 and at Holly they charged me $40 for a full set no chip. Thank you Holly Nail Salon for the great experience! I will definitely be back

I have been going to this place since last 2 years but since June the experience has been tremendously degraded. The price is not consistent at all and this last time I got my nails done was the worse of all. I went in asking for gel fill with French, so Don did my nails with clear gel polish then finished the French manicure with regular polish, they started to peel and the corners of the nails were not finished, so I went back in. First they argued that I didn’t tell them correctly what I wanted then said that they will fix be painting it over, I put my foot down ans told them that they will redo the polish on my nails all over again. The lady had and attitude the entire time ans my nails with gel is still chipping only after 4 days. I will never return ever to this place.

Greeted by every employee upon arrival. Appointment time was honored & a HUGE variety of colors & designs are available. A plastic cover was inserted into the sparkling-clean footbath, and all tools were in New packaging. The sweet, cheerful young lady who took care of me chatted away with me on & off the entire time, as opposed to some places where the employees speak only with each other. I wasnt rushed through my pedicure; it was thorough, pain-free, relaxing & the paint job is exquisite! This is definitely a place Ill return to when Im in the area again.

Everyone is nice. Very clean. New massage chairs . Pedicure bowls have a new liner changed out for every client which makes it sanitary. I would recommend this nail salon.

Very nice people, but nerf to update nail polish and do designs

I went to this place to get my nails and eyebrow done, First the lady who did my nails didnt cut my cuticles correct left blobs of nail polish on my finger and the other lady who did my eyebrow mustve double dipped on that wax that I broke out with a nasty rash on my forehead and above my eyebrows. This would be the last time I would ever visit this place nothing was done properly.

I have been coming to Hollys nails for years now. 2 weeks ago I was not too happy with my nails and they did not try to fix them so I simply just did not tip. Today I came in for a fill and I was charged an extra $10 for not tipping and to ensure that Andy was tipped this time?! I will not be returning this is absolutely ridiculous.

I dont review places, not publicly anyways, but after multiple visits here I feel its a must. I have gone to Holly Nails 4 times and each and every time was a bust. Im a pretty simple customer who gets her nails done every two weeks. I had hopes of this place working out after my last visit yesterday because they are so conveniently close to me. Yesterdays visit went just as I expected and was unfortunately my last straw which is why Im writing this.Two nails have chipped around the corners, and one is nearly about to break right off in full.The service was God awful. They never like to tell people to wait in fear you will wall out so instead they take you and start playing musical chairs with the employees all doing separate things with your nails. I get it. You want to make money and tons of it as fast as you can. I rather have waited though to get someones full attention on a service I AM paying for that is already overpriced. Plus, I enjoy my me time away from home and work. Dont spoil a paying customers time by rushing the process. Thats bad business all around.They made me bleed also, twice on two different fingers. Each time, there was no apology. AT ALL!I would go back to have them fix my nails but in fear that they will charge me and tell me I bang on my hands too much like before Ill pass. Ill go somewhere else and have them fixed.There are better places in algonquin/lake in the hills/Huntley area for nails. Stick to any of them over this place.

They rush through everything and the nails are done very poorly. The pink and white is so fat and not filed down properly so it stands out a lot.

First and last time there. The lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing and cut my cuticles on my feet several times so it was not relaxing at all

If I could I would not even give it 1 star I paid $45 for a no chip manicure its not even 1 week later my nails are outgrown 4 are broken the nail polish is all chipped off because they used old polish. When I sat down I asked for a no chip they said color change $25 or Deluxe $45.00 I needed a manicure and they didnt do a manicure at all she barely got my cuticles she didnt push back the cuticle Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years the worst job Ive ever had theres too many places in the in the local area to choose from this place should be shut down they had a line out the door they were all chit chatting and people had appointments that were sitting there for still 25 minutes after their appointment time maybe longer because then I left.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. My nails were cut uneven and polish left on the cuticle. My 11 year old was stabbed so hard she bleed. Cuticle left on her nails so the polish was very bumpy. The woman was scowling at her thru the whole thing. She never wants to go again.

This was my first and last time at this place. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job and my nails are hurting so much from all the glue she put on them (day 3). I would not come here again. I could tell from the start that she did not want to do her job as she did not socialize or even say HI. Poor customer service. Avoid this place.

Worst place ever by nail came out crooked had to come back because the no chip polish came off and when I asked her to fix the crooked nail she said it was too late that it was my finger that was crooked... i will never go to this place again ....EVERRRR!!!!

Went for prom nails and they ripped me off paying $55 and when I went back saying I hate the color and wasnt what I wanted they made me pay another $20. Horrible place to get nails done!!
