Acrylics came out to send in some areas and I can already tell I’m gonna break up they were not share the same they We’re all bumpy. And it felt like the lady was just trying to do what she wanted not what I wanted

I just got my hair done next door and wanted to get my nails done. I thought it was a bit odd that on a Saturday there were no cars in front of the shop. Then I walked in and no one was there. Literally no one except one older gentleman. I hesitantly asked for a manicure. When I went to sit down, the chair had a black cloth cover on it and white dust all over it. I didnt even want to sit down or put my black coat on the back of it. It was filthy. I finally found the courage to walk out. It really was disgusting. No wonder no one was there.

These reviews are lies. THEY REUSE THEIR DIRTY TOOLS. NOT STERILIZED. NEED I SAY MORE!? I literally watched this sweet man pull crusty stained tools and wood picks out of this plastic bin, dip them in the dirty foot bath water, and PUT THEM BACK and close it! I literally died. Same thing with the nail files and the pumice stones!! ALL OF IT!! Cleaned with dirty foot water and put back.Not to mention they tried to paint clear polish over my dads toes (he’s super metro) over the old clear he had on. They literally told him “there was no polish there.” He said “ma’am. Yes there is. It’s literally shiny on the lower half of the nail.” She said “I’ll remove it but nothing’s there.” Sure enough a swipe of acetone later and the shiny old polish was gone..ALSO! I had an old no chip manicure on and was getting a new no chip manicure and as he was removing my old polish he told me “oh this is no chip? It’s $5 extra to remove.” WHAT!? I told him to forget it. NEVER EVER EVER COMING BACK. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY.

Best place out there for quality nails at reasonable prices. I won’t share how much bc I want to still come with little to no wait! She’s the BEST though!!!!

Go visit creative nail too in Algonquin !!! They have great and prices,friendly atmosphere and very clean love them wouldnt go anywhere else... Try them out youll love it .... Ask for Paul does a great job every time ❤️💯

That was my first time there and was awesome ! I got a pedicure and a manicure . I got the no-chip which is the more expensive type but when they paint our nails they do 3-4 coats. When they remove your cuticles that hurt but it was worth it . When we went they smoothed our feet, buffed our nails, got rid of our cuticles ,and made our feet really pretty. The people who did our fingers and toes did an amazing job on them. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I would definitely go back to creative nails too. They were friendly and the service was very personal.

Hong and Lucy do an AWESOME job on giving very personal manicures and pedicures. They made sure that I felt good and my needs were met. They asked me what I wanted and made sure i was satisfied. Would totally visit again!!

Hong is an amazing manicurist. She asked me what I wanted and stopped to make sure I was comfortable at all times. She is very flexible when Im running late and does an amazing job listening to my requests.

This is a very clean and professional salon to go to. I highly recommend booking ahead of time as they are busy but always do a great job for each na every person. Overall, this a awesome place to go for a manicure and pedicure.

Was not what I was expecting based off positive reviews. There was no, TV, radio the entire visit. I wasnt offered a magazine or asked it the water was too hot for my pedicure. I was spoken to very little and ended up with a manicure and pedicure I could have done better at home.

Great place to go! Went here for prom, graduation, weddings, and other special events. They take their time and do your nails right. Constantly ask for your opinion and if things are ok. Very friendly and careful.

Owner does my pedicures and no chip manicures every two weeks year round. Love her, shes vey nice and very attentive. Massages are awesome also. Eyebrow waxing is really good too.

Gotta say.... should have gone to star nails but I wanted to try this place. My nails look awful. My cuticles dont look touched My nails are different shaped. Everything was way over priced! And totally rushed since 3 more people walked in and there was only 2 people working. Couldnt pay me to go back.

I got the mood changing polish manicure. It is ok. The polish was applied a bit unevenly along the edge of one nail. I also got a pedicure. He did a good job at this but I think the polish was older than it should be. The color on my toes p.s. a little blotchy.They give a discount for giving them a 5star review before they start. That is why they have so many reviews.

Got my nails done two days ago and one of my nails already chipped off. Very disappointing after paying for dip nails that were really mostly done with no-chip products. Very poor job. Place also used dirty tools that were not sterilized from the last patron. Will never go back!

This place is terrible! I never review places, but I feel the need to leave a review here. The service was very rushed. They do not clean their materials. They also reuse materials, which I found very unsanitary.The only good thing I can say is the lady seemed to be a little more thorough. I would not come back here again.

Was here today. Only one older man there. Made appointment last night with some woman for 10am today. I get there and Im not on the books for my mani/pedi at all. He then asks if I have a coupon, which I had a Groupon. Says the Groupon is only good for Monday thru Wednesday, yet it doesnt say that on the Groupon & they wouldnt honor it. I change the service to just a pedicure, which I needed BADLY as Im diabetic. The man did a horrible job!! No work on my legs, barely any work on my heels, and didntuse a base coat. I will need another pedi later this weekend.I will NEVER return to this place. They are HORRIBLE OR HONORABLE in their business.Buyer beware!!!

First time going and definitely the last. The guy who did my nails was very nice so I kept it ar 2 stars but they did a horrible job on our nails. My husband went came to get his cuticles done and i just got a normal manicure.The cleanliness and sanitary of this place is questionable. They cleaned the cuticle clippers with rubbing alcohol and threw them back in the drawer.My nail polish turned out lumpy and very streaky. The manicures are only $15pp and when we went to check put the lady told us it would be $34. I told her 15+15=30 so thats what I paid.This wan not a good experience and the only reason i went there is because of the reviews and pictures in their FB pg. I was misled.

To anybody who isnt looking a nail solan DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are rude and dont want to listen to your concerns. Ive had my acrlic nails for about 2 1/2 weeks and the have fallen off twice within the 2 1/2 weeks. I called them and stated my concerns and the owner lady didnt want to listen. They are rude and disrespectful. And the place is completely disgusting and DIRTY!!

Ive been here several times. The staff has always been nice & accommodating. The owner is always there to great me. I always get a mani pedi. The no chip always last me a month and the pedi last the same. I work in a Drs office as a medical assistant so I wash my hands several times a day. I am always getting compliments from the patients as to how nice my nails look. I recommend this place all the time.

An older couple seem to run this place. Older gentleman did my peticure which was weird and did a poor job. Very rushed. The older lady that owns the place cut me twice and ran the drill too fast and burned my nails! Sides were filed too thin and actually chipped off during my peticure. Another technician actually had to redo my whole set. 3 wasted hrs for a poor job.

Definitely recommend, excellent job , will definitely do my nails here in the future.

Been coming here for years for mani, pedi and brows. Staff is awesome and very professional. Love kicking back, watching TV and getting pampered. Massaging pedi chairs are awesome. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is awful! I had a groupon as well. They did not take their time, very mess applications, he salon was dirty, and awful customer service. Received a no chip and the didnt place enough coats of polish on. The lady at one point said to me okay whatever. The groupon isnt even worth it.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! got a severe toe infection after a 3 hour mani pedi. They did NOT sterilize any of the tools and even used them on my friend then me directly after; who knows how many other people they used them on. awful customer service when we expressed that we were unhappy with the 3 hours it took to do a simple pedi and no chip mani, and how bad our nails looked after. My no chip cracked the very next day and I still have paint all over my cuticles. Fingers and toes both look terrible and I had to see a doctor about my toe infection from this place.

I got a pedicure and gel fill with no chip polish. I was hurt multiple times/paint was awful and had to pay for my nails to be re-done at a different salon 3 days later.
