I visit this location regularly and have always been impressed by the upmost professionalism of all the staff here. The owner is always patient with my odd requests and the other staff have always given me 100% attention when I visit. Crystal, the Manager, is fantastic! They will continue to earn my business.

Unprofessional, poor communication, rude. don’t do here for printing services. i called to find out how much it was to print one sheet of paper if i just emailed it to them and was told $0.39. great it’s cheaper than FedEx! i get there and they tell me the total is $3.39 bc of some $3 fee, which was never explained before. i was like whatever i need to print this so i can take care of things. i went out and then was like this is ridiculous and said i wanted a refund. i realized they only refunded me the fee, so then i was like okay so if i’m still paying for the printing then i want my paper. i go back to ask for it. all these other workers get involved, roll their eyes at me and say the fee was explained (which is interesting bc they weren’t part of the conversation anyway) and the manager repeatedly says “don’t even worry about it” in a condescending tone. when my paper was handed to me it had been crumpled up, which was totally unnecessary. i’ll find somewhere else to print things.

Terrible service. When they didnt know how fix the issue with their equipment, they just stopped working on it and quit acknowledging that i needed help. Where is FEDEX & for each print $4.00 dollar it’s not fair?

Ryan is my favorite part about coming into The UPS Store in Del Ray. Hes so kind and resourceful. I cannot count the number of times I just sit things on the counter and say, I need to send this stuff to 5 different places and he makes it all happen like magic. Everything is painless and hes so professional. There is another young man (Marcus, maybe--I hope I didnt get it wrong) that is absolutely lovely too. Theres a UPS closer to my home but I travel the additional 5 min because the customer service is better here.

Had a great experience at my local UPS Store this morning. Ryan, the store manager, helped me find the least expensive packaging and shipping for an oddly shaped item I needed to mail cross country. He was helpful, kind, and took time to explain all the various options.

The manager of this store is an arrogant person. Some of the staff members treat customers as though they value them. Though, others mirror the arrogance of this Manager. Not surprising, because I am certain he expects his employees to comply and accept his conduct or leave.This isnt my first visit to Del Ray UPS store. A few weeks ago when I visited the store one of his eyes was bloodshot, and I thought he was having a bad day. Nope! He is an arrogant person whom should not be in customer service. Oh! I dont think he realizes his job is to provide a service to customers whom contributes to his well being...A note to the Manager; Your conduct shapes your personal, and business future. Though the store location is convenient for most of us in Del Ray, shipping services isnt unique. In this information era your customers can dictate if this store remains in business, or not. All it takes is a collective decision to go somewhere else; A movement to boycott your store. It may be wise to evaluate your conduct and make adjustments to the benefit of the store, your employees, and you.

Real talk, this UPS store is so top notch, that I literally drive here from DC to conduct business. This location allows you to email return labels directly them, and they print them out vs. paying a few dollars to use a 3rd party computer, print the label yourself and still have other random charges on top of the printing cost.The associates are always on top of their duties, and the transactions are quick, not long winded like the majority of my shipping experiences. I just really appreciate this UPS store!!Thank you.

They have a 50lb limit for packages and theres nothing about this on their website. UPS in general takes up to 150lb but they do not. I wasted time and energy going all the way there and my husband had to carry the package inside and back to the car. The customer service was awful too. I do not recommend this place.

An employee picked up and as I was explaining why I was calling, they hung up on me. Tried calling back and no one answers. Also, they charge around $40 per card to get fingerprinting done which is ridiculous and why I was calling to cancel my appointment. Taking my business elsewhere.

I send UPS and other packages at this store. Recently, I had an antique inlaid wood table, made by my great grandfather, shipped to Oregon. Patrick and the staff there were so nice and expertly packed the table. It arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend this store!

My fiancés father passed away in another state, and we needed notary and fax services quickly (and not under the best of circumstances).Patrick, the owner of The UPS Store, took time at the end of his shift to make certain that we had collated, notarized originals of all of the key documents. He also recommended that we make a few copies for ourselves, which turned out to be a smart recommendation.Patrick was patient, kind, and truly went the extra mile to explain our options.His staff closed up while Patrick helped us. They truly pulled together as a team to take care of a vital, last-minute request at the end of the day.Thank you, Patrick & Team! Stopped in to pick up a package shipped to the store. Was informed it was not delivered. Returned home to confirm with UPS the package was there and accepted by Tim two days ago. When I called the store to inquire they told me it was there and I owed them $5. I understand a mistake but charging a fee when I have to make a second trip is ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service and 1 star is being generous and only given since there is no option for zero stars. When you are going out of town and a package is to be delivered and due to package thieves in the neighborhood you want to ensure your package is not stolen you redirect the package that is to be delivered via UPS to be held within the closest UPS Store - Del Ray and when completing the request it indicates that if you are not picking up the package the person has to have the tracking number to be able to receive the package. It does not say the person picking up the package has to have an identification with the same address the package was shipped to otherwise they cannot pick up the package. To top it all off the same person (who has the same last name as mine) attempted to pick up this package has previously picked up other packages from the same location for me without issue. Since I was going to be gone past the timeframe they indicated I had to pick the package up the employees here could have cared less and refused to release my package and if this is their policy then there should be a disclaimer noted when customers attempt to choose this location as a safe place to have their package held - I have used this location for all of our shipping, notary and copying services in the past, but I will never use this location again for anything nor would I recommend them to anyone when this is the type of customer service they provide.Updated on 11/27/19In response to you claiming the person immediately said to return the item to the sender that is just a bold face lie because I was in the telephone and I asked my daughter to inform the person at the store that I was not going to be back in time to pick up the item and the response provided was well we are sorry but the package will be returned to the sender if it is not picked up by the date indicated - which is why I immediately called UPS Customer Service and asked for it to be picked up from the store and delivered to my address and signed up for immediate notification as to when it would be delivered so she could go and retrieve the package once it was delivered.Additionally, you may want to update your information under UPS Store options to specifically state since according to the website it indicates if the person who’s name is on the package is not the one picking up the package they need to only have the tracking number and does not state you are the only person able to pick up the package.

One of your employee charged me for 45 Lbs paper and I wanted 20Lbs. His respond was we do not have 20Lbs Question: I did not want 45Lbs paper, why should I pay for something I did not want?In addition to that, We had emailed the documents and ask to have it printed hours in advance. Regardless, I went to the store and no had any idea. Finally, they found the email and made me wait another 45 minutes. They were still serving other customers while I was waiting. I was very disappointed with the service.I understand you are small business but this was not a good experience.

My printer was giving me trouble, so I decided to print my resumes from here (with the online printing option). I arrived early than the anticipated availability time, but the staff made sure the resumes were printed and I was out the door within 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

Went to this location to ship a returned BB Gun. The guy asked me what it was and I told him. He started making excuses on why he could not ship it. I informed in of the UPS policy on guns can be sent to licensed dealers. He then said hes not going to ship it and told me to use the post office. I would not recommend this location.

Went into the store yesterday to get notary and scan services.....had a ton of docs to send for a house closing. The UPS assistant was extremely patient as I stumbled through all my paperwork and helped me get everything sorted out and sent to my agent. Great help and a very convenient location in Del Ray. I had a big shipment to send to Puerto Rico and I picked up the UPS store because they had a discounted shipping to Puerto Rico. When I arrived, the entire team helped me consolidate all of my items into a cost efficient package. They were friendly and conscious of the situation. Theyre friendly and convenient, but they dont have a UPS drop-off box, outside, or a slot in the door, so if you want to just drop something when they arent open, which I always see to want to, you have to go pretty far to find one.

Don’t bother trying the fingerprint services. Staff have no idea what they are doing. There’s also an electronic fingerprint option in the store that they can’t explain how to use. I think it’s just a prop.
