I will never do business with ups again. God forbid I have an issue and wanna speak with an ACTUAL person ,instead of a machine, that may be able to help me with my situation. Its nothing against any certain branch or person at ups but they really need to do away with the automated system. Its not hard to answer the phone and ask me whats my issue and lets get it sorted. Instead I have to sit on the phone with a machine that misunderstands me and constantly suggests that I go to their website ,if I wanted to do this through the website then I wouldnt have called, and even if you request to speak with a person it still requires you to answer all these questions. Its pointless and time consuming Ive spent 30 minutes on the phone ,got nowhere productive, and I still have the same issue that I did before.

Miss Tina and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I came in with at least ten packages going to several different addresses. Miss Tina was very patient and made what seemed a difficult task for myself very easy. Will definitely use this shipping center again.

Website says open until 2, so I rushed here and made it by 1:55!The store sign says closes at 1:30pm! V frustrating.Should keep online info updated.

I keep a mailbox at this store, and Im blown away by the courtesy of the staff. They always go the extra mile to help me out. When I walk in the door, the employees have already pulled up my account and have my packages ready. I often call to see whether the mail has arrived, and Im always able to get someone on the phone. I know that they will take care of anything I need. The manager Theresa is especially mindful of good customer service, but Ive had similar experiences with all of the employees, from Cathleen to Chastity to Luke.Although Ive had limited experience with actually mailing packages, customer should keep in mind that there are certain company-wide UPS policies that this store must maintain, such as the rule regarding bubble mailers, etc. There are times when I need to go to USPS to get a particular task done - but for what they do, our local UPS Store is right on point. Highly recommended!

Staff is very pleasant helpful and professional

Picked up one of the bubble mailers. Went to the register. Was told UPS does not ship bubble mailers, only boxes. Then why sell them?! I informed him I previously shipped stuff via envelope via UPS... He said that I must have used USPS. Thats funny, maybe I should though. I think some up-charging is going on here... The kid at the register wanted to sell me a small box for 4 bucks + shipping. I bought the dollar bubble mailer and went to FedEx with no problems or questions. Should have just printed the label out at home...

Visiting Louisana for a convention and needed to ship some trade show freebies back. This UPS store wanted to charge $91 for a few items. Ridiculous! Went to Office Depot, bought a box and tape, formed the box and taped it. Carried back into office Depot and total charges to ship FedEx was $39.54 including box and tape. I get extra for service but $50 is a rip off. Shipped last year from Aria UPS store, shipped about same and was charged mid $50. Stay away from this franchisee!

Delivered my package once and I was at work. They left a note saying they will be back the next business day to attempt to deliver it again and I made sure to sign the back of it so they could leave it but no second or third attempt whatsoever. Checked the cameras and called the local UPS store to check and they have it and they just flat out told me that it was not their responsibility and I can pick up my package from the access point instead of having it delivered.

Long time customer. I always get great service. Would highly recommend.

You would figure, being a UPS Store, that when they receive product they wouldnt complain about and send it back to the sender.Wont use this facility any longer.

I’ve been calling since last Tuesday for a customers package that was to be delivered and I get the run around of this or that person has missed up.

This address is listed on almost every spam email I receive. I dont know why they send me solicitation emails.

I’ve been going in usually once a week for a few months and no matter how busy, the service is never lacking. Kuddos

They do not know how to pick up their phone or read instructions on doors when they have a deaf customer. Refuse to give corporate office number.
