As a high status member of another chain, I was reluctant to book at the Sheraton. However, my stay was fabulous. After my previous hotel had a gas leak and I had to vacate, I booked the Sheraton and it was the best decision I could have made. The GM, Damon, and his staff are absolutely wonderful. From allowing me to check in early due to the issues at the other hotel, accommodating my room choice, and the overall helpfulness in my sightseeing questions, they are an unbeatable staff. Shout out to Brittany and especially Mason for all of the wonderful suggestions. If I ever make it back to Albuquerque, they’ve won my business forever.

They filled their spa in with rocks. As in gravel... and then put a plant on top of it. Upon arrival we were given a handful of goldfish crackers in a white paper bag. My room TV had lines running down it. I expect more considering the cost of a room. Enough said.

Just another old Albuquerque hotel in desperate need of an update! As a titanium elite member I’m sorely disappointed in this property. The carpets are filthy in the rooms, they are outdated, an inch of dust on the headboard. The service was great at the bar but come on Marriott, you got to get these places up to standards. Disappointing!

Very disappointed. Carpet was heavily stained and soiled. A large object from someone’s nose (complete with a nose hair) was in plain view on the white dust ruffle. No free wifi and no coffee machine in room. Starbucks is available to meet your caffeine needs. Won’t be back for sure.

Nice place to stay. Nice location. Rooms and customer service was good. They have a Cornhole and a pingpong table next to the pool which was fun and we utilized it. The pool was a little small and the outside tanning area was kinda random but did the job. The fitness center has what you need to get a good workout in. Only reason why I gave it a 4 was for the fact they didnt have complimentary breakfast for being under Marriott. If they did I wasnt informed at check in. Over all was good place to stay.

Stayed the night cause I had to make a last minute trip to Albuquerque. The room I stayed in had splatters of black stuff on the wall, and restroom had splatters of some kind of white stuff across the cabinet. Air conditioner didn’t work, and I also got sick after staying here. It was very convenient that it has a restaurant, shop and bar though. Spoke with one of the managers and got 30 dollars refunded, this property is definitely not worth the price, in my opinion.

Mason & Eric provided outstanding service. While on the road, hauling moving trailer and vehicles, Mason made sure our vehicles were parked close to lobby where he and Eric made sure it could be watched all night. Mason was very friendly, caring and made sure we felt safe. We are very impressed with outstanding service.

AMAZING SERVICE but needs updating. Every employee I saw was super friendly and they graciously accommodated all of my requests. The hotel itself shows its age. Not great mattress but pillows were good. I’ve stayed here twice for an exam nearby and chose to return because I was treated incredibly well each time, the location is convenient, and even the pet room was clean.

We booked because it was reviewed for being clean. We got a double Queen bed room and the sheets hadn’t been changed at all. Somebody else’s hair was fluent throughout the disgusting sheets. They gave us a discount and we got a different room. TV setup is historic. Do not recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly. Will not be returning ever.

Nearly perfect stay. We moved from an airport hotel to this UPTOWN Sheraton for safety reasons. The location feels very safe, esp. for a first timer to ABQ. Security guards frequently monitor parking day and night. (LOVE that.) Key cards are required for elevator and room access. No microwave, but there is one near the ice machine (common area). It is a bit dirty, but its there. TERRIFIC concierge/front desk. Pools are a bit on the colder side (82 degrees) with no hot tub. Again, this hotel gets 5* for safety reasons alone. Great job, Sheraton!!!!!

The room was in disrepair with towel racks hanging from the wall, the shower didn’t drain, and the curtains were broken. The maid never came so we had to ask for fresh towels and give her our trash. Room was probably 3.5 stars but I was treated well and am giving the benefit of the doubt. The shower didnt drain well, the sliding window handle was barely hanging on with one of two screws in place, and the fridge leaked water all over the carpet. That said, the room was large and the bed was nice which is all I really care about. The staff was great and allowed me to charge my electric car for free because it was free at the time I booked. The hotel now charges $18 for use of the tesla or other charger, which I personally think is a big mistake. I could have charged up the street at the tesla charger for $9-10 and it would take 30 minutes as opposed to paying $18 my next visit and having it take 6-8 hours. Maybe the hotel has crunched the numbers and more people than I expect are willing to pay that much, but from comments Ive seen on charging apps, it seems like theyre losing would-be customers. I have 185 nights at marriott properties this year and this is the first that charged any fee, including five star resorts in Hawaii.Id recommend the opposite approach and install two more chargers in the parking lot (to not crowd the entry) and advertise them (list on websites for hotels with chargers, dedicate a page on the website) to attract electric vehicle drivers and perhaps charge a more reasonable fee of $8-10 if necessary. I used about $4.50 in electricity to charge my car so I wouldnt mind paying $8-10.

I had a meeting with the Banquet manager, Sara Wilson, to discuss a 90th birthday surprise party for my mom. She was very nice and respectful. She showed me a room where I could have the party and I was very impressed with all the information she gave me and answered my questions. Although, I have more questions to ask her once she e-mails me the cost to rent the space she showed me and a menu. She is also going to e-mail my brothers with the same information. I nor my brothers havent received any notification or information from her as of yet. Im sure Ill be hearing from her soon. All in all it was a very good meeting.

Not the hotels) however when my wife then asked about if the upgrade (what we thought we booked) was available, the reaction & tone of the gentleman was rude & condescending enough that even the couple behind us commented!! Showers hardly got warm enough to be used. I actually was shivering and had to cut one short. But still the most comfortable beds around. I expected more. It felt like the hotel was doing the bare minimum. There was no coffee maker in the room, only one bottle of water (other Bon Voyage locations had at least two), and when I used the lobby restroom, I had to try three sinks before I could finally wash my hands. Thankfully, the staff was really nice. We chose the hotel restaurant because of an advertised beer special, but despite the banner still being up the special wasn’t honored. The rooms are clean, but as a person who loves hotel stays I can’t say this one is on my list of faves.

When we checked in the staff was helpful. Due to COVID guidelines we had to reserve a time slot for the pool. There was a limited amount of people allowed in the pool area. The pool was nice and larger in size than most. The room was out dated but was clean. The bed was uncomfortable not just for me but for my whole family. I ended up on the floor and finally went to sleep. The wife and kids had sore necks and backs. Our bedroom window was facing south and we could hear the traffic very well. This was our first time staying at this property and it will be the last. There are better Marriott options in Albuquerque.

Front desk very friendly. The charging for your electric car is in an odd place, right on the columns at the front entrance. But they have a very long charger cord so you may park out of the way of hotel guests as they enter the hotel.Reason for the four stars is there was no coffee maker in the room and a countertop had what looked like dried ketchup or caramel sauce stuck on the edge. Little dated but kept clean and great service.Rooms are comfy, simple and bigger than expected. There is lots of parking in front, and dining options within walking distance (try the Sunnyside up restaurant next door). For Marriott elites, like other properties the club lounge is closed due to covid. However this place has kept water and sodas available on the club floor. And for breakfasts, Platinums can pick up burritos, Sandwiches, or pasties with a crafted drink a the onsite Starbucks for free in the morning. Thats a nice touch.

If you enjoy very firm, innerspring mattresses, loud air conditioning, stained carpets, broken bathroom tiles, a lack of complimentary breakfast services, and bloodstains on your sheets (seriously), then this is a great choice for you. Theres no coffee bar in the room, and the room door screams from the air flow if you open the balcony door. The showers have low water pressure as well, which is never what Im looking for. For 125 dollars, I guess I expected more. At least the front desk guy was nice enough to argue about the obvious blood stains on the sheets...I definitely wont stay again. I’ve stayed many times at this Sheraton Uptown and I am always very comfortable. The beds are VERY comfortable and the room design is acceptable. I love that there is a refrigerator in every room - that is very helpful for me since I always bring my own food for snacks and I always travel with bottles of water, so I can keep them cold. I did find a microwave next to the ice/vending machine, which was also very helpful. The food in the Concierge room is great for breakfast and for a light evening meal. My ONLY complaint is that the carpet in the rooms were highly stained & worn. It’s time to replace them - but the other room amenities are acceptable. I also loved the size of my room - plenty of room for my yoga practice.I will return to the Sheraton Uptown, as I like the convenience of the location to the Uptown Albuquerque, Coronado & Winrock shopping malls and to I40.
