I am never disappointed. All the staff at Oasis Med Spa are friendly, professional and make me feel valued. They remember your name always treat me with respect and compassion. The doctors are very professional and trustworthy.

Beautiful place. Beautiful waiting room. Nice secretary, little cold. But still nice. They asked for information concerning covid but they gave me a pen that others used im sure. So why ask if Im vaccinated if your not going to practice safe procedures.

I saw Eunice, CNM, twice and she completely ignored my concerns. She should have been curious, not dogmatic, about my health. She did not seem concerned about the symptoms I bravely expressed to her nor did she even try to understand what is going on with my body, I recommend finding a new provider. There’s someone out there that will do better, believe me.

I had a really disappointing experience at Oasis. I had an appointment at 9:30 and I was told I would have to wait a few minutes because my esthetician was running behind. Well turns out, I waited for nearly an HOUR. This was frustrating considering not only did I book this appointment out a month in advance, but by waiting this long I was certain I’d be late for work. Anyways, Mary comes into the room and apologizes, and as she is about to apply solution to my face for a spectra peel, she informs me that there is a possibility this treatment could make my acne worse. What? I was told this procedure would improve my skin and that the risk was very minimal. I was never told in prior consultation that there was ANY chance of the procedure worsening my acne. Mary tried to say that when we first spoke, she had made it clear that my skin would not be solved by one treatment. Which yes, I know that, but that is not the same as the possibility of skin ever worsening. I understand and am fully aware that one treatment wouldn’t by any means be a cure all. But there is no point in me purchasing one treatment that might make my skin WORSE if I have to spend 1200 dollars to get all the treatments to make it get better. I ended up leaving and I will be researching other treatments or at least other providers. And yes, I was late for work.

I was seen by Eunice Baca Pino. She was thorough, quick but still made sure to answer my question and discuss a few concerns. I had run a bit late but they still squeezed in which was wonderful. The nurse before was well informed, able to enter new information and review old information effectively and still be personable. First time seeing both but was very pleased and satisfied with the visit.

This was my second visit with Gynecolgist Eunice Pino. She was informative, pleasant, immediate with information to pharmacy, and thorough scheduling a follow-up appointment.

I’ve been going to WSNM for years, this was my second visit at Oasis Med Spa. The staff are all amazing from reception to providers. I did wait a little longer than usual which was a tad inconvenient but not a problem. The environment when you first walk in is so welcoming and relaxing and they offer so many different services. I would definitely recommend

Mary Clare at Oasis Med Spa is awesome! My husband says I look 10 years younger! The office is beautiful and so serene. Prices are reasonable as well. If you wanna turn back the hands of time with a few treatments....this is the place to go!

I have Red hair and I am 71 years old. My eyebrows have lost their color and turned gray. I usually dye my eyebrows myself, but while visiting my niece in Albuquerque last week, I was lucky enough to get an appointment at the Oasis Med Spa at WSNM. I am so happy with my new eyebrow color. It usually takes me about 1 to 2 hours to dye my eyebrows and I usually remove the dye too soon so I have to reapply the dye. This time I lay down on a very comfortable bed and it only took about 30 minutes and the color is perfect. I love it! I will definitely go visit my niece more often. I recommend the Oasis Med Spa at WSNM highly!

Doctor called me directly. She addressed my issues quickly, and got me an appointment.I love Dr Eunice Baca/PinoOn another note, I went to Mary for bags under my eyes. This was several years ago. She used the wrong product, I bruised. It didn’t fix a thing. I ended up going to Dr Dean Bair, he was just as bad. Don’t go to any of these places. You’ll spend your life savings on nothing. You have to keep going back, and back, and back. It’s a joke.

Kim Prairie was amazing I have never felt so comfortable with a healthcare professional. She never made me feel judged and answered every single question I had. I truly felt that my health was well taken care of with her. We all know how hard it is to find good healthcare as a young woman. I recommend Kim Prairie 100%. Thank you!!

The scheduler I spoke with was a nightmare, but the care I received once I was in the building was so exceptional and helpful it was worth it. Ill be calling again and simply bracing myself for being treated rudely for the first bit because I know Ill be valued and cared for so well once I get there! I trust them so much and everything they say helps with my health immensely untangling complicated webs of symptoms and information.

This was the first doctor that I felt actually listened to what I was saying and had constructive feedback/suggestions on how to mitigate my problems. I drove 1.5 hours one way for this appointment because of that. Im glad to say it was the worth the drive. I will happily make the drive again for another appointment in the future.

They had great service and helped me through anything I needed help with, and all my questions were answered in full and in a way that I could understand. Definately think this will be somewhere I reccomend and continue going to.

This place is GREAT! I went to a different med spa previously for laser hair removal and it seemed as though my hair was growing back immediately. I found out about Oasis through a friend and met with Erica for a consultation. I now have the results I wanted and their laser they use is virtually painless! Very courteous staff and friendly atmosphere!

I had a treatment with the new esthetician, Jessica and it was fantastic. She is professional, warm and capable.

I went to this spa since mine was closed at the time due to corona virus. I have been going to my regular spa for almost 3 years. This place is very small but very nice inside. I have OPMD so I get botox to assist in keeping my eyelids open. I tried to explain that to the nurse, but she just said she didnt know what OPMD was and kind of shrugged it off. Then I tried to explain where I normally get the shots that really help and was told that no, she doesnt do it that way. I let her do it her way and ended up paying the same amount for half the services I normally get and was given the shots in the wrong place for what I needed, so it didnt help at all. I then tried to ask about a new service that I wanted information on. She just kind of mushed on my face and said you need this. It runs 900 per syringe. My regular spa opened that next week and I went in and had my eyelids done right and was given a lot of information on the new service I was asking about and a price of 550 per syringe with a buy 2 get a free one offer from the syringe manufacturer. (my spa is actually the only spa in the state that is certified to train other professionals on some of these procedures, so they are amazing). I didnt show up for my follow up here because my spa opened and I had no interest in going back here. Im not saying they are terrible or anything, but I am just used to really excellent customer service and care from my spa and this spa really lacks in that area.

I went in for botox this morning. It was my first time ever doing something like this and I was super nervous, but the staff were incredibly nice and Erica Jeanete was my technician. She took the time to explain the process and after care and made sure I was comfortable. She reassured me that in two weeks I can come back in for any touch ups and then were set for my botox plan in the future! Really great first experience. Looking forward to my future treatments.

I had Mid wife Kim Prarrie . She was kind, fast , and efficient. Went in to get an IUD (not a fun process btw) but she made it as comfortable as possible. Everyone in the office was awesome especially during this Codvid-19 epidemic and made me feel safe and valued. Clinic was very clean and pleasant .

I went to oasis spa for my 40th birthday and recieved many treatments. I did the laser spot removal, and many facials. I now have zero spots on my face and arms! I look so much younger. I highly recommend Oasis Med Spa. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful. The staff is super nice and professional. I will be getting my tattoo removed next.
